      I met a kind young worker – he introduced himself as “James”. He has a great smile! My wife made me order (hehe) and I really struggled [I’m 50 btw] but he (James) guided me step by step. I ordered the Whatamelon with 50% sugar. It was great! I even sat down and drank it with my wife – the environment was THAT good! I’d invite any bubble tea-heads to come to this joint. I live close so I’ll be coming a lot more often! P.S. please ignore the name, my nephew made this account for me ☺️.

      I love Chatime, but the one in Westford Plaza is horribly understaffed today. The lunch rush came around and this poor boy was serving about 30 drinks by himself. For this reason the service was horrendous.

      Went back recently and used the automated system. And ended up with a drink with soy milk unintentionally. I only realised it when I got home. The touch screen doesn’t seen intuitive. It should be exactly the same way as when the person ask for your order. I don’t need pictures. Just flavour, size, sugar, ice, extras and done.

      Nice tea, quick service, still getting used o the self service screen but it’s easy enough to use after the first time.

      What an absolute joke that you can no longer call through to a store to put something on hold for you.       Went to the store to purchase a soundbar today & asked the guy behind the counter if not suitable can I return he replied no I asked why he said it wouldn’t be coming back in the same condition as I had opened it.       This review is really for Big W in general as I have encountered this issue at multiple stores now; the issue being with their stock take system. The website will say a product is in stock, I go to the store and it’s not there. In fact, on one occasion the in-store system said the product was in stock but the staff were unable to find it claiming it must have been stolen ?. Big W, sort yourself out.

      Since I didn’t find complain department on your website, it has to go here. Went to click and collect this morning with booking, took 1hr to stand in the queue! What’s the advantage? Might as well get a trolley and get stuff myself and pay at counter with no queue. Very slow service, tons of staff on the floor, but only 1 person at service desk. Bought few more things, baby section is not priced, lots of things on the sale rack and don’t scan on sale at the register. Half of the baby items don’t even have tickets and tags are not priced.       Can spend up to 3 hours walking around the store. Awesome range of goods (it’s impossible to walk out of the shop without at least a small purchase). There are lots of ongoing sales so you just need to monitor the products you need all the time. A great range of kids stuff, your kid can also try some bikes around the shop, so you’ll know what to buy.

      The Asian guy in the electronic goods section (selling me a USB-C cable) 15 minutes ago was so easy to deal with! Even the nutter on the door made me smile. Nutty is necessary at times – it brightens people’s days! (Tis the festive season so why not!) 2/2 interactions met with success = repeat business. I’ll be back!

      NEVER order click and collect! You Cannot trust their stock!!! Half the items they said online was in stock, were not! Worst experience I’ve ever had with bigW will never go back to this big W. If you need something go in store and do it yourself as my order was changed drastically and half my items were missing. Incredibly poor communication from the staff. Really disappointed

      Shocking behaviour from the bag checker. I had just come from Toymate with toys and after deciding I didn’t want anything from Big W, I showed my bags and the security sound went off. She demanded I completely empty my shopping and was convinced that a board game from Toymate (that didn’t set off the alarm) belonged to Big W and we were trying to take it. Made to feel like criminals.

      Was unable to buy 4 items of clothing at my 2 local store and weren’t available on-line either. But this store had them all in stock so I did a Click and Collect which was very painless and rewarding. Very helpful staff at the store too.

      The store is clean and tidy and compared to plenty of other Big W stores I visited this store a lot of variety of items.

      A few electrical items as well as other items were on sale when i visited today.

      Free 2 parking is available to customers visiting Majura Park shopping centre.

      Everyone I met in store today was lovely and friendly and helpful, I was exchanging an item and the service desk and Chris in my opinion was nothing short of rude, I’m not sure if maybe she was having a bad day but I was trying to have conversation as I was waiting and I was blanked she left my items on the side while I tried to pack time and started speaking to the customer behind me moving my clothes while I was still packing them! Manners cost nothing and this has given me a bad reflection of the whole store now.

After my wife and I spent time chatting and laughing with SA great Mark Aiston, all 3 were bemused by a young fells walking out the Otr attempting to light his ? smoke. Next min…..he walks up 2 the staff window, the staff member HANDS HIM A LIGHTER…ALLOWS HIM TO LIGHT HIS CIGARETTE, hand the light back thru the windiw to which the operator put back on its stand and allowed this grub to walk through SMOKING whilst others are filling up there cars!!!! WHAT HUH WHO HUH ?? ALL 3 of us say something to staff and what’s he do????? Says nothing…..wobbles his Indian head!!!! Seriously OTR stop employing these indian idiots with no common sence

      I’ll start with this. We could have all been killed here last night. We were standing outside chatting when a young guy barely out of nappies ask us if we have a lighter to which we said no. After he walked away it dawned on us that this idiot wanted to light up a cigarette IN a service station. Now here’s the good part. Next thing he does is goes to the service window where we saw the attendant lend a lighter We had to look twice but it’s definitely what we saw. And this idiot (for want of a better word) then proceeded out through where the bowsers are with a lit cigarette. When we challenged him his reply was he’s a mechanic and knows what goes off n what doesn’t! I have never seen such an act of stupidity and negligence in my entire life. This need to be addressed!!!!!

      This is clean and quick OTR outlet. You can get all range of stuff to go quickly after pumping fuel. You can buy a sub from subway or some coeffee. Also you can buy SA lotteries. This OTR outlet contains flowers as well. The staff is also helpful.

      Been in the area for a while, and it’s now the closest place for me to get essentials or a late night snack.

      I love the idea that you can pay in an app, makes life a bit easier for introverts. But it’s got a great variety of options in-store and has most of your essentials sorted.

      Now I saw $3 and $5 hot-dogs, and I couldn’t turn it down, I mean, what can you expect from a service station hot dog at that price? But it was surprisingly good! Could definitely seeing myself smashing one at 3am.
