3. I recently ordered a click collect, went in to the store, they told me to go out to the side and rig buzzer to pick up order.
But no one answered after 10min of trying I had to leave as I have 7 kids in the car.
I did also try calling to get service out the back.
But no answer.
Then got a text asking how my click and collect went.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service and utterly dubious return policy. I was explicitly assured, at the time of purchasing a substantial item, about their purportedly effortless two-year policy for addressing any problems. However, this has proven to be nothing but a fallacy, as it appears that any fault or damage is automatically blamed on the customer.
I strongly advise conducting thorough research on alternative stores prior to making any purchases, unless it involves stationary.

didnt stand up to my expectation. we ordered masala dosa, chicken tikka and ras malai and non of them were really up to par. ras malai was really small and crumbly. not worth the price you pay, chicken tikka portion was wayyy too less and the aaloo masala in tje masala dosa didnt have that appealing taste. the ambience was good and the staffs were friendly tho. wouldnt recommend. 6/10

Schezwan chicken 65 rice -2/5 – I would not recommend this as I found it soggy and didn’t like that it was served with slice of lemon and raw onions and had curry leaves and boiled egg – This is first time I’ve seen curry leaves in an Indo – chinese dish! — My recommendation would be instead go for their Biryani if you don’t want to surprised / disappointed ☹️
Pretty crowded. Lamb Biriyani and Chicken biriyani was not so great. Chicken fried rice was good.

I went on dinner with my family and little one 3 years old. I requested for chips and nuggets from kids menu (picture attached). Staff informed me that they haven’t nuggets and chips. My little one was crying and i bring from KFC. The manager called me on her desk and was very rude to bring the food. I request her that my son is 3 years old and you don’t have the food which I requested so that’s why I bring from outside. She explained to me about Australia laws. I never see a law in Australia which stops the kids to eat.
DON’T Go, it will make you day bad because they have big attitude. I was the regular customer for them from last 3 years. I feel bad on myself why I went on their restaurant.

In the last month or so Waves Carwash at Phillip have more or less halved the time value per dollar spent on their self-serve car wash. I was told by a friend that this was the case and had to see it for myself.
$10 for 5 minutes at on self-serve car wash machine is frankly extortionate. I may as well go somewhere else and have my car professionally cared for.

I have a massive fear of dentist as I’m sure most of us do!! I have super sensitive teeth and gums as I have mild/beginning of gum disease….. Dr Malik has been of great help to me since I found him on the internet, looking for more specialised help. He crowned two teeth, which were declared lost by my home dentist, who only saw very costly implant options. A year has passed, and the crowns work perfectly fine. Even though I live 200 km inland, I have seen Dr Malik to great benefit for more treatments, combining my travels to Canberra with a visit to his clinic. We popped in today looking at Japanese Maples. Staff were sooo incredibly helpful, gave us a great deal of assistance pick out the right tree, they even arranged deliver for the same day.
This nursery has a wonderful selection of plants and trees, but to me it was the service which shined!

This is our favourite nursery in Canberra. With a huge variety of quality plant and friendly customer service, I was never disappointed to visit them any time. Although the price of the plants are slightly higher than others, the quality is very good. Staff are generally euqipped with strong knowledge about their plants. Highly recommend.

I had a key cut at Bunnings, and initially, it didn’t work. However, when I returned and spoke to the receptionist, she cut the key again, and this time it worked perfectly. The floor team was helpful, and the item I needed was in stock.
Overall, I was satisfied with the good customer service at Bunnings.

Staff attentive and will use fork lift to retrieve high heavy stock.

I love Bunnings. I can always get everything I need for home. Love being able to bring my dog with me. Great coffee in the Cafe. The floor staff are always helpful, just not enough of them. Need a few more staff.

Having a carpenter/painter husband it’s always first choice to come to this Bunnings as for trade and special order they are better organised and have more options. We came to buy material for deck and pergola and they were very accommodating to what we needed. Very happy with customer service especially from the ladies at the trade desk. We have bought several items for residential jobs also our own home.

Never coming to this place again. The trades section staff was too lazy to explain the terms and conditions of the van hire agreement and later on charged me cleaning fees for having smoked in the van. It’s fair if they charge me after having explained the terms and conditions but nah they didn’t. The van was not clean in the first place to start with

Was excellently served by Leon in plumbing section. I had no idea how to replace a cartridge for a leaking mixer tap. Leon spent less than 10mins using a store display mixer tap as a real life demo, dismantling it using the tools I would require, explaining the configuration and issues I may run into along the way. Better than any YouTube vid I could find, consequently I successfully replaced the cartridge no hassles. Got the cartridge by special order via Bunnings Spare Parts. The whole process has been brilliant and smooth as. Thanks Leon for going out of your way to give a DIY demonstration, and with your on point knowledge I saved more than $350 if called in a plumber instead

Horrible shopping experience. I had checked online and this was the only store that had the product of this colour in stock. Firstly, my empty trolley was stolen by someone. I couldn’t find the product I was looking for so asked a staff member for help. They directed me to another section but it wasn’t there. So either the stock count is wrong or the product is actually in some other location. Then I went to look at a different product and needed advice so waited for the staff member who was assisting someone else. Another customer came along and tried to jump in front of me. Thankfully the staff member was helpful and I was able to purchase the second product, but had to go to another store and settle with a different colour for the first product. But be warned in this store the other customers are a bigger problem than the staff!

Probably a smaller warehouse than the rest, but has all the basics covered. For better selection, the Canberra Airport store is about 10mins away, and has much more selection.
But a decent store overall, plenty of parking, great location.
Perhaps surprisingly small considering Fyshwick is the construction hub of Canberra and surroundings.
