      Love going to Mawson woolworths. But honestly dread the checkout process. At least once every two weeks a service operator cannot reach items on conveyor belt and will pick up your items and drop in your bags. We end up packing all our items She is really unhappy and will tell you as such.

      Is it just me or are the shelves at Mawson Woolworths incredibly disorganised. I feel like I have to move the piles stuff around on the shelf, or in the fridges to find the thing I’m looking for. It’s like the groceries were just hastily dumped there. (Maybe I am just here after a busy night?!) there are also a whole bunch of products that are seemingly missing or unavailable. Sorry for the rant…..

      The layout is hopeless. If you want something from one end only, but baskets and trolleys are at other end, you are forced to go to the other end to get a basket, and then walk to the other end to gather the goods you want. ?

      They are so paranoid about security that they block off half access points, rather than installing security to monitor. Again, this is an inconvenience to honest customers. Please improve your access or a security person. Seriously, the convenience of this place is severely impacted by its layout and access. So disappointed by the ongoing changes.

      I feel sorry for elderly or ppl with mobility problems. The store doesn’t deserve any stars, except for the staff who work their a** off to accommodate angry customers like me. Thank you staff!

      A big thank you to the lady managing the milk section. I have been consistently purchasing Riverina milk for making coffee because it pairs perfectly with it, even better than other brands. However, when I went to the shelf, it was out of stock. I approached the lady next to me and she was incredibly kind. She went to the back to check the stock specifically for me. Initially, I was considering giving up and driving to another Woolworths, but to my surprise, she returned with a bottle of milk and asked if I needed more. This level of customer service is exceptional, and it has made me love coming to Woolworths for my regular purchases. This experience solidifies Woolworths as my preferred choice for future shopping trips as well!

      Impeccable service in store and online. The latest online order was perfect, easy to order, long dates of meats, and easy pickup. The fellow that brought out the goods to my car wouldn’t let me help him pack, although it was dark, wintery and windy! I helped him anyway and he was most appreciative. Superb service.       Big woollies with all the expected departments. Quality seems pretty reasonable across the board.

      I shop here regularly to pick up what I can’t get across at Costco.

      Pretty good fresh fruit and veg section.

      Update: still pretty good but not as good as it used to be. Store layout not as good, they have a booming delivery service so you have to dodge pickers trolleys and there is a lot of empty spaces on shelves.

      -There is food court in front of Woolly.
      -Ikea, airport, lolly pop indoor playground, coffee club, Toys R us, Burning warehouse, Big W and the cheapest gas station (Woolly Caltex)
      -Small indoor playground and toilet nearby.

      I usually like going to the Airport Woolies at 7:30 pm to avoid the crowds and the parking lot chaos at Dickson. But the customer service at check out is appalling. Once again they refused to open a proper check out counter for a big cart of groceries. Instead they forced me into the “express” check out counter (which should be for less than 10 items) where I had to pile all my groceries into a 1 square foot counter. They always claim they are “short staffed”, or “it’s late”. But if the store is open, then customers paying $250 per week for groceries (that’s $13,000 per year) should be given a proper check out counter. My items were dropping on the floor because of the small counter. If I wanted to be given the steerage class treatment I would go to Aldi. In fact next time I will go to Aldi ! And Coles is opening a new store in Dickson, and I’ll be betting they provide a proper check out counter. Airport Woolies- you’ve lost a previously loyal customer.

      Good service. But I really have a terrible experience buying a bike in here. First they assembled the wrong bike for me, made me went there for nothing. Second time I phone them and they told me it was already built, but after I came found that it actually not. Third time I finally got my bike, but on my way home the gears of the rear wheel was suddenly loosen, and the handle was also not tight made me almost fell off the bike,it was really dangerous! The bike assemble is so unreliable! I will definitely not recommend you to buy your bike in this store.

      Pretty disappointed. I was advised by Kmart online that my order was ready so I arrived to find it wasn’t. When I then went to purchase the frames I needed for business, the lady handed me a damaged frame from the back of house area instead of one from the shelf which we walked past a number of times.

      Disappointed by Kmart online as well for their lack of assistance and dissatisfied with the level of service from Kmart Queanbeyan.

      It’s a mixed feeling with this Kmart, some staff members are great, but some are already annoyed from u before u even speak and some would give u a flashback of 1970’s movies where a character is racially profiled and they put up a show of passive racism lol. The aisles and clothes can be scattered at times, but can blame them much due to how busy the place is generally.

      Called in the morning to see if they could fit my toddler in that day. Aaron said he would call me back, and not 10 min later he did, and he was able to get my toddler in to see Dr Lynn that afternoon. Dr Lynn was great with my toddler. Will definitely go back to this practice next time we need a doctor. Thank you.

      Excellent experience…. I am a international traveller with travel insurance and needed to see a doctor. Was able to find Florey Medical Centre, using google maps and able to see bios of the doctors, services provided and make an on-line booking for same day. In-take at reception was easy and appointment was on-time. Waiting area is generous. Doctor was gregarious and to the point.       We moved to florey in June and I took my 8yr old there only to be misdiagnosed, not once but twice and also prescribed the wrong medication and left my daughter suffering in pain for several weeks while we followed the Drs advice only to discover from the local pharmacy she had been prescribed the wrong medication for that condition and the over the counter medication recommended by the pharmacy worked within 3 days. I’m disabled and can’t afford to pay for consultations that line the drs pockets while we have to go without and my daughter suffered. Never going back to this place.

      Been using for many years. Staff & Doctors always pleasant to deal with. They don’t bulk bill and charge a more after hours. Call before to check in uncertain. Plenty of seating available and are still using Covid safety mask wearing still in force which is great. They also use Hot Doc app for making appointments which works great.

      I am very grateful that the chemist is open late and generally the staff are helpful. However I am not sure that they are properly trained in customer service or maybe they are just over worked. I have had 2 examples recently- 1. I was about to go in to a doctors appointment and rang them to see if they had an up to date prescription for my medication. They said they had and I asked them to fill it. After my appointment I went to pick up my medication and the chemist said that the date on my prescription had expired. This was intensely irritating as I had to pay my doctor to get another prescription when I could have got one and the time of my appointment.

      2. I rang them and asked to fill in my prescription. They said it was still valid and they would fill it in. The next day I went in and they said that there was a shortage of supply of the medication I had sought and they couldn’t fill the prescription. Why couldn’t they check this and tell me on the phone or ring me back once the prescription was being filled by the chemist? On both occasions they wasted my time and on the first occasion they cost me money.

      Terry White is a large national corporation with stores all over Australia but you’d never know it when you visit the Terry White Chemist in Ainslie. They put an emphasis on friendly service and accommodating the needs of their customers. I knew it was above the ordinary when one day I walked into the store with a script and the chemist behind the counter, who I’d spoken to before but never really interacted with in any personal sense, used my name when saying hello as I approached the counter. That personal friendliness was quite impressive and made an positive impact. One improvement they could make is getting some kind of range extender because there is no phone signal inside the store and it makes bringing up scripts on your phone difficult. To their credit they are aware of the problem and looking for a suitable solution. A++

      Some really cool things here, vintage toys, nice artworks, loads of tea sets, beautiful books.

      Customer service is quite poor however. Two girls were on the shift today, right after I walked in one girl asked the other a question to which the second girl (she has very short, strawberry-blonde hair) answered very loudly giving very intimate details of her life and relationship with her mother. It was so embarrassing to listen too, and there was no escape! She was so loud I could hear her just as clearly on the other side of the shop.

      Once I picked what I wanted to buy I returned to the counter. She walked in front of me, blocking my path but not acknowledging me like a normal person would in a small space, especially if they were working in said small space, not even eye contact. Once I finally got to the counter both girls were there, I tried to establish eye contact with strawberry-blonde girl because she was standing right in front of me but she ignored me again and had a very sullen look on her face. I actually wasn’t even sure if she worked there by that point because she was so rude, but another customer asked her a question so that confirmed she did. Very unwelcoming. The second was very helpful, smiled, acknowledged me, wrapped the item and said goodbye.

      It was a very bizarre and uncomfortable experience. I was thinking of bringing my husband back there but I don’t think I will, it was just so awkward and I really don’t want to repeat it.

      I used to love coming to this store and was willing to travel from Tuggeranong regularly but since new management a while back took over, prices are through the roof. Store used to have weekly specials that you would be able to get bulk clothing at a reasonable prices and for a large family that’s exactly what we needed to do regularly for our growing family. Prices are so high now that a pair of Kmart shoes/clothing/items are priced only a few dollars under buying them new from store and honestly if I was paying that much I would buy new instead. Unfortunately it is not worth my time to visit the store anymore unless we are in the area and even then I leave with maybe 1 or 2 items instead of buying more like we used to.Second hand stuff at average quality, the pricing is far from reasonable. Spending $40-60 on coats or jackets in winter from second hand goods is completely pointless when I can spend the same buying new and have the item in better condition and at times quality. I think this price increase and the change of structure to the sales processes was a huge mistake, families who used to rely on this store in hard times now will feel more pressure than ever before.

We were trying to sell an 18ct white gold necklace with 0.75ct marquise diamond cut pendant worth $1999 valuated by Diamond Boutique with certification and this shop quoted us $100 for it. I’m not sure if this Josh guy knows what he’s doing or he took us for a dumb person trying to trick us as we were not dressed properly. Be careful of this place.

      I have been using Rocket Remit for some time, and on a very regular basis. Day by day, the service has become eratic. Looks like complacency is creeping in. There seem to be issues, excuses and irregularities. In a business like this, consistency is of paramount importance.

      After sending money to be loaded, it takes minutes usually, as of late, they have explained that it takes 24hrs to load on weekdays.

      Anyway, I truly thought that this service platform was different from the others. My last provider ran off with a substantial amount of money. Gotta find a new provider.

      We saw Jeanette for nutrition intervention to assist with fertility after over 2 years of infertility and 2 failed ivf cycles. She was friendly, professional, flexible and very knowledgeable. She took time to get to know our current diet and lifestyle, asisted us to formulate achievable goals and to work around any potential barriers so that changes were easy to implement. We gradually built more healthy changes into our diet over time. She kept us well informed of the research evidence and the reasons/mechanisms for why certain foods were important (or were best to avoid) – which helped alot with motivation. She was super flexible so we never felt like we might “get in trouble” if we treated ourselves. With Jeanette’s help we improved our ivf success from having 0 healthy embryos to having 10 healthy embryos at our most recent ivf cycle! I highly recommend Jeanette to anyone wanting to improve their general health but in particular for those going through infertility.

      As well as seeing Alice for consultations in Queanbeyan I also regularly see her at Kingston for her body scan service. I recommend these to all my friends! Through the combination of early consultations with education and now these regular body scans I managed to get to my weight goal with sustainable changes. With her help I don’t feel like I’m sacrificing to reach my goals and Alice’s positivity always leaves me feeling encouraged to continue these long lasting changes.
