      Best car wash! Great service from old mate! Automatic car wash really gets off all the mud and with 2 free tokens for the vacuum cleaner you can’t go wrong. All the self service equipment is well looked after too.

      10/10 customer service! I’ve always thought Oasis had the best car wash customer service in Bendigo. Today they definitely proved they are the best! Two days before Christmas and it was absolutely packed with people waiting! They tried to make the process as quick as possible for everyone, made sure everyone got their free pre soak and we’re so friendly! Thanks again guys! Great work as always. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

      I frequent this car wash, the facilities are always kept in clean working order. The attendant at the touch free wash is friendly and has wonderful customer service skills. The tokens although old school help add value. Although I’m a regular, the attendant took the time to explain the different ways I can use the tokens to get the most out of my service. I would recommend this place to a friend.

      Wow! Wow! Wow! After having a different electrician visit and unable to resolve my problem, Daniel came out and fixed it in 15mins. He was there on time.       Incompetent and dishonest mechanics. Not able to change 2 tyres properly. They made a big mistake on my car, they put 2 new tyres of the wrong size !!! Scott did not assume his responsibilities. I lost 2 weeks only to change 2 tyres, it’s incredible! Brad is incompetent and dishonest also, he understands nothing. They didn’t want to try to fix their mistake and they proposed an appointment one week later !! Then my car made a bad noise when I drove away. The noise didn’t exist before I left my car in this garage. After that, I needed to leave my car in an other mechanic and I paid extra 700$ to fix the problem.

      If you don’t want more problems with your car, RUN AWAY from this mechanic.

      What a disappointment. Il start by saying that I used to absolutely love this nursery. The amazing range of plants, the friendly staff and how they would always offer help and advice and knowledge but I definitely can’t say that anymore. Today was the second time iv been out to this nursery and been completely ignored. Once – yeak ok everyone has there bad days, but twice – nope sorry, not good enough. I came out once again wanting to purchase $2500 dollars worth of plants for our new garden and not a single person offered help or asked if I needed anything. After walking around a good 40mins and not seeing any staff I thought I’d just go to the counter and ask the girl while I paid and also purchased fertiliser. No “hello”, no “how are you”, no “do you need anything else”, no smile, all she said was $49.95. So while i purchased the fertiliser from the rude girl I didn’t bother with the plants, il spend my money else where because I definitely won’t be coming back a third time. I will however say that the wonderful lady in the gift area is so friendly and helpful and is the only reason I have given two stars (although if I were only rating her it would be five stars). Wrapped my fragile items i purchased well and poped them in a carry bag and also pointed out a few little items that complimented what i had brought so i brought them also. Also took the time to explain some new stock ranges that they will be stocking soon aswell which i really appreciated.

      What a great nursery. We absolutely love coming here time after time. One thing that never changes is the wonderful and friendly service we receive. Whether we are just looking for ideas or purchasing seedlings and plants it’s always the same. The staff are all happy to help out. All the plants are neatly arranged throughout their premises and everything is easily accessed. It’s a real credit to the owners that the nursery always looks impeccable and we love our time here. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a nursery who has a large variety of plants and accessories and most importantly provides excellent customer service. Keep up the good work guys. Look forward to seeing you all on our next visit.

      Would rate lower, if I could. Service is NON-EXISTENT. Trying to pay for a single item, and there was no one at the check out. Waited, waited, and waited some more. Still no one. Went looking in garden area couldn’t find anyone. Went looking in Cafe area couldn’t find anyone. Back to check out, looked for a bell to ring, couldn’t find one. Waited, waited, and waited some more. Still no one. Finally found someone in the Cafe and asked if they worked here. Told the poor person my story. Was pretty upset by then. No apology. Pathetic. Will avoid trading here, at all costs.

      A sensational garden centre with a huge range of well tended plants at great prices, from small pot plants to mature trees and plenty in between. I’ve never seen such a large range of pittosporums. I also particularly liked the cloud-pruned camellias. The staff are super helpful and they are easy to find. There is an impressive range of native plants too. A great nursery. (And I didn’t even go into the large gift shop.)

      I’ve used these toilets many times on nights out in Bendigo. They really are open 24/7! These toilets are convenient, well-ventilated and modern and easy to locate. Individual unisex cubicles and an accessible/wheelchair friendly cubicle. The cleanliness varies; sometimes they’re clean and sometimes they’re not in the best condition. Overall, a great facility

      Free wifi. Good seating outside, usually pretty clean. Only downside is the ridiculous gaps under the walls. The outside walls have small gaps but the inside walls are much higher for some reason. It wouldn’t be hard for someone to steal something like your bag from under the wall while you aren’t looking.

      Generally, I’ve had a good experience with UFS since I’ve been collecting my meds there since 2016. The staff are patient when it’s very busy, as some people, like myself, suffer with various health conditions. I’m glad there is a chemist that’s open 24 hours a day.

      I have a pharmacy elsewhere in the city but they couldn’t supply me with an Epilepsy drug script. I rang Bendigo UFS and spoke to Kerian and he was excellent! The pharmacy was able to dispense the script, problem solved! Excellent pharmacy, I may consider changing to Bendigo UFS!

      Rehabilitation unit are simply amazing, the staff the physio the gym all put up an amazing opportunity for patients to reach their best level of mobility. My rehab Dr was so wonderful and so helpful. To give 10/10 is not enough.

      This is my second time I have elected to have surgery at St John of God – I think this hospital should get an award for Service Excellency and should be be held up as such to all other hospitals. Great staff, so well trained in customer service, dedicated nursing and ward staff, great room service meals.       We had our first baby at SJOG Bendigo and had the best experience. TThe food was beautiful which we were not expecting from a hospital, the new room service menu was fantastic, we could just call and order our food at a time that suited us, the menu had so much variety and the food was delicious.       Absolutely first class care. Staff on the surgery ward and admission are a credit to St John of God. I want to recognise my so lovely nurse Amy she was so concerned with my well being I sent a extra night. Also Miss Hannah was wonderful. The hospitality staff Shirley and Charlie make a great cuppa and take the time to have a chat. When being discharged Hannah ensured I had a escort-thank you Emily for waiting with me until my husband arrived to pick me up out front
      Only saw one negative person and that was when waiting for the lift on discharge, however that one person is not a reflection of the engaging people I met during my stay across all areas of the hospital.

      I really love this opshop, it’s a hidden gem and has such a large selection of goodies, good condition furniture and clothing, shoes, linen and kids stuff. Two staff today were so lovely and forgiving when my young son accidentally broke something. They checked to see if he was ok as the most important thing and that meant a lot to me. I am not from the area but I always love to come here when I am in Bendigo!

      Elderly male volunteer/staff member working at the clothing drop off was incredibly rude and accused me of cutting someone off when I simply parked next to another (already parked!) car in the donations drop off area. How this translates to cutting someone off when there was clearly enough space for 2 cars I do not know. Absolutely ridiculous and a disgusting way to treat members of the public who are supporting your charity. I had 5 bags of mostly new clothing to donate, ended up taking them to another op shop where the volunteers were polite and reasonable.

      Great staff. Clean store. SO VERY OVERPRICED oh my goodness particularly items like second hand toys close to retail price. Nick Nacks and mugs well overpriced. I was looking for an affordable way to decorate my home but I would be better off going to target such a shame

      Prices are crazy for an op shop!!!.. come on guys we can get brand new tshirts from kmart for under $5 !! On sale!! And half the stuff you probably get is FREE!! + some of your staff are volunteers!.. understanding yiu have bills etc.. but how about more sale days instead!! I more than likely won’t return here!.. sorry.

      You’re supposed to be there to help those less fortunate yet can’t reduce something when requested. I was told that the price is firm as new stock…seriously donated items you paid nothing for and you only see the profit! I have shopped here and donated here many times in the past. Disgusting and will never shop here again.
