There is a real lack of customer service in this branch. I have emailed Michelle several times, in the Hinkler branch, trying to obtain a meeting date in order to discuss my loan and options, however, they keep going unanswered. I have given ample time for responses, and whilst I have had one response, it appears my subsequent emails and questions have been ignored. I could not recommend Suncorp, and particularly Michelle, for their customer service. I do not believe it is too much to ask that a professional, or organisation, sends a quick email to confirm receipt of a message, and to expect a response within a certain time frame. I understand people have busy working lives, however it takes very little time to acknowledge emails and send a response. If you want customer service, then steer clear and seek another lender.

I was so impressed with the service I received this afternoon. One staff member opened the door for me 10 minutes after closing and helped me to sort out an unauthorised transaction. He gave time after hours and was genuinely sympathetic. He printed off the forms that I needed and reassured me that everything would be sorted out. Thank you so much. I had forgotten what real customer service was like. I 100% recommend this branch.

Unbelievable…. a long term customer and from well out of town wanting to open another account and got told to come back next week for an appointment!!!!! Is this organisation so disrespectful of customers they cannot do a 2 minute job immediately at the tellers window? The elderly customer now has the expense of going back a second time (they have no computer or internet conection).

Better opening times to suit those who work outside open hours would be nice. Tried the deposit machine, no reciept and shut down during using it. Waste of time. Now have to prove i was depositing.

Cracker of a park to visit, plenty of space to play and spread out. Only comment would be they could use a cover over the swings, my toddler wanted to play but they were very hot to my touch so I didn’t let her swing. Very good experience with the free zoo along side. Hopefully they get funding to expand to it but it was lovely.

Love this Park & it’s a Lovely place to stop. Plenty of parking, easy access to take a breather along the Barnett River, take a walk around, visit the zoo animals, have lunch, a BBQ or Picinic undercover, tree’s or not. Kid’s play area, facilities available & wheelchair friendly. If your lucky you may be able to catch the Dingo brother & sister going for a walk with there zoo handler’s and maybe a pat ?

I come here on 10/01/2024 at morning about 10:30 the two young girls which one in cafe section making coffee and another one doing the meal and check the meal is right to client. And I was use order machine but after I paid and the screen show errors system and I didn’t have number or receipt so I walk in and told the girl. Although she is making coffee and very busy but her attitude is very surprising me. Coz many years in food industry and been long time can’t see this beautiful thing. She is very patient and nicely and lovely smile and the other girl is try to help as well. To see and feel this. I really want give these two girl a good encouragement and compliment. And tell them they are good workers. And her coffee is full of positive energy.

Pretty sad when you the only person in the drive thru have to wait 10-15 minutes (9:30pm ish probably cooking it fresh) for the order to be completely wrong. The Big Mac I didn’t order was below average lettuce was nasty as hell (note if it’s brown you probably shouldn’t use it). The 1 fries we received out of 3 was pretty banging. Would have liked the other 2 ordered tho.

The declining expectations of fast food in the Bundaberg area. I’m not sure why it is but there is definately a decline in the service level of McDonald’s and other fast food restaurants in the Bundaberg region. My expectations is fast is walk in and walk out not order and wait for minutes. Other outlets on the east coast can do easily why can can’t Bundaberg do it. Please lift your game.

Bought two flat white coffees. $10.90. We gave them $20. As the girl at the counter punched in the digits, we dug out another 90c to make the change even – 10 bucks. It took the girl a good minute to count the 90 cents and calculate that $10 was indeed correct. OK, we got ticket 185. After 14 min of nothing, I asked another girl how long it would take to make 2 coffees. She looked at the board, and ticket 185 wasn’t there. She quickly issued me ticket 197. After another 15 minutes of nothing, I had to speak to the manager. This time, it worked, but more than 30 minutes for 2 coffees is really appalling.

Food was the only reason for the 3 stars as I was hungry as, I had to wait for over 30min to receive my food. Waited at the counter to check up on my order and no one came up to me. Finally, a worker asked me if he could help, and low and behold my order was ready, with the lady who brought it to the bench failing to call out my number.

Great sandy beach in Bargara. We rented an Airbnb only 30 meters from the beach and walked up and down the beach every morning and evening. We had some amazing sunrice overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Very ordinary brown sand beach with extremely variable tides. Evidence of sand loss from past storms which has undercut trees and exposed more rocks.

I would drive from the GC to get one of these pies!!! We had the gourmet options – mine the calamari and scallop. The integrity temperature and flavour was out of the park 10/10 ! Totally recommend this place if you are passing through Bundy.

Just had a pie with peas…great flavour. Had to deduct a point, they wouldn’t put peas on a sausage roll, very popular with the locals. Give it a try…

Worst pies ever. Meat and kidney, peppery and small diced kidney. Even the dog would not eat it. Prawn, scallop and calamari, mostly bland white sauce, found 2 scallop pieces, some other stuff that I think was prawn, and processed crab stick meat. Will not be going back.

This is pathetic, if you can’t fit something in the letterbox at least have the decency to out it on the landing of the front door, we don’t have any dogs so there’s no chance of getting bitten by a dog, it only takes 30 seconds to a minute to put any large envelopes on the front doorstep. This is not the first time the reckless and lazy behaviour of our mail being jammed in instead of the postie that delivered it on the day instead of getting off the bike and going through the gate and put on the landing which would only 6 to 10 feet away from the front gate. If this was an important mail we would have to organise for another because the paperwork has been ripped because it was jammed in, so have the intelligence to get off the bike and go through the gate to put on the front door steps at least. I will include pictures to show why I am so annoyed and agitated at the lack of respect the postie had for our mail, I know they have a big workload but it only takes less than a minute to show you actually take pride and give a hoot about your job and about the handling about people’s letters and other types of mail that is being delivered.
