      I highly recommend Cocoa Spice Cakery, our wedding cake was gorgeous and tasted yummy! The florals and colour choices were amazing and fit perfectly in my colour scheme and theme.       Nil service standard at the Caloundra BC, 40 Enterprise st. I picked up a package and the attendant made fun of my surname and said he didn’t care at all how I signed. Maybe only have people serve customers if they have at least some social skills. Or train them to behave like an adult.

      Stop holding packages because you think the business is “closed” Constantly pay for express shipping and someone there continually thinks the we close on certain holidays and doesn’t even bother to try and deliver. Been telling you guys for years! Grrr

      There is a software bug in the Post office search program. When you try to find the :- Australia Post at Enterprise St, Caloundra West QLD 4551, it does not appear, even when you click on the “Parcel pickup” option.

      The fresh fish sold here is exactly that…fresh! We stopped by this bustling fish market for some cooked fish. Our order was battered cod with chips. The cod was pure white, chunky & perfectly cooked. Only peeve we had was the batter wasn’t as crunchy as we like it, went soggy very quickly & we dined in. Chips were great, with a nice crunch & seasoned salt.

      It’s just a fish and chip shop. The reviews made this sound like a nice dining experience but they don’t even serve on plates for dine in, just all packed like takeaway. The food was fine, nice fish and chip shop food. Nothing special, not the best fish and chips I’ve ever had but nice. This was recommended as a place to go on a website for a couples weekend away but I definitely wouldn’t recommend it for that. I think people hype things up too much on online reviews. It’s a good option if you’re looking for fish and chips, not seafood platters and romantic meals.

      Get the 7-Eleven app on your phone and lock in the cheapest local 7-Eleven fuel price for a week. It has saved us several times already from paying the highest end prices. For example, this week I locked in early at 134.9c a litre and the price rose suddenly to 175.9c. So I saved over 40c a litre just by locking in the price at the right time. Plus they offer you great deals on snacks and even some freebies.

      ⭐️Exceptional & genuine customer service ⭐️Phillip was so kind and patient whilst I tried to explain that I wanted to change my hair completely to a new look. I really had no idea how, and hair extensions were mentioned however I didn’t want just one whole colour. Phillip was able to somehow? figure out my confusion ? The pictures are the outcome, 3 shades of extensions ? so so soft! Lovely cut to blend the extensions? Thanks to Angela’s expertise in colour, she matched my broken bleached and hair containing a million different colours to look the exact same colour ? The girls who dryed and put the curls in my hair were so lovely and very kind, all the staff at Hairhouse made such a calm and friendly atmosphere, they were all kind and courteous to each which passes on to the customer’s making a pleasant experience ? ❤️ Thankyou so much!!       Best colourists and service in Sunny Coast!!! I’ve had my hair done by beautiful Renee. I love my new Balayage with Cherry pop colour in it! I’ve had my hair cut by Philippe, and I just love showing it off to people! I’ve had heaps of compliments from strangers of how beautiful my hair looks.       Dropped in to see if I could have a single ear piercing done, I thought my other piercings had closed over, but thanks to Renee, I walked in with no earrings, and walked out with five! The other holes were still there – just needed someone who knew what they were doing to coax an earring through. The staff were all really friendly, and Renee was especially fabulous. She even gave me some advice on my hair, and how to get it to look more like I want it to. Great experience.

      Philippe was an absolute pro. I came in there with no real clue of what to do to refresh my tired hair. Philippe had a vision, he considered my face shape and skin tone to ensure my hair looked good on me. He carefully went about the intricate foiling and haircut and now I look both natural and refreshed ready for an evening out on the town. I highly recommend!

      Visited the store in the morning and was served by Bryce and Nicole who worked in sync as a team to provide outstanding and exceptional customer service with a smile. They performed over and beyond in helping with my issue in the photo section. I can’t thank them enough. Excellent team work, excellent customer service skills and above all a wonderfully positive and happy can do approach. Left the store amazed by their service. 10/10

      Not often I am so unhappy with service that I write a review. A gentleman and I were in line and the print me office for no less than 20 mins. Yes I counted the time I am not exaggerating. The lady Nicole refused to acknowledge either of us at all at helped a lady who came up and stood at the counter and not in line. She asked if she was just wanting to pay or print.

      Some acknowledgment would have been nice.

      Quite a large footprint. I did enjoy the very wide variety of all things office on offer. The staff are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. What I do like is their new scheme of designing your own office chair. You select the wheel base, the seat type and the back. There are different shapes and you can chose the colour you want. Even mix and match if you like.

      I’ve loved this place since the moment I moved up here… and have had both takeaway and dine in for one whenever I feel in the mood! I’ve read some of the reviews and can honestly say, the staff have always been a pleasure, never rude, look out for your needs and check in on you and if you are ok… I love the diversity of the menu, with both southern and northern cuisine styles…if you want it hot, ask for it! And it will be hot ? I always get more than I need and love my take home dinners. I’ve never been disappointed – and please note, it you want home delivery, it pays to get in quick as they are in demand,may take a while and well worth it ?
