      On the agreed date and time, Fred and Charlie from the field team arrived and did their job nicely. They also collaborated very well with other related parties so that they could get the power back on before the cold evening took its turn. Furthermore, Tom and Johanna from the office team contacted me promptly after my query, and maintained clear and honest communications during the process…Definitely will contact them again if I need any other electrical work!

      Ken and the team are just excellent. I booked my car in for a few things and despite being crazy busy, Ken was accommodating, friendly and patient.       My daughters car threw a serpentine belt, replaced it but car would not run. NRMA diagnosed the issue but car needed a tow to mechanic to fix. Everywhere was booked solid for many weeks. Paul Whyte automotive not only squeezed it in within a few days did a gr8 job and fixed timing issue and had car back on the road in a day or two.

      I was honestly shocked at how low their price was for a scheduled service. They did the work, put in some new filters etc, got it all done quite fast, and charged a price so low I kind of felt guilty. Nice folks.

      Acacia Dental is a pleasant dental practice. Malik, my dentist, is friendly and knowledgeable and always explains every procedure and puts you at your ease before starting any dental work. One big bonus is the practice has a machine which can make your porcelain crown within an hour! No more temporary crowns and coming back for fittings! Also the practice is a member of Smile, which is why I chose them in the first place! I have recommended them to several people since I joined a few years ago.

      I have a massive fear of dentist as I’m sure most of us do!! I have super sensitive teeth and gums as I have mild/beginning of gum disease….. I hate going to the dentist because it actually really hurts and makes my gums so so sore, even the following day! The dentist I seen today was lovely and extremely gentle!       Dr Malik has been of great help to me since I found him on the internet, looking for more specialised help. He crowned two teeth, which were declared lost by my home dentist, who only saw very costly implant options. A year has passed, and the crowns work perfectly fine. Even though I live 200 km inland, I have seen Dr Malik to great benefit for more treatments, combining my travels to Canberra with a visit to his clinic. I very much value his expertise, passion for up-to-date treatments and equipment, his friendly nature and the absolutely friendly and supportive personnel around him.

      We went to Heritage nursery just to get ideas for our front yard landscaping. However we were served by Annie who was super knowledgeable, helpful and able to suggest plants that met our needs.       We popped in today looking at Japanese Maples. Staff were sooo incredibly helpful, gave us a great deal of assistance pick out the right tree, they even arranged deliver for the same day.

      This nursery has a wonderful selection of plants and trees, but to me it was the service which shined!

      This is our favourite nursery in Canberra. With a huge variety of quality plant and friendly customer service, I was never disappointed to visit them any time. Although the price of the plants are slightly higher than others, the quality is very good. Staff are generally euqipped with strong knowledge about their plants. Highly recommend.

I tried to sort an issue with an item that was purchased from there under warranty but after being transferred to different staff members & being placed on hold, nobody could solve the problem or they lacked information.       I had a key cut at Bunnings, and initially, it didn’t work. However, when I returned and spoke to the receptionist, she cut the key again, and this time it worked perfectly. The floor team was helpful, and the item I needed was in stock.

      Having a carpenter/painter husband it’s always first choice to come to this Bunnings as for trade and special order they are better organised and have more options. We came to buy material for deck and pergola and they were very accommodating to what we needed. Very happy with customer service especially from the ladies at the trade desk. We have bought several items for residential jobs also our own home.

      Was excellently served by Leon in plumbing section. I had no idea how to replace a cartridge for a leaking mixer tap. Leon spent less than 10mins using a store display mixer tap as a real life demo, dismantling it using the tools I would require, explaining the configuration and issues I may run into along the way. Better than any YouTube vid I could find, consequently I successfully replaced the cartridge no hassles. Got the cartridge by special order via Bunnings Spare Parts. The whole process has been brilliant and smooth as. Thanks Leon for going out of your way to give a DIY demonstration, and with your on point knowledge I saved more than $350 if called in a plumber instead

      Horrible shopping experience. I had checked online and this was the only store that had the product of this colour in stock. Firstly, my empty trolley was stolen by someone. I couldn’t find the product I was looking for so asked a staff member for help. They directed me to another section but it wasn’t there. So either the stock count is wrong or the product is actually in some other location. Then I went to look at a different product and needed advice so waited for the staff member who was assisting someone else. Another customer came along and tried to jump in front of me. Thankfully the staff member was helpful and I was able to purchase the second product, but had to go to another store and settle with a different colour for the first product. But be warned in this store the other customers are a bigger problem than the staff!

      Probably a smaller warehouse than the rest, but has all the basics covered. For better selection, the Canberra Airport store is about 10mins away, and has much more selection.

      But a decent store overall, plenty of parking, great location.

      Perhaps surprisingly small considering Fyshwick is the construction hub of Canberra and surroundings.

      Love going to Mawson woolworths. But honestly dread the checkout process. At least once every two weeks a service operator cannot reach items on conveyor belt and will pick up your items and drop in your bags. We end up packing all our items She is really unhappy and will tell you as such.

      Is it just me or are the shelves at Mawson Woolworths incredibly disorganised. I feel like I have to move the piles stuff around on the shelf, or in the fridges to find the thing I’m looking for. It’s like the groceries were just hastily dumped there. (Maybe I am just here after a busy night?!) there are also a whole bunch of products that are seemingly missing or unavailable. Sorry for the rant…..

      The layout is hopeless. If you want something from one end only, but baskets and trolleys are at other end, you are forced to go to the other end to get a basket, and then walk to the other end to gather the goods you want. ?

      They are so paranoid about security that they block off half access points, rather than installing security to monitor. Again, this is an inconvenience to honest customers. Please improve your access or a security person. Seriously, the convenience of this place is severely impacted by its layout and access. So disappointed by the ongoing changes.

      I feel sorry for elderly or ppl with mobility problems. The store doesn’t deserve any stars, except for the staff who work their a** off to accommodate angry customers like me. Thank you staff!

      A big thank you to the lady managing the milk section. I have been consistently purchasing Riverina milk for making coffee because it pairs perfectly with it, even better than other brands. However, when I went to the shelf, it was out of stock. I approached the lady next to me and she was incredibly kind. She went to the back to check the stock specifically for me. Initially, I was considering giving up and driving to another Woolworths, but to my surprise, she returned with a bottle of milk and asked if I needed more. This level of customer service is exceptional, and it has made me love coming to Woolworths for my regular purchases. This experience solidifies Woolworths as my preferred choice for future shopping trips as well!

      Update: still pretty good but not as good as it used to be. Store layout not as good, they have a booming delivery service so you have to dodge pickers trolleys and there is a lot of empty spaces on shelves.

      I usually like going to the Airport Woolies at 7:30 pm to avoid the crowds and the parking lot chaos at Dickson. But the customer service at check out is appalling. Once again they refused to open a proper check out counter for a big cart of groceries. Instead they forced me into the “express” check out counter (which should be for less than 10 items) where I had to pile all my groceries into a 1 square foot counter. They always claim they are “short staffed”, or “it’s late”. But if the store is open, then customers paying $250 per week for groceries (that’s $13,000 per year) should be given a proper check out counter. My items were dropping on the floor because of the small counter. If I wanted to be given the steerage class treatment I would go to Aldi. In fact next time I will go to Aldi ! And Coles is opening a new store in Dickson, and I’ll be betting they provide a proper check out counter. Airport Woolies- you’ve lost a previously loyal customer.

      Good service. But I really have a terrible experience buying a bike in here. First they assembled the wrong bike for me, made me went there for nothing. Second time I phone them and they told me it was already built, but after I came found that it actually not. Third time I finally got my bike, but on my way home the gears of the rear wheel was suddenly loosen, and the handle was also not tight made me almost fell off the bike,it was really dangerous!       No toilet facilities available for a four year old. Asked staff and was told we had to walk a block to doctors rooms. An exception should be made for children and the elderly. Hope they have fun putting this back on the shelves. They’ve lost me as a customer.

      Pretty disappointed. I was advised by Kmart online that my order was ready so I arrived to find it wasn’t. When I then went to purchase the frames I needed for business, the lady handed me a damaged frame from the back of house area instead of one from the shelf which we walked past a number of times.

      Disappointed by Kmart online as well for their lack of assistance and dissatisfied with the level of service from Kmart Queanbeyan.

      Good -This Kmart will tell you what must buy. So many cheap stuffs with reasonable quality and price. -Wide enough each passageway. -Friendly staffs. -Free car park

      I just have to say, the customer service at Kmart Queanbeyan was amazing. So much more friendly & helful than Tuggeranong, ACT. Justen at the checkout was so friendly & accommodating. He could see I was struggling, so offered to scan for me. The lady at the door was so friendly & helpful. Store was neat & tidy.

      It’s a mixed feeling with this Kmart, some staff members are great, but some are already annoyed from u before u even speak and some would give u a flashback of 1970’s movies where a character is racially profiled and they put up a show of passive racism lol. The aisles and clothes can be scattered at times, but can blame them much due to how busy the place is generally.

      Dr Micua could not have been more friendly and helpful. In addition to dealing with my presenting request she gave me a flu shot, ordered up tests and offered to personally chase up the specialist who had not yet sent in a report. I felt truly taken care of.

      Called in the morning to see if they could fit my toddler in that day. Aaron said he would call me back, and not 10 min later he did, and he was able to get my toddler in to see Dr Lynn that afternoon. Dr Lynn was great with my toddler. Will definitely go back to this practice next time we need a doctor. Thank you.

      Excellent experience…. I am a international traveller with travel insurance and needed to see a doctor. Was able to find Florey Medical Centre, using google maps and able to see bios of the doctors, services provided and make an on-line booking for same day. In-take at reception was easy and appointment was on-time. Waiting area is generous. Doctor was gregarious and to the point. Able to get all the required documents for insurance claim (including medical notes, prescription and invoice) but the cost for visit ($95AUD) was reasonable even without the travel insurance (IMHO). Would highly recommend.

      We moved to florey in June and I took my 8yr old there only to be misdiagnosed, not once but twice and also prescribed the wrong medication and left my daughter suffering in pain for several weeks while we followed the Drs advice only to discover from the local pharmacy she had been prescribed the wrong medication for that condition and the over the counter medication recommended by the pharmacy worked within 3 days. I’m disabled and can’t afford to pay for consultations that line the drs pockets while we have to go without and my daughter suffered. Never going back to this place.

      Been using for many years. Staff & Doctors always pleasant to deal with. They don’t bulk bill and charge a more after hours. Call before to check in uncertain. Plenty of seating available and are still using Covid safety mask wearing still in force which is great. They also use Hot Doc app for making appointments which works great.
