There was no change machine, which is surprising, i had to leave and get cash out. Should of read the the reviews first. Then the soap dispenser ate my $2 and didnt give me any detergent but luckly there was an awesome chick who let me use some of hers. I also didnt realise until the washing machine had started that 1 of the machines i used was for pet items, it would help if the actual machine says it not just some piece of paper on the wall. Also some of the washing machines have mould on the black bit(shown in picture) and they smell like mould so i dont know how or why this got missed by staff. Also the drain near number 10 is a trip hazard i almost fell over when getting my washing out of the machine and finally when i tried to put coins in for the dryer, they wouldnt go in and i had to use my card even after having to get cash out which honeslty just made me even more annoyed then i was before. I wasnt going to write a review until that happened. Honeslty this place needs to be looked after better but at least ny clothes are now clean.

6x eftpos washers, 4 coin operated

      Dryers are eftpos

If you want laundry liquid/powder (obviously you will) you will need 2x $1 coin – not sure why information like this isn’t clear on the website

Self serve prices are absolutely disgusting. Talk about taking advantage of people in unfortunate situations needing to wash their clothes.

Mark greeted me warmly, even though he was leaving for the day. He made sure I had sufficient coin to wash and dry a 15kg load. He explained the machines and gave me some tips. He introduced himself and welcomes Ned me to the Central Coast.

The Gold Coast, often referred to by its initials G.C., and officially the City of Gold Coast, is a city in Queensland, Australia. It is Australia’s sixth-largest city, the most populous non-capital city, and the state's second-largest city after Brisbane, with a population over 600,000. The Gold Coast is a coastal city and region located approximately 66 kilometres (41 mi) south-southeast of the centre of the state capital, Brisbane. The city's central business district is located roughly in the centre of the Gold Coast in the suburb of Southport. The urban area of the Gold Coast is concentrated along the coast, sprawling almost 60 kilometres, joining up with the Greater Brisbane metropolitan region to the north and to the state border with New South Wales to the south. Nicknames of the city include the ‘Glitter Strip’ and the ‘Goldy’. The demonym of a Gold Coast resident is Gold Coaster.
The area that became the Gold Coast was originally inhabited by the indigenous Yugambeh people. The city grew from a collection of small townships, the earliest being Nerang in 1865. From the 1920s onwards, tourism led to significant economic growth in the region, and by 1959 the Gold Coast was declared a city, with its first skyscraper being built in 1960. The Gold Coast boomed from the 1980s onwards with skyscraper construction. This era was defined by the city's ‘white-shoe brigade' developers, neon lights, and organised crime, particularly the yakuza and the Russian mafia. The late 20th century saw the city's tourism diversify with theme park openings, and in the early 21st century became an international destination for film production.
The Gold Coast has a diverse economy with strengths in health, tourism, arts and culture, and construction, with a GDP of $40.9 billion. The city ranks highly as one of the country's cultural and creative hotspots, alongside content creators, a growing video games industry, and leads Australia in startups per capita.
The Gold Coast is central to the nation's entertainment industry with a major film and television production industry, leading to the city's metonym of Goldywood. The Gold Coast is also host of the AACTA Awards and the Gold Coast Film Festival.
The Gold Coast is a major tourist destination with a sunny, subtropical climate and has become widely known for its surfing beaches (such as Surfers Paradise), high-rise dominated skyline, theme parks, nightlife, and rainforest hinterland.

We stayed for almost a week and wished we could have stayed longer. Perfect location with a beautiful view, close to the local pub, shops, a park, marine discovery centre and cafe across the road, and a short walk to the beach and lagoon. Danny and Sue will make you feel at home, the rooms are bright and clean, nicely furnished and the beds are very comfortable. They think of everything and do their best to help you unwind and enjoy your stay. The pool is beautiful and refreshing, the barbeques are clean (you even get a free pack including condiments, cutlery, dishes and utensils), and the place is family-friendly and quiet at night. Perfect. Thank you!

From the moment we arrived a few days before new years, we were pleasantly welcomed by Ray(?) with a big smile and great customer service, and I just knew we were going to have a good holiday. Danny was always checking in with us whenever we’d pass him, and the other staff were friendly and helpful ….. The rooms were modern and clean, and had everything you need, the beds were comfortable (I slept better than when I was at home!), and the swimming pool was in excellent condition, and open until 8pm which was great, we had a swim every day and couldn’t drag ourselves away from it….. thank you staff of the Terrigal Pacific, for making our stay such a pleasant one and a great way to start 2024!

Sue and Danny are so welcoming and so friendly. Love the colours around the rooms and hotel. The pool is so large and heated, enjoyable all year round. Best place to stay in Terrigal!

The place is tip top, excellent range of all types of fish of all sizes and the prices are fantastic. I listened to them serving other customers and they seem very knowledgeable. A little wait time to be served once U have chosen out ur fish, but worth the wait. Couldn’t be happier with this shop I’ll be taking the 30 min trip there from now on.

We visited The store yesterday after an unfortunate accident with our dog in the morning. We were amazed at how much compassion and understanding we received ❤️ We were helped with lots of information on which fish would suit our tank and the best way to look after them when we go away. I couldn’t more highly recommend All coast Aquariums and the lovely owners and staff. We will definitely be back! ?

I’ve shopped at this store for more than 20 years, and it may have had different owners and staff working there, but one thing has remained a constant, they have a passion for quality. They have some of the best African cichlids you will find in the country. Their display tanks are awe-inspiring and second to none, if you’re looking for a quality aquarium, you’ll struggle to find one better!!! Go there, you won’t regret it.

  • The 3 Biggest Wildlife Sanctuary in Central Coast, Australia

The 3 Biggest Wildlife Sanctuary in Central Coast, Australia

Wildlife sanctuaries provide a safe haven for animals and offer unique opportunities to learn about wildlife conservation and appreciate the beauty of nature. The Central Coast of Australia is home to some of the most renowned wildlife sanctuaries that showcase the incredible biodiversity of the region. Three of the best wildlife sanctuaries in the Central Coast are Australian Reptile Park, Walkabout Wildlife Park, and Wildlife Ark.

At the Australian Reptile Park, visitors can encounter a vast collection of over 1,000 reptiles, including iconic species like koalas, kangaroos, and crocodiles. Walkabout Wildlife Park offers close encounters with native Australian animals, including koalas, kangaroos, and wallabies, in a natural bushland setting. Wildlife Ark specializes in providing a home to injured, orphaned, and abandoned Australian wildlife, and visitors can learn about the importance of wildlife conservation and rehabilitation.

Top Wildlife Sanctuary in Central Coast, Australia

Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is a heritage-listed zoological garden at 28 Tomewin Street, Currumbin, Queensland, Australia. It was built in 1947 onwards. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 18 September 2009. The sanctuary is world-renowned for its feeding of huge flocks of free-flying wild rainbow lorikeets, which come to the sanctuary to feast off the special mixture which the lorikeets eat.
The multitude of events, shows and attractions include dingo encounters, free flight bird shows and feeding of the park's massive saltwater crocodile. The park also contains a serious aspect of its work and exhibits, and behind the scenes includes a state-of-the-art veterinary and rehabilitation hospital.
The sanctuary was opened as the Currumbin Bird Sanctuary by Alex Griffiths in 1947 as a scheme to stop the local lorikeet population destroying his flower plantations. The lorikeets still flock to the sanctuary twice daily to be fed by visitors. The sanctuary now houses one of the largest collections of Australian native species in the world. Exhibits include Tasmanian devils, a reptile house and in December 2017 the sanctuary opened their new exotics precinct Lost Valley which is home to lemurs, red pandas, capybara, cotton-top tamarins, tree kangaroos and one of largest walk-through aviary in the Southern Hemisphere with free flying birds. The sanctuary also has a miniature railway that has been operating since 1964. In May 2011, the hospital has appealed for donations and government support as it faces a funding shortage that may force it to turn away injured wildlife.

BUYERS BEWARE: I purchased a new CF Moto 450sr which was scratched during transit. Phil advised there was 80 units on back order so I requested a full refund and return. He is refusing to refund me and is now dodging my calls and hanging up on me when I do get through. Phil is a nice guy when it works for him, then completely swaps as soon as something doesn’t work in his favour. Dealership has been reported to fair trade and ACCC. Do not buy from here.

Took my firestorm in for a major service and carburettor repair to Phil, because the previous mechanic had no idea and left my bike in a mess of vacuum and carby hoses, and it never ran properly after that, I put up with it for a couple of painful years until enough was enough. Called Phil and he assured me it can and will be fixed right, so dropped it off and with that I crossed my fingers. I called back a week or so later, and Trent the mechanic had weaved his magic, the work that was done from mechanical service and carburettor repairs is outstanding, I’ve owned this bike for 11 years and it has never run this brilliantly. So thank you to the entire team at CC Motorcycles for an awesome job and can’t recommend them highly enough, I will be back.

I called Central Coast Motorcycles enquiring about a bike. I contacted them in hopes of better service to which I recently received locally at another dealer in Newcastle. The bike was ordered and arrived within 3 days. the entire process was smooth, Phil provided us with impeccable service throughout, giving us a detailed handover with plenty of knowledge. We got a great deal on the bike and also on the products bought in store. Would definitely recommend, I will be purchasing here in the future. ?

Phil (the owner of the business) is one of the most crook car sales persons I’ve ever come across. My partner bought a brand new bike from them 48 hrs ago, which was delivered with damage. Phil offered a full refund of the bike or a reimbursement for the damage. I asked him to confirm details in an email but he refused too (first alarm bells).

We decided to proceed with a full refund on the bike as there is a large back order of “80 bikes”, Phil has subsequently “changed his mind” and refusing to refund the bike. He has hung up the phone many times and will not answer calls or messages.

As a buyer, it’s Phil’s way or no way. He does not listen to you and will continue to ignore you until he gets his way.

It’s a shame to see owners of small businesses treat customers like this. Please be aware of where you buy, I would honestly recommend choosing anywhere else but Central Coast Motorcycles.

Fair Trading and ACCC have been notified.

A clean spacious size planet fitness with plenty of equipment, paper towels and sanitiser spray to clean down everything. Located up the escalators near The Shed and Daycare in the super centre. Plenty of parking. I’ve heard about it from people but my 1st time going to this gym as my mother in law just joined so she invited me as you can bring a buddy for free and I was pretty impressed. I’ve heard lots of people saying its great and it is ??

I’ve been going to Planet Fitness for some time now and it’s great. Has a great atmosphere. Spoken to Jason a few times and all the staff are friendly and helpful. No complaints at all. Everything is always clean and machines are always in working order. I’d definitely recommend giving it a go.

This gym is not like any other I’ve EVER been too. This place is literally judgement free, encouraging vibes and literally a side family! Would recommend to absolutely everyone – this place has changed my life and my love for exercise.

After bad experiences with a few of the Staff members at Planet Fitness Tuggerah I’m changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star, Staff are incredibly nosey disrespectful and rude, god forbid you wear old clothes to the gym or worse wear the same washed and dried clothes a couple times a week when you’re there to workout, I overheard a staff member comment about me wearing the same (clean) T-shirt again, same staff member made a comment about me not shaving my face. Several other disrespectful and invasive questions and comments were made towards me or about me. It says in big letters in the gym no judgment but after visiting lake haven and Gosford gyms where the staff are incredibly polite, it seems only Tuggerah operates this way.
