Would like to especially thank 2 lads in gardening (Daniel & I missed the other young man’s name). Exceptional customer service, I asked if I could get some help getting 48 bags potting mix, etc to my vehicle. Well these 2 guys brought my whole order to my vehicle & proceeded to load everything in for me. I generally find staff @ Lakehaven quite good but the help from these 2 legends was really appreciated. A+ Bunnings team members, thanks lads in case you ever read this!

Let me tell you, this place is a real lifesaver for us DIY enthusiasts in the Central Coast. When you’ve got a home improvement project on your plate, Bunnings Lake Haven is like an oasis in the desert!
They’ve got everything under the sun, from tools and hardware to gardening gear and paint supplies. You name it, they’ve got it, and it’s all top-notch quality.
But what really sets this Bunnings apart is the staff. They’re legends, always ready to lend a hand and share their know-how. It’s like having your own personal team of experts.
The store itself is well-organized, so you can find what you need without getting lost in the aisles. Plus, the sausage sizzles out front are an absolute ripper – can’t resist grabbing one on my way out!
So, whether you’re a seasoned DIY warrior or just getting started, Bunnings Lake Haven is the place to be. Swing by, grab your gear, and get ready to tackle those projects like a true blue Aussie. Cheers!

The staff is not helpful at all. The lady watering the plants was so rude and was clearly a racist person. At the checkout, I was struggling to lift some heavy things and 2 girls were just standing there and not offering to help or anything. I felt like people from the central coast do not accept other communities. They don’t seem like true Australians, Australia is a multicultural country. Everyone should be treated with respect as we are all humans. I was really disappointed yesterday and I’m never going to go back to the lake Haven Bunnings again.

Very nice stock levels..however when myself and brother went to purchase items at register my brother was asked to look in his bag . My Brother said no problem ..when he showed the inside of his bag there was an Empty monster drink can i had given him as there were no bins. I had bought drink at cafe in store …and explained to cashier ..than she continued as my brother had a water bottle ( coles brand water ) unopened ..a male staff had left his posting at door to come over to us as well. I asked would they like to see my proof of purchase ..he said no i walked out humiliated in front of waiting customers . My brother was left being quiestioned further about the drinks …not nessary when the person at the door checks bag ..we were asked before i even finished tapping to pay ..never going here again

I have been to many bunnings over the years, and for the first time ever we had an older gentleman in the tool section spend time with us to give us experienced advice. We were very grateful. Bunnings need to hire more people like this, instead of those who run away from customers.
Huge bunnings with lots of variety, a great parking area, and plenty to choose from.
Majority of the staff are lovely, but there was a young staff member looking at his phone and when we asked where something was, he kept looking at his phone and mumbled as to where he thought it was. The item was not there and we had to get help from another staff member.

Excellent service
I bought combination padlocks for my suitcases.
I didn’t know how to set them and I was very nervous about that.
The lady at the pay counter on 17/3/23 night took extra time to set them for me.
I was impressed with her patience and effort to settle my fears and anxiety.
She was great.

Today, we received the best customer service that we have ever had at any bunnings store! I don’t even know what department Jen works in, because she helped us with everything! We are doing a renovation of our business premises. Jen went out of her way to answer our many questions and follow-up with other stores to see if there were any returned custom kitchens that would suit our needs. Jen also searched on all the shelves, in a few different departments, as well as out the back. We left with more knowledge, ideas and all the correct brochures to help plan for our project. What an amazing experience! Jen, you deserve a medal. ???

Bought a bike from here, it took them 2 weeks to build it and then when I came to pick it up they wouldn’t let me leave the store because it was “checked out 13 days ago”, even though I showed them the purchase receipt. Got it sorted out, but to say it was embarrassing is an understatement. Shout out to the one lovely young lady that apologized for the situation.

Had a terrible experience today with the lady at the front of Kmart who checks the receipts on your way out she has short hair and wears glasses there was a lady in front of me that she just let walk out without checking her receipt and another lady who walked out and just quickly flashed her receipt while walking out and didn’t bother checking her receipt properly than I go to walk out and she fully checks my receipt which I found very unprofessional I told her why didn’t she check the peoples receipts that went before me but you want to fully look at mine she didn’t have much to say I also said next time make sure you check everyone’s receipts properly she came back at me and said I was to busy on my phone which I replied even though I was on the phone I was still aware of what was happening in front of me.!! Being a new patient, I was greeted welcomely by the receptionist, she was very nice. I ended up getting an appointment with a lovely young man as I will refer to as doctor Alex. Doctor Alex shows a lot of care and knowledge in what he does. I felt so comfortable with him from the start. He is someone that actually makes time to get to know you better and listens to your concerns. I asked Doctor Alex at the end of my consultation was he going to be my permanent doctor, he replied with a smile, if you want me to. I’m sure if Doctor Alex becomes my permanent doctor I will be very happy. Very good experience.

Suffice to say I travelled by public transport from Sydney to see Dr Allison Charnock whom I had met when she was practising in Sydney. Dr Charnock followed up my consultation with a telephone call: a level of patient care unheard of when dealing with the vast majority of medical practices. Making the initial appointment had been facilitated by very efficient receptionists. This is the nearest thing to the old suburban family practices I visited with my parents during childhood which I have experienced in the course of my adult life.

The reception and Doctor were five stars.
However receiving a demanding email and text from Hotdocs requesting my credit card details 8 days before my appointment caught me off guard.
They assured me that they would not see the details of my card and it would be securely stored by them.
The next statement was that they would be putting a hold on the amount until my visit .
How is this possible without having seen the card details?
They then informed me that not giving them my details I was risking my appointment being canceled.
As I have had personal details exposed in the Medibank and Latitude 28 hacking incidents I had no intention of laying myself open to this happening again but was unable to respond to them as both contact methods were no reply

I desperately need my anti anxiety meds now but the chemist in charge refused to help a very anxious person (who has run out of her prescription meds) Very sad that more people can’t help a fellow human being in desperate need. Have been going there for years.
I was given another person’s medication.
When I returned the medication ,I was accused of waiting for one item then taking and paying for four. I had given them 3 escripts and bought eye drops.
Pharmacist promptly told me that they were waiting for the police and also rang Gosford Hospital. He failed to ring myself the customer. I was labeled a thief for paying for medication he presumed were mine. He then look the higher ground of judge, jury and executioner.
No apology for the inconvenience that it caused me. Absolutely no people skills nor respect for older women.
No admission of fault from the pharmacist, then the guy on the front till asked if the medication was free. I replied no I’ve paid for it at the back.

What to Consider When Visiting a Barbershop in Central Coast
Bolton Brothers Barbers in Central Coast
When going to a barbershop in the United States, there are several things to consider to ensure a successful and satisfying experience. From choosing the right barber to understanding the local customs and etiquette, being prepared can make all the difference. Here are some key factors to keep in mind:
Research and Recommendations: To find a reputable barbershop, start by asking for recommendations from friends, family, or coworkers. Additionally, read online reviews or check local barbering forums for insights and suggestions.
Barber’s Expertise: It is crucial to choose a barber who specializes in the style you desire. Consider the barber’s experience, skill level, and whether they are trained in specific techniques or styles.
Cleanliness and Sanitation: A clean and hygienic barbershop is essential for a safe and pleasant experience. Look for signs of cleanliness, such as sanitized tools, fresh towels, and a neatly organized workspace.
Barber-Client Communication: Effective communication is key to getting the desired result. Clearly explain what you want, including the haircut style, length, and any specific details. Ask for the barber’s input and be open to suggestions.
Price and Payment: Consider the pricing structure of the barbershop and ensure it aligns with your budget. Inquire about the accepted payment methods, such as cash or card, and whether gratuity is expected.
Scheduling and Wait Times: Check if the barbershop operates on an appointment or walk-in basis. If it’s a busy shop, be prepared for potential wait times and plan accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.
Cultural Differences: Keep in mind that customs and expectations may vary across different regions or communities. Research any local etiquette or norms beforehand to avoid unintentional faux pas.
Tipping: Tipping is customary in the United States, and barbers are no exception. Typically, a tip of 15-20% of the total cost is given to the barber as a sign of appreciation for their service.
By considering these factors and doing some background research, you can ensure a positive experience at the barbershop in the United States. Remember to communicate clearly, be respectful, and enjoy the grooming service provided by the skilled professionals.

Kingsmen Hair

Amazing just Amazing, the service here is one of the best shops here in Gosford, the workers are amazing nice and helped me pick out what is best for my head shape, 11/10 would come again and will come again. i am very satisfied with my haircut and so is my Family. The workers have amazing nice clippers and have really good hygiene, they are very clean, always wiping their machines. They also give you free drinks when you come in (i got a water). I 100% really do recommend coming here. and after my haircut one of the workers gave me a ‘after shave cologne’ as a gift. once again amazing service and amazing work done on my hair. all the employees are professionals and experienced they know what they are doing.

I recently visited Kingsmen Gosford Barbershop with high hopes of getting a quality haircut, but my experience there turned out to be a complete nightmare. I left the establishment feeling deeply disappointed and utterly dissatisfied with the results.
To start off, the barber assigned to me seemed completely disinterested in providing a professional service. From the moment I sat in the chair, it was evident that he lacked the necessary skills and attention to detail. Despite explaining my desired haircut and even showing him a reference image, it was as if he didn’t pay any attention or understand what I wanted.
The haircut itself was an absolute disaster. It felt like the barber was working blindly, without any consideration for the style or shape I had requested. The end result was a complete mess that bore no resemblance to what I had asked for. My hair was left uneven, with jagged edges and uneven lengths, giving it a highly unflattering and lopsided appearance. It was a butchery job that left me feeling deeply distressed.
Adding to my disappointment, the overall atmosphere in the barbershop was lackluster. The staff seemed more interested in their own conversations and personal affairs rather than focusing on their customers’ needs. The barbershop itself was in dire need of renovation, with outdated equipment and an overall uninviting ambiance. It did not exude professionalism or create a welcoming environment.
To exacerbate matters, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the haircut to the barber, he responded with indifference. He showed no interest in rectifying the situation or making amends for the poor service. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for him or the barbershop.
In conclusion, my experience at Kingsmen Gosford Barbershop was an absolute disaster. The barber’s lack of skill, attention, and professionalism resulted in a horrendous haircut that left me feeling embarrassed and deeply frustrated. I strongly advise anyone considering this barbershop for their grooming needs to seek alternatives. Save yourself the disappointment and find a reputable establishment that values their customers and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

I got a great haircut from this place. It was exactly how I wanted it rather than in two weeks time.
I relocated to the central coast about a year ago and have been bouncing around different shops trying to find my go to. Hopefully the good cuts keep coming and I can stop looking.
Thanks guys.

After years of loyalty to my usual barber, I felt it was time to change things up and venture somewhere new. A friend recommended Kingsmen, so I gave it a shot.
Naturally I was anxious, however George was very friendly and welcoming. He gave some recommendations on styling, and is communicative on the process. The products used are great too. I’ve just had my second visit and have decided that this will be my new barber. Thanks George.
It’s also warming to see other customers enjoy their experience, and I’ve noticed they are great with kids too.

One word – phenomenal.
Little else gets me as excited as going to get a trim at Kingsmen Hair. The most amazing and friendly barbers I’ve ever seen. I refuse to get my hair done at any other place. High quality products, friendly faces and incredible haircuts and shaving. I cannot stress enough how amazing this place is. Thank you Kingsmen Hair for giving the best haircuts.

I had a scissors cut with Adam this week. First time walk in. Dealt with politely and with some emphathy due to my age. Much appreciated.
As a buzz cut, (normal these days,) was not appropriate, my request for a sissor cut was provided with expert precision and crafrtsmanship..
I also cannot speak too highly of his gracious manner and customer skills.
Excellent cut, enjoyed the experience. Extremely fair value. Highly reccommended.

Went to this store to change currency on Saturday 24th June, and arrived before they were due to open at 9am, but there was already a sign up to say “Back at 10am”… If you advertise hours then surely you should stick to them?
Edit – The hours may say that now, but they certainly didn’t when i called in as i checked before going. The hours on the booth also said 9am, hence the back at 10am sign. What a shame that this is how you chose to deal with this situation…

Love Aldi
They may not have everything but pretty close. And good pricing.
And most of all, they have cashiers that treat you like a customer. Unlike Woolworths and Coles etc that treat you like a thief at their self serve check outs (not that I use them, happy to wait to be served at what few cashiers they have left).

In my searches for the almost extinct fantails (which in the present day, is more valuable than gold) my brother Harrison (not my real brother) was was of the utmost help. Although, he himself was unable to provide the product he was to provide many other options to further my search. Which result in me finding a bag of fantails. Forever thankful, god bless.
