I had an incredible experience at Terry White Chemist, and I highly recommend it! The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, with Eliza standing out for her outstanding 10/10 service. She was not only knowledgeable but also patient and attentive, providing me with the best advice for my medication needs.

One of the highlights was the convenience of medication delivery. It was a true lifesaver for someone like me with a busy schedule. The process was seamless, and the Terry White Chemist team ensured prompt and discreet delivery. Their professionalism and commitment to customer service were truly impressive.

I was with a girlfriend who had to collect scripts from this chemist today, and the service we received from a very friendly Pharmacist called Aiden was commendable. He was kind, patient, efficient and friendly. He laughed at our silly jokes and made us feel very comfortable. I feel the need to promote this business for their example of what customer service etiquette should be. There has been occasions when other pharmacies in the area have made my friend feel so insecure and judged that she almost refused to collect her scripts. Sadly enough, judgment happens all too often! This experience today has given my friend back her confidence. All thanks to a wonderful team member who helped her immensely and treated us as equals! Thank you Aiden and all of your friendly staff @ Terry White Plaza! We will be seeing you again soon! 🙂

I went into Terry White on 07/02/23. I was looking at the body Mists and I was approached by a staff member by the name of Paige (i think that was her name) who asked if I needed any help. I was back and forth between looking asking about the fragrances to which she was more than willing to answer for me. She was so awesome and informative with her knowledge on the stock and the products I was asking about. She was so lovely to deal with and it really made me feel good. If her name is Paige, I do hope I have that right, she is an absolute asset to the business. To be greeted and assisted the way I was, was professional but very cool. Love her work! ❤️ I know alot of people are more than happy to let a business know of their complaints but good feedback isn’t said enough.

About 2 weeks without my cgm for my insulin pump. Went to order sensors with enough time before finishing the ones I had. Got a call a few days later to collect my order. The guy had put in the wrong order to what i asked for, so then I had to reorder with the lady that served me. Went back in a couple of days later as she said they would be there then, to get told that she did not actually submit the order properly so I then had to re order again with the pharmacist who told me that the order would definitely arrive by Tuesday, so today is tuesday and I went in to collect my order and it had not arrived. Long hard few weeks without my medical equipment

First time using this pharmacy today. I went in for an enquiry and was met with extremely poor attitude from the lady at the front counter. I will not be returning. There are a lot of pharmacies in Coffs Harbour and I would advise people find one where the staff aren’t as displeased to talk with potential customers.

This is such a great chemist. So accessible and such a large range. They stock medicines, make ups, baby needs, cleaning products, vitamins and supplements and the list goes on. Often the prices are better than competitive. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Massive praise to Cheryl from Good Price Pharmacy in Coffs who went above and beyond for me yesterday. I had my sick baby asleep in the car and I couldn’t get him out and bring him instore. She took my call and got me all sorted over the phone and proceeded to bring my item out to me. Her customer service was incredible and I’m grateful I was dealing with someone so helpful and understanding.

I took my wedding dress here after being recommended. Not only did they not call me when it was finished (I had to call them after their estimated time, and then they tried to tell me that I didn’t have a dress there) they have also completely ruined the skirt of my dress, and it’ll now cost me hundreds to fix it. They just put my dress into a washing machine and tumbled it – even though the dress has tags that specifically say not to do this. Very poor service. Would give 0 stars if I could.

A gentleman who served me asked me my last name on which I replied Kaur( as this is my surname) he asked me again I asked your surname to which I again said my surname is Kaur and he threw the pen and went in to call someone else to serve me as he said that I don’t understand what surname is. Such an arrogant and rude person. He should be fired or need to have classes in customer service before he can stand on the counter again. If possible I would only give them 0 stars. Shame there is only one dry cleaner in Coffs Harbour.

I book cheap motels for a single night for business mainly to have a shower and a good sleep and be ready for the next day. I don’t spend much time there. This small room was fine, however I should have got a motel that had a little table as I had some work to do. So…. Pros). Good shower. Bed OK. Air Conditioner was quiet and kept me cool all night with little noise. Tea and coffee was nice to have. Close to the Coast Hotel which is a nice place for dinner. Cons) Room No.20 had some type of insect ( small beetle). I saw a few adults ( size of the top of a pencil) and some younger ones. This room needs to be fumigated. It was too late to switch rooms. In the morning I had an itch from a bite on the back of my hand. Over 36 hrs later it is still itchy and slightly swollen. It’s annoying and painful.

We’ve consistently appreciated the Ibis group for its budget-friendly choices. However, our recent experience at this Ibis budget hotel fell short. Upon entering, we noticed a musty odor in the cramped room, lacking even a small desk. The combined shower and toilet made the bathroom excessively wet, and the fridge failed to cool adequately. The bed was decent, but overall, there are better alternatives at a similar price point.

Unlike other Ibis we have used before, this one was different in a bad way. The smelly carpets, room size was smaller, tiny toilet/bathroom and as you bath the shower curtain gets in contact with the skin. The bathroom fan was not working and it’s easy for the fire alarm to be triggered. The bathroom water would easily flow through the door to the room and so the carpet close to the door is a bit mouldy.

The staff is friendly and helpful.

Don’t do it – spend a bit more and be comfortable. I am naturally optimistic and see the silver lining, however – aside from location, right on the main hwy heading north or south the room was not very clean. Sheets had hair and the bottom bunk had a weird smell so my son slept in the double bed with us. The shower had mould and the shower curtain also mould. I felt like everything I touched had been cleaned with a dirty cloth. I spent $151 for the night – if I had spent $50..$80 for the night OKAY… but not for $151! Also – not the motels fault but next to a pub that pumped music until midnight, then a few of those people came into their rooms at 1 and 2 am making all sorts of loud noises and woke us all up. Not a good place for kids or if you need sleep!

Don’t stop here if you can help it. Absolutely disgusting, don’t understand how it even meets requirements to stay open. No exhausts in the bathrooms and they ask you to keep the door closed so the mould is horrendous. No soap in dispenser, shower curtain stunk of mildew and mould. Tap wouldn’t turn off (yet they say they care for the environment in their signage next to the tap). Bunk beds not sturdy, my son started to climb the ladder for bed and they started to tip, could have ended very badly. Heard someone else complain at reception, staff could not have cared less. Our room door was open when we arrived, did not lock easily which added to anxiety. All I wanted after a long drive was a cup of tea, no tea in the small supply that was in the room. Honestly probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and there’s been a lot! Avoid it unless you are absolutely desperate!

Awesome place to stop.on your way through Coffs Harbour. The miniature Dutch village is pretty cool with some delicious food options in the Cafe next-door. Make sure you time you visit around 10:00 or 2:00 so you can watch the clog making demonstration as it is surprisingly educational and a lot of fun. Definitely don’t drive past this place, it’s right on the main road through Coffs ?

Such a hidden gem!! I’ve visited a few times (not staying overnight, just visiting) and absolutely love this place. Dutch souvenirs galore, the miniature replicas of famous Dutch buildings is SO well done (happy that they have the Martinitoren!!) and the fella that’s been at the checkout each time is so friendly and always up for a chat. In the cafe they have a nice menu but they also have Dutch groceries!! We stock up on curry sauce and Pickwick tea each time we drive through Coffs. A little slice of Holland, love it!!

The 3 shop front looks cute and it’s a nice photo op with the giant clogs. The miniature villiage is the cutest especially with Thomas the Tank Engine going around one section. It’s nice there’s a variety and quite a number of miniature villages, castles etc to look at. Would be good if there was more miniature trees or flowers surrounding the miniature buildings or tiny fish in the waterways. Prices for souvenirs are pricey. Paid $10 for clog fridge magnet. The caravan park to the right is a bit of an eyesore.

I had to comment on the rooms, but we didn’t stay in the rooms, but on a camp-site. However, the amineties were spotless. Big kudos to the cleaners. Restaurant was delicious and the little creek behind the restaurant had lots of live in it for entertainment. Shops at walking distance, beach and creeks minutes drive away with easy parking. We would stay again.

The Clog Barn Tourist Attraction is like a tiny Amsterdam village, showcasing the culture and daily life of the people there. The miniature setup is adorable, complete with detailed windmills, little trains, villages, and a charming church. The best part? It’s free to enter, but you can donate if you had a good time. Don’t miss the lovely gift shop and the cozy café for a delightful experience.

If you are interested in knowing facts about butterflies then this is a place to visit. We really enjoyed our visit. The ticket prices are on a bit higher side. There is a cafe that serves good food but again the prices might seem a bit higher. Ample parking is available on-site. Overall, a nice place to take your kids in Coffs Harbour.

Great value for money, well while tourist attraction for all ages. Spent time with the butterflies, talking to experienced individuals that shared insightful information about the butterflies when you engaged in conversation. Time spent going through the maze was entertaining as well.

The cafe had a delightful selection and the scones did not disappoint.

The dinosaurs were great to see, the dinosaur show was short and sweet.

The opening hours are limited so that might be something to be mindful of when planning to visit depending on how much time you want to spend at this attraction.

There are peacocks that roam freely around the property as well if you like birds!

I recently visited the Coffs Harbour Butterfly House and had a good experience overall. The vibrant array of butterflies was truly captivating, creating a serene and enchanting atmosphere. The facility is well-maintained, providing a suitable environment for these delicate creatures to thrive.

The highlight of the visit was undoubtedly the opportunity to observe the butterflies up close and personal. The variety of species is impressive, and their vibrant colors make for a visually stunning display. It’s a unique and educational experience that could be particularly engaging for children. The staff members were knowledgeable and eager to share insights about the different species, adding value to the visit.

However, the overall size of the Butterfly House might be a bit limited for some visitors, and those seeking a more extensive collection might find it relatively small. Additionally, the entrance fee seemed a bit on the higher side, considering the size of the facility. While it’s understandable that maintaining a suitable environment for butterflies requires investment, the pricing could be a deterrent for some visitors.

On the positive side, the Butterfly House provides a peaceful escape into nature, and the educational aspect is commendable. It’s a great opportunity for families with children to learn about these fascinating insects. The onsite cafe is a nice touch, offering refreshments and a place to relax after exploring the butterfly habitat.

In conclusion, the Coffs Harbour Butterfly House offers a delightful experience, especially for families and nature enthusiasts. While there are some areas for improvement, the positive aspects, such as the variety of butterflies and knowledgeable staff, make it a worthwhile visit for those interested in the world of butterflies.

Took about 45 minutes to view entire place.

The shows available to watch catered more to little ones than my teens.

Was not a fan of the scones with jam and cream from cafe, herbal tea was fine.

The cold platter was as expected, prawns were nice and tasty, oysters were good but not as pungent. The grilled swordfish had the right flavours except the middle part was a bit over. The highlight though were the chips, which had a good amount of crunch and seasoning. Seating was quite limited, so make sure you find a spot after ordering.

I’m visiting from the US and bought a used bike from someone local. It needed checked over to see why it was having some troubles occasionally. I needed a good lock and mirror so I went to Rainbow. They had exactly what I was looking for and even took a quick look at the bike funding it was due to a loose back wheel. I left with a solution, the products I needed and a great set of headphones as well. I’m a very happy customer! I’d give the staff 10 stars!
