      The Drs here are friendly, caring, knowledgeable and respectful. Dr Nagina is next level. She really pays attention, has real empathy and remembers details of your family and your life. She is a beautiful soul. The nurses are also very warm and fun. My son has had all his childhood vaccinations here and the staff have been really great to get it done quickly and make him feel comfortable. I don’t think he has cried for any of them!

      The staff need to learn how to answer a phone! If you ever need to ring this place prepair for a 30 min wait. I have even been on hold on the phone trying to find the entrance, when there was building works and there was staff just standing around talking with the phone rining it is worse than bunnings and big w combined.

      Attended Coffs Medical Centre today. The ladies at reception were lovely, no sour faces that I have experienced at some other medical centres. Saw Dr Macnaught, he is by far the nicest Dr I have seen in a long time. I highly recommend him. I highly recommend this practice.

      Possibly one of the best shopping centres I’ve ever been in! Nice vibes, relaxing centre, lovely ladies toilet, and I totally dig the brown leather armchairs and sofas scattered throughout the centre if you wanna rest your feet! I’m sitting on one right now as I write this! This centre features a large FREE library – donate & take whatever books you please! There’s a community piano & if you ask the concierge, they will turn down the centre’s music so everyone can hear you play! Also the huge whale sculpture suspended from the ceiling is nifty.

      Used to be my favourite op shop but find its too business orientated with the price. I think they have lost a bit of compassion in their service. If things become too expensive its better to just buy it new at K mart etc. Once pointed out broken tapes and they said to put it back. Find that many of the op shops have lost that caring vibe. bedding very expensive. Again better to just buy it privately.

      Extremely poor management Ive ever seen .I put a hold on some electric recliners at this store. I left my details with the manager To give me a call with the price as they still had to be tagged and tested by the electrian He told me it may take a while for them to be tagged and tested as the electrian didnt come in very often . I WAS NOT ASKED TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT..After a couple of wks I decided to call I looked for a phone number on the website and called no answer.During a period of 3 weeks I called a few times but nobody answered the phone at all so at the last phone call I left a voice message but nobody called me back still. I also didn’t have a missed call from him either so it’s not as if missed a call and didn’t call back .I don’t live in Coffs Harbour so I had to wait until I had an appointment again in Coffs Harbour to go to the store face to face again .I went into the store and spoke to the manager about the Chairs and he Told me that one of his staff had sold them. I was very disappointed and devastated and finaly upset as I left the store shattered that he would not do ANYTHING to fix the problem. I figured I would be able to have the option to purchase them as I had left my details before they were sold to the other people.He informed me that his staff had double sold them and that they had double sold other things before. I practically begged with him to sort it out but he wouldn’t only an apology that’s it I will never ever go in that store ever again! SO Wrong no compassion .

      Horrible place. Just took my grandmother there to have a look, and was asked if I have a mask (she did). I politely replied that I had an exemption, and the manager came out and told me to leave. I let him know again that I had an exemption and he proceeded to come within inches of me trying to intimidate me and said “I don’t care, get out” – I tried to inform him that if he refuses service to me as I have an exemption, it is in breach of the Commonwealth Discrimination Act 1993 (sections 6 &24) again was met with “I don’t care”.. Absolutely disgusting management to be so PRO discrimination.

      The pricing man was super rude! He put an $80 price tag on a throw rug that wouldn’t cost that much new. The dress my daughter bought cost $15 and once home she discovered it had been cut roughly to shorten. Op shops should be there to support folk not rip them off. It was super demoralising after losing so much to flooding to then be overcharged and treated rudely.

      I absolutely love coming here. The girls are so lovely and you can hear how supportive the staff are to eachother, especially the senior stylists as the guide the apprentices. Definitely a positive vibe throughout the salon. Susannah is amazing and talks me through everything that she is doing with my hair and why. My hair looks and feels amazing. I’ve been following her instructions and using her recommended products for aftercare as well. My hair is so healthy. Today I also had Susannah put hair extensions in. I told her about my lifestyle and work requirements, so she placed them strategically to ensure I could still put my hair up, without the tape showing and demonstrated how to do my hair.       Got a shampoo and dry off done, just to feel relaxed after a hectic weekend. Holly (stylist) seemed completely uninterested in doing a shampoo. Requested her twice to put some shampoo behind the scalp (around the neck) since that’s my oily spot but NO it was completely DRY. Didn’t shampoo or use water on the right side of the scalp also because she was standing to my left. On drying off when I was feeling extra heat , her reply was “I can’t go any lower” but there’s no reason why it can NOT be done at a fair distance from my hair if I’m feeling the extra heat on my scalp. I go to just cuts every now and then but WORST shampoo and dry off experience given by Holly. She was great at talking, humble and May be a great stylist but definitely not experienced at shampooing and dry off. And the charging $35 for a pathetic job that was done in 14 minutes!!! Walked out rather frustrated than relaxed.. ?

      I was in a hurry no time to book my hairdresser, call in to Just cuts Coffs Harbour, Kristen a young lady cut my hair , a new fabulous style, best ever , big thank you , so happy and at $42 I’ll be going back and I don’t need to book , so good because when I make up my mind I need to get it done , very professional and amazing, thanks again Carolyn from Sawtell .

      UPDATE: I Accept the Owners explanation and will consider the Good Will Offer.

      Disappointing the Google Maps stated 4pm closing time for Just Cuts, Park Beach Plaza, Coffs Harbour. My wife and I travelled 38 kilometres on a Sunday arriving at 2.25pm at Just Cuts both requiring a haircut. We were informed by a nice employee they closed at 3pm therefore only one of us could be fitted in for a hair cut due to others on a wait list. When told about Google Maps 4pm close. The same employee stated the BOSS has not updated the closing time on Google Maps. As a result of false information and relying on that information to travel. Just Cuts have lost my future patronage. Also note there is no Seniors Discounts on Sunday.

      A huge appreciation and thank you to Ally at just cuts. Today she cut the hair of a ASD level 3 girl (high level autism), hair cuts can be not only a sensory issue but terrifying for people on the spectrum. I’m so amazed by Ally and how well she did! With no guidance from myself Ally was able to explain step by step what she was going to do, she paid attention to sensory issues and always checked before doing something. It honestly couldn’t have been better, I would highly recommend Ally. The hair cut was also beautiful and very well done. The price was also fantastic in comparison to other salons. We love you Ally, thank you!
