      Gone completely down the drain with the new owners and management. The male dr is rude and uneducated when it comes to simple skills like interacting kindly with patients and listening to their needs. Told me before I even discussed my issues that they weren’t a “drug clinic” and they don’t “prescribe drugs” four people I know who go there experienced this too …. Never in my life have I felt so judged without any reason. All of the original doctors are gone, none of the old patients go here anymore. It’s honestly so disappointing. I had been going here since I was 7.

      After ONE appointment with him, I’d never step foot in there again.. Even if I was in desperate need. Feel sorry for the locals, especially the oldies… Only good thing remaining are the reception staff.

      I had visited Dr. Ali Rana for my infection in right side of the throat and he advised to visit hospital. I requested for referral but he told to visit emergency department. Also, asked if i am really bad with infection to visit hospital. Its gonna take long hours for queue.

      I have been going to this clinic for few years now. In terms of reception Alex is the best and of all the doctors I have consulted Dr Rana is by far the best! I would say he is the best I have consulted in 13 years. He really cares, he explains everything and gives you the time you need. Above all his communication is not rushed. He probes into the issue with questions and gets to the bottom of the issue. I am glad I consulted him today and I know whom to see next if I need a Doc. Thank You Doctor Rana

      Did come today (25/08/22 AM) to seek advice about my kid’s nasal spray. The pharmacist who attended to me was arrogant and busy chatting with his colleague.

      I was the only customer that time so I do not know what his excuse for being rude, sarcastic and unhelpful. I felt insulted for seeking advice to this pharmacist.

      If I can rate this with ZERO star, will be more than happy to do so.

      Arnold, the Pharmacist is very knowledgeable and takes personal interest in his customers and explains in detail about the medication, how it is to be taken etc. The staff are courteous and friendly and very helpful. The merchandise in the store is displayed well and the store is clean and tidy. I particularly like the ‘clearance’ of cosmetics. I had an occasion to have my blood pressure checked there and the lady was most efficient and attentive. The store is convenient for me and I am very happy with the service and customer satisfaction they endeavour to achieve. It’s a pleasure to drop in there every time to pick up our medicines.

      Lovley shop with some reasonably priced items, biggest negative is the two larger guys I’ve met on occasions when making donations, they have a serious attitude problem and are put out if you donate items that then need to be sorted. I.e a bag with mixed items. No thanks just disgruntled huffing and puffing. They may be volunteering but manners cost nothing.

      Your church, charity, business, run’s soup vans, I see one regularly at Narre Warren! . I assume it’s origin he’s something to do with your Cranbury op shop

      One of your clients, recently seriously assaulted me , causing injuries which can’t be fixed I guess being a church you believe in the religious ideology of ” saving” all people even if evil

      I will make it clear, thus assault wasn’t in the presence of your van membes , nor were they in the area, However , your church as another in Narre Warren, helps violent junkies, mental health patients , ex crims, etc . The person who assaulted me is regularly given free food by vinnies

      Why are you helping the lowest of the low, of society? I have also posted a review about another local place who helps him . I will not accept, excuses like drug and alcohol use, mental health, a.d.h.d , he was bullied at school, mummy didn’t love him .

      Plenty of people, have issues and aren’t violent , your van along with another organization shouldn’t be allowed to set up around a commercial shopping centre precinct, given some of the clientele you serve

      I certainly won’t donate even $1 to , any church based charity ever

      Vinnie’s appreciate the goods that I donate, they don’t throw out 90% of what you donate like Salvo,s do.. Sale prices are reasonable too if your a buyer.. I had quite a few bad experiences whilst trying to donate good new clothes at Salvo store in Cranbourne Nth, especially when I discovered most of my donations ended up in the dumpster…. just disgusted I was.. I was in Salvo store a few days ago, all you could hear is the staff in the back room smashing things that were kindly donated by genuine public being smashed in the bins..

      This shop has the best stock among all the opportunity shops I have been to. Doesn’t look like one either. So clean and well presented.       I absolutely love this op shop, I always walk out with a bargain and they have a large variety of items. The staff went above and beyond for me one time, allowing me to purchase a beautiful shelving unit that they were using (which I replaced with something that wasn’t as nice) Reading the older reviews, I think people confuse this Salvation Army op shop with the large Salvo’s op shop on Sth Gippsland Hwy.

      Jafar and Abbas are great barbers! No other Barber Shop in this area takes the amount of time and care that these guys do. Also, the online booking system is fantastic. I’ve been coming to Barber’s Kingdom for over a year, and I can easily say, they are the best barbers in Cranbourne. I highly recommend these guys!

      Jafar is by far the best barber I’ve ever used. The boys are always extremely friendly and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

      Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews, they’re just bitter people who didn’t cancel their bookings before the 2 hours notice period.

      The boys (Jafar and Abbas) are well known for having celebrities and footy players come for cuts, and it’s obvious why after giving them a go.

      Highly recommended.

      I’ve been coming to Barber Realm for over a a few months now, this has to be the worst cut yet. Although the fade is blended well, the front of my hair looks straight up odd. Multiple times I tried to make sure and show the barber who was cutting my hair, the length and what I would like it to look like. He continued to say “yes that’s fine” but now I have ended up with a weird bowl cut with a taper fade on the sides and back yet I was charged full price regardedless of how my hair looks. I am not happy with the service and I am completely confused what to do with my hair without making it look stupid. The “textured fringe” I asked for is nothing close to the video I repeatedly tried to show in order to make sure it looks similar, not happy with the service this time around at all and now I can do nothing but wait for my hair to grow back… BarberRealm removed all my rizz.?

      I’ve been a regular for the past 3 years but I’ve felt utterly frustrated with my most recent service at Barber Realm. I was given one of their new barbers after a very long 2+ hour wait, who somehow managed to butcher one part of my hair because they were in a rush (although I didn’t notice at first due to poor lighting that day). This was very unfortunate because I was hoping to propose to my gf on V-Day and don’t have the time to get this fixed as I work very long hours most days of the week. I get that it’s also very busy here but when prices have been raised and when the majority of us are willing to wait a very long time for a haircut, we do expect a decent service. Another reason for me giving a 1 star is because I’ve noticed that the numbering queue system is very terribly monitored in the past year with some people jumping the queue. Either way I won’t be coming back here after my last visit but please seriously upgrade your queue system and hire proper barbers for the rest of your loyal customers.

      I only get my hair cut at Barber Realm, I don’t go anywhere else since changing to them! Best barber in South East Suburbs! ??

      Okay so above is my review from one year ago. Folks I’m still going there! The barbers are all very friendly, the shop is clean and once again there service is 100%.

      Maybe because of my review (jk ?) and word spreading around they are now very busy a-lot of the time.

      There is pretty much always a wait these days so if you go pick your time carefully. Weekends, you’ll wait, after school pick up you’ll wait and nights you’ll wait! The wait times can be up to two hours so if you choose to go and take a ticket ask how long and maybe go to Aldi, Woolworths or Dan Murphy’s to shop whilst you wait.

      Other wise there are plenty of places around the Marriott Waters shopping prescient that you can go to for a coffee or lunch whilst you wait.

      If I didn’t think Barber Realm was worth waiting for I’d go some where else. But as far as I’m satisfied they are worth the wait! ??

      Prices are fair and gentlemen you can get a shave or “clean up” done there as well. I must say a razor shave and a hair cut is the best! I leave feeling refreshed and pampered!!! ? (Yes blokes need pampering too ladies!!????)

      My misses always comes here. She went today 14/06/2023 @ approx 1.15 pm where she was harassed by the staff member on duty. She was spraying her tyres with tyre foam like she always does before she was going to the automated wash. The staff member then started yelling at her that she wasn’t allowed to do this because of chemicals even though she has done this so many times before. But she complied and the staff member walked away. She then sat in her car and started to count the coins she was going to put in the machine for the automatic wash. The staff member then came back out stood right at her front window whilst she was counting her coins and started yelling at her if he could help her in an unfriendly manner. To which honestly she had had enough and told him that she was getting her money out to put in the machine and if he could eff off and leave her alone.       Been to a few carwashes around Narre/Hallam/Berwick. When it comes to hand wash, this one by far is one of the best around the area. Water pressure is perfect and hot. Foam brush, wax gun works well. Vacuum suction is strong plus has a card option as well to pay. To use all options on the screen, it only cost me $18 (27min) to wash car without rushing. Most car washes cost $30+ to wash fully. Customers will not be disappointed.

      Booked my Prado in for the top detail. It was looong overdue for a clean and had been on many family road trips, school and sport runs and daily drives so it was very dirty and dusty and all the kids leftovers stuck in all the nooks and crannies. Booked in online the day before, was followed up with confirmation text messages and at drop off I was half expecting the guys to hit me up for extra cost because of how dirty the car was, but they didn’t. Was ready for pickup on time. Outside, wheel arches, door wells, tyres and wheels all looking clean and shiny. Besides only a couple of missed coffee marks on the dash and a bit of cleaner residue here and there (only reason I dropped a star and I didn’t see it till I got home otherwise I’m sure if I had pointed it out while still there they would have cleaned it up), the interior was amazing. The carpets and seats were amazing – took another day to dry out but I was amazed how good they got the carpets and floor mats. No evidence of kids or the road trips. I will definitely be back.

      I had my car washed today (long over due after a road trip!) and the staff were very helpful in assessing what service I needed that was fit for purpose. It was very busy being a Sunday but clearly communicated what was being done, and how long, and went above and beyond to provide an excellent service and finished it quicker than promised.

      So due to thier error I’m $40 out of pocket with smokes I don’t smoke.

      Definitely never had an issue here. Sometimes I feel like they don’t have stock(fresh fruits and vegetables) as much as the other stores. Clean and tidy as much as one can hope. Customer service is good most of the time, some you get that it comes across as they don’t want to be there. But butsides that I would go there often.       I give this place a 5/5. I did a click/collect order as well to the boot. Was pretty good and quick. No complaints about service yet, helpful staff and lay out of tore is spacious.

      I think this is a very conveniently located Woolies. Only problem is the parking…only one way in and out, which is sometimes so busy due to schooling hours as well.
