      Love that this nursery has a coffee cart inside and a nice area to enjoy the surroundings.

      Beautiful selection! I would have been completely lost without their staff member Janet, she was great and took the time to give instructions on how to properly care for each of the 5 plants I was getting- something you don’t get everywhere!       I was served by a lovely gentleman, I believe his name was Gayan, he was extremely helpful and approached me immediately as I stepped inside the store. You can see that he has alot of knowledge and passion for what he does, thank you Alora for the wonderful service. The plant I bought was lovely, will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know!

      I guess no one really wants to go to hospital or enjoys going to hospital but at the Darwin private hospital you have many facilities that make your stay a little bit more pleasant. There are many dedicated professionals who will help you all the way through. The theatre staff are very professional and thorough in the work they do. The old saying “hospital food is terrible” is definitely wrong. You have a few choices for every meal

      Darwin private hospital is a well kept and maintained facility from the grounds to the wards – although not as large as you would find in most other states, it is still reasonably modern and well equipped with fantastic service and support staff. Just note that the public car park requires payment if intending on staying longer than one hour. Free parking is offered for up to an hour – but remember to still obtain a ticket from the car park ticket vending machines which are located through out the car park. Tickets must be displayed on your vehicle dashboard otherwise you may be in for a nasty surprise upon returning to your vehicle. Upon admission there was a slight delay in the wait time to get processed due to a number of people attempting to get admitted at the same time, with only one person at reception to handle the influx there was a slight delay. Allow yourself ample time to get processed and admitted upon your arrival. The experience I had in dealing with the medical staff, the doctors the nurses and all – I found professional and well mannered and provide an exceptional level of service. The rooms and selves look a little dated and tired however the cleanliness and maintenance is off a very high standard. Being a private hospital you do you have the option of a single or shared room however, each case I guess would be different depending on your level of private health cover and what your preferred option would be. Check the costs and your excess with your health fund to get an accurate figure of what your costs of staying in hospital will be. In the times that we are in, there is a quick Covid-19 testing station setup in the entrance where by your temperature is taken and a series of questions need to be answered to satisfy the criteria to allow you to enter.

      I recently had an unfortunate allergic reaction and had to undergo 2 surgeries on my right hand by Dr. Ravi Mahajani. I am really grateful to the manager, team leaders, clinical as well as non clinical staff members of Corella ward for accommodating me and my 4 months old bub for 11 days. Thank you for understanding that I was still breastfeeding and making arrangement for a cot in my room. Even on my worst days, your amazing hospital food comforted my soul. It was something I always looked forward to. I even had days when I received extra food for overnight on request as I would get hungry after breastfeeding my bub. I also had the opportunity to meet new grad nurses on various shifts. Even though, they were new to the profession, they already had the right caring attitude, empathy and patience needed for this noble job. A special thanks to Shree and Precious for all my dressings. Thank you Glory for getting access to an almost impossible vein. That cannula actually lasted the longest and was the most convenient one. At last but not the least, I am forever grateful to Dr. Ravi and Dr. Vijay for providing such an amazing care!

      I am due to have surgery at DPH this week and their communication has been abysmal. They don’t answer the phone in the admissions area, don’t reply to messages or emails and put you on hold EVERY time you ring their main number and then don’t return to your call. Previous admissions have been better and the staff in the operational areas are great.

      If you want a taste of the American health system, come here. Family went for an emergency surgery, had the bill before they had even found a surgeon, this is despite having top level cover with a good insurance. Had more bills in the mail before the patient was even discharged…

      Tried calling to see how it went, no answer for multiple times.

      I have been seeing the same GP here for over 10 years he is always on time efficient and some one you can trust to be thorough, always makes the time to listen. The receptionists are friendly and go the extra mile to help patients, you can tell they make a good team from the Aura in the office. A lot of Doctors surgery’s today you are just a number.       Terrible customer service experience. Management is shocking! I’ve never been so insulted by staff nor management ever.

      Their head office is also terrible at returning calls and responding to emails.

      I’d give 0 stars if i could.

      *Edit: in reply to your response. There was no need to investigate this issue AT ALL. The “CCTV review” and “head office investigation” would have cost more in man hours than just approving the refund.

      The item i had purchased literally 2 minutes before i returned to your store was dirty and used!!!

      Store credit is not an outcome i’m happy to accept in this instance as i don’t feel comfortable returning to your store.

      Your response is this matter is patronising and is NOT appreciated.

      Poor & unethical service by female pharmacist, after contact with the owner I am disappointed by their failure to advise what action would be taken to address the issues that were raised or professional oversight and education… This pharmacist already had restrictions in place from AHPRA the registration board. You wait two years to dredge this up again. You are responsible for employing someone who was breaching ethical standards as per AHPRA… You responded thoughtfully at the time and then lied to me or perhaps failed to remember to act as you told me you would. Whatever I had moved on until you respond with meaningless words two years after the event. I won’t be using your stores again I won’t risk that type of verbal abuse from one of your staff again.

      Terrific staff and always wanting to help if you need with a smile. I’ve been up here for 35 yrs and l can honestly say best chemist lve been too. Never waiting longer than 10 mins and you can look around without having eyes on you like you a a criminal like l received at chemist warehouse Durack. Very unpleasant visit.l tell everyone about this chemist cause it’s a friendly quick visit.You can stay longer and lm sure they wouldn’t mind.lol Linda.

      Definitely the best op shop in Darwin .. but sadly , are now asking absurd prices for items that have been donated because people have used them and it’s an alternative to putting them in the bin .. For those who are struggling to clothe themselves and their families find that they can’t afford the things they need .. because someone has priced them far too high .. The title “op” is short for opportunity [ shop].. the theory being that you have the opportunity to buy affordable things .. that you can’t afford in other retail outlets ..       I love op shops but I’m not sure what has happened to Nightcliff Salvos Stores. The current prices as absolutely ridiculous! Please remember the clients that are accessing this store. I would happily pay lower prices and do regular donations but I feel like the extreme prices are simply a money grab. Someone shouldn’t be paying match price for second hand items! This store is purely taking advantage of lower income earners and prioritising making money.

      Look, volunteers are nice and I’ve been shopping at Salvos for years. I can purchase an old pair of shoes for $25, but whoever is putting these price tags on Salvos now needs to stop for a second, breathe and look at the socioeconomic status of the people who are really, the main beneficiaries – the people with less money… I was so disappointed that I had to write a “Karen” review. You are a second hand shop, remember that. People are going to be pushed into going to fast factory sweatshop Kmart because of these price tags. That’s all.

      I always come back to these guys. And now with a liquor licence, you can have a drink while waiting or having your hair cut! You dont need to book, just walk in. The staff are friendly and the owners are all about giving back to the community and the less fortunate. Make sure you bring cash though as they currently dont do eftpos. Keep up the good work.

      They won’t exchange small notes or coins.

      Edit: The other notes I had were in good condition and in circulation however the staff said “we only accept 500 and 1000 peso notes” they were happy to take big notes no matter the condition.

      why are staff(s) here so proud and ill-mannered. we are here for your assistance and services, we are not criminals or neither are we here to get a quick deal out of you. i understand you guys are not Starbucks or McDonald’s and dealing with money can be serious at times, but you people who still hold jobs and have businesses still running should be thankful and appreciative, especially being able to be in or live in Australia; such wonderful place, even at times like this. i really like Australia but this experience is just horrible, really disgusted and annoyed. i hate to be having to show and write any emotions out publicly but i guess I’m just unlucky to be there at the wrong place and wrong time. i hope tomorrow will be a better day for everyone. love people, because we don’t last forever~
