Do you like ferreting through drawers looking for hardware which is misfiled, missing or already opened? Well this is the place for you! I’ve pleasured myself with a cheese grater and that was more enjoyable than going here. Do yourself a favor and visit your local hardware store like Ace hardware where you can get some real help. Or buy it from Amazon.2 months agoMy service rep Chi was amazing and deserves a 5 star rating. He made the ordering process easy and was cognizant of my time. I paid for a product and service of which neither was delivered as promised according to the appointment set from the Distribution Center. I was given a time frame for 07/08/2023 from 1:00 pm- 5:00 pm for the delivery of a dryer.At 7:24 pm the online tracker stated my delivery was 3 deliveries behind. One hour later the tracker shows my dryer is at a Lowe’s facility. I didn’t receive a phone call or text message stating the reason for the delay. My time is valuable and I made arrangements around the schedule provided for me. This is poor customer service and I’m holding with your customer service department now for 50 minutes without a solution or a product in which I paid for. I’m being transferred now to the 5th person and the notes from Valencia, Dispatch Supervisor were not entered. Finally spoke with Erica and she made the documentation and tried contacting the distribution center before ending the phone call.
I’ll give Chi 5 stars, however my overall experience is a 0. Communication is essential and time is valuable when doing business.
a week agoI genuinely adore the employees of Lowe’s, what i abhor is the company and it’s policies… I went today to buy a washer and a dryer. While working with john (who is precious) i was told that the washer and dryer i wanted to purchase that were in their showroom floor marked “Clearance” weren’t really available or for sale….?????? So i asked why does Lowe’s have them with a sign that says for sale clearance? John told me after confirming with the Lowe’s Gods that he was not allowed to actually sell the washer and dryer because there are none available in warehouse and selling the ones on the showroom floor would leave an open space that would look bad?. So i proceeded to ask so if i give you cash for these two items on your showroom floor that say for sale you would not be able to take my cash and sell them because it would leave an open space on the floor and it would “look bad”? He said yea that is what i was told… Todays large businesses have absolutely no clue what customer service really means!! I wish we could just support small businesses vs this crapshoot of a business model!!!!a month agoOn 8/12/23 we purchased a washer and dryer from store 0525 in Fort Worth Tx. We wanted the washer and dryer stacked so we asked the sales associate at least 3 times if we needed a stacking kit, she explained that we did not, that was the only washer and dryer she had that did not need a stacking kit. On Tuesday 08/15/23 the delivery guys showed up and explained they could not stack the washer and dryer because they needed a stacking kit. I called the store and was put on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on, so I called back and was put on hold again. I actually got up and got dressed, put my shoes on and drove to Lowe’s and walked into the store, the whole time I was still on hold. When I walk up to the counter and spoke to customer service I am told the manager who put me on hold has left for lunch. They printed out a receipt and told me the stacking kit would be delivered today and they would stack my washer and dryer 08/18/23. I have waited and waited all day, I finally get a manager on the phone who tells me we were never added to the list for delivery today and he will try to add me to tomorrow for an emergency delivery, so another days time stolen from me, but doesn’t know when it will be delivered. I am to the point of tears right now and wish I would have never walked through your doors. I can not believe this is ok with how you treat your customers. It just tells me that you could careless about your customers time.a month agoThis Lowe’s is clean, well lit and the staff I have interacted with have all been friendly. However, three times in a row I have been forced to use self check out and have not had any option to use a cashier. This sets me up for a potential theft charge and Lowe’s up for a lawsuit. I will be going to Home Depot going forward.

a month agoSome of the best customer service I’ve ever received was from Cyndi O. in the Flooring Dept. She was thorough, helpful, kind and assisted me with items outside of the flooring department—she gave me special phone numbers for delivery hotline and guidance on what to do on delivery day. She went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable. Much appreciated. 5 Stars. A++4 months agoI swear this home Depot is the worst! The lack of customer service, lack of help available and then when u do find someone it’s like talking to Homer Simpson, including the key machine, getting someone to help you with the key machine or someone who actually knows how to use it is like pulling teeth, that is when it’s actually up and running it isn’t out of order. This store is just chaotic in every way shape or form avoid if possible!2 weeks agoThey want $30 something dollars for a freaking wooden deal to hang your clothes on in your closet. They’re freakin’ crazy. I made my own for less than $10. Stop overcharging Americans for your stock holders.a month agoSomeone was supposed to come to my house to do an in-home consultation for an ac heating and cooling system. They never showed up or called. So I bought it yesterday at Lowe’s, in cash. Way better customer service.3 weeks agoMy kids and I go to the kids workshop every first Saturday of the month and it’s always such a great experience thanks to Ms.Naomi and Geo!! They are always so attentive and helpful and a great joy to see every weekend thank y’all for always making sure we have the best time!
