      Close to Frankston High school, I bought a beef and vegetable pastie, which I ate on the seat outside. Just after 12 noon, scores of people were going inside, many leaving the bakery with multiple bags of hot food and cakes. I can understand. My pastie was delightful. This is one bakery I will be returning to often.

      I have tried to contact cafe team leader and the administrator for my child swimming lesson invoices for last year for the last couple of month.

      For some reason I either getting from the admin that she was giving the invoices without my child’s name or from Deanna with the incorrect dates. I have written a number of emails, store visit, or phones calls. Requesting a call back but with no call backs or email reply with correct information. I need to know who I can escalate this matter further. Why it is so hard to simply getting some invoices for my child swimming lessons. Thanks Lin.

      One of the best swimming centres and fitness facilities in the area. They have everything you can ask for – great gym, sauna, swimming lessons, group activities, showers, plenty of onsite parking. The staff are the best, very helpful and professional. So glad this facility is part of the community in this part of the city.

      The pool is not bad but one of the old swimming teacher and a life guard with blonde hair need to learn how to talk to people politely.They both responded me very rudely when I ask a pool noodle for my little girl.Very Disappointed.

      Always treated with the biggest smile even though it must be a really hard job with all the homeless people, Gang members and drug attics at out the front. I just got a Slurpee from there and it was 11/10.

      Don’t trust this place 3rd time I’ve asked for a refund asked how long it would take and NEVER received it despite providing all documentation and bank statements they’ll literally take your money for their own stuff up lol

      Just went there to grab a coffee, I was in hurry, the girl over there was doing one of the her duties, AS soon as I asked her to help me, she served me without any delays with a warm welcome! I literally appreciate the staff efforts and store cleanliness. The girl was maintaining a sanitized store for us which is must in these panic hours of pandemic. As hygiene is to key to fight COVID ??. Thankyou guys.

      Went in this morning to make a cup of tea. Asked the proprietor for tea bags as there were none by the coffee machine. When I asked him why he kept them behind the counter, not at the machine, I received a torrent of aggression in return.

      Why he felt this was necessary, I do not know.

      Taking the time to be courteous to your customers is so small a thing. This 7-11 could try a lot harder.

      Another hairdresser cancelled last min and I’m so glad they did! Michelle was super lovely managing to fit me in with the lovely Sammy. They were just amazing from the moment I got there. I don’t go to a hair salon very often but I had the best day and was super happy with the transformation. They explain every step and made me feel so special and confident. Sammy was so lovely to chat to throughout the day and they have a very special team, what an awesome salon. Will now always go there!

      I would avoid this salon at all costs. I am not one to leave reviews but the way this situation was handled & how I have been spoken to is super unprofessional. I booked an appointment for a toner which I attended and this was my first time (they require a $100 deposit) which is fine. At the end of my appointment I wanted to look at booking to get colour done and asked for a price to see if it was something I can afford at this time, but then was advised to “book online first & then send photos of my current hair state”. After booking I was contacted & quoted an amount which was out of my budget and I let them know it is out of my budget and was then told I will not bet getting my $100 deposit back even though I was told to book the appointment first.

      Where to begin…Capelli é Bellezza is not only a fantastic salon with amazingly trained staff, it’s a family. The girls always put in 110% when it comes to creating a desired hair colour or look. I’ve been getting my hair done here since as long as I can remember, and every time I’ve left the salon I feel like a brand new woman! They truly have the artistry to turn your hair from A to B. Most importantly, they always make you feel welcome and educate you about your hair and the products etc…which i feel is so important. Maxi and the team have always provided me with so much self confidence when I walk straight out of the salon. I cannot and would not recommend anyone else! Ps. They also make amazing coffees & always have amazing vibes coming from every single hair dresser!

      I wasn’t going to put a review but the way I was treated on my last visit was demeaning and disgraceful!

      Salon staff have a superiority complex, and obviously feel they should not apologise for destroying a repeat clients hair. After being told they couldn’t get the colour I wanted, despite having it done in many previous visits, I was told the girl who originally did my hair had moved interstate and I was told I’m more than welcome to get on a plane as they were sure she could do my hair . This was mentioned to me a number of times when they had a client near by . I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and intimated in a environment . When I requested my deposit back, I had to message some phone number, and then follow up after a week to receive my money back. After being a client for over 2 years, being treated incredibly rudely is extremely distressing.

      Being a ‘popular’ salon does not mean treating people rudely is ok. Customer service never goes out of style.

      Thankfully I’ve found another hairdresser who has fixed my hair and made me feel amazing again

      Today was my first time coming in to Dottori & Co & I was very nervous but Michelle from the get go was so kind & understanding, going above and beyond for me. She sat with me & discussed my goals for my hair & explained processes in an easy to understand manner & didn’t make me feel silly. I left the salon today from just a consultation feeling so confident & excited to attend my first colour appointment in a few weeks time with the correct products for my hair type too! Beautiful space & lovely team, can’t wait for my next appointment!

      Great selection of authentic Indian food to choose from and you can choose your heat level, a service which the kids love. We regularly get delivery from Kasturi but also like to dine in on the odd occasion. I can highly recommend both. We ordered 6 dishes and some really excellent naan. With kids drinks the cost was reasonable at $170 and took away enough for lunch the next day. Service was excellent. Give Kasturi a try.

      Don’t order takeout if you’re in a hurry. Bring a good book and a blanket cos you will be settling in for the night. The restaurant is only 10% full too. Hate to see when busy

      Update: I’ve just finished War and Peace. Still here. Same lady working here has asked me my name at least 6 times. On the 6th time a lady I’ve never met answered for me. The other customers now know my name. I’m 5 minutes away from asking for my money back. Update: get home, meal cold

      Dined here for the first time last week and I was blown away by their quality, quantity and value for money.

      The four of us had the $45 banquet and added their goat curry, which turned out to be excessive. The staff are happy to supply containers to allow you to take leftovers home.

      The garlic and cheese naan is a non-negotiable must!!

      What can i say!! Just wow! These guys are the most proffesional indian around the town. Been to every indian outlets nearby, but the consistency, quality and quantity they provide is sublime. Ordered multiple times, never disappionted! Give it a go guys.
