The first was good but not great and the service was good, so I went back.It may have just been the day because Ciara seemed very distracted and really not paying attention, but I’ve come out with one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had, not really what you want when paying nearly $50
7 months agoGreat location, and relaxed vibe. Ebony really knows how to get the best out of a full beard and has the experience to offer the right advice for all grooming needs. Been twice now and will definitely be back again.8 months agoExceptional service from everyone!Called on the day asking if they took walk-ins and virtually every staff member chimed in on the call to see who could shuffle things around for me.
Ebany did a tremendous job cutting, fading and styling my hair. We sparked great conversation and the whole shope has an inviting, relaxed vibe to it.

12 months agoHas always been a great place to get a haircut. Friendly vibe, no nonsense. All the staff have good skills, and I only go to barbers that have good skills.Ciara’s cut my hair the last few times and her attention to detail is next level.
9 months agoThese guys are legends, in a time where genuine care, effort and enthusiasm is hard to come by in the customer service world the Alley Barber team provide such Authentic and genuine service. Ebany, Chayse and the team are phenomenal barbers who always provide quality cuts and fades. I often have people complimenting my hair from it being cut by these legends. To the point I refuse to get my hair cut anywhere else in frankston as it’s not to the same standard. And an extra bonus they always play awesome tunes!

a month agogreat hair cut. been going there for about 8 years. just nobody knows who is next in line. new style shop has back to back seats for customers so no one has a clue who is next and the staff are guessing. last two times someone has pushed in on me so loose a further 30 min after already waiting 30 min. won’t go back until they have a number system. sooo frustratinga week agoWent in for a number 4 buzz cut and a young chap who was a trainee did an awesome job n now I look a million bucks ? thanks mate. ?5 months agoWas barely greeted, not friendly, told it would be a short wait, sit down not offering tickets. While waiting I observed the hairdressers seemed unhappy, and frankly didn’t offer any personality to make me feel like they would make a young child feel comfortable or be able to tolerate a toddler. Walked out after waiting 30 mins with hairdressers still working on the same mens and boys haircuts as when I arrived.
