Very clean easy to use laundromat. Loved the coffee machine where I enjoyed a very delicious hot chocolate while waiting for my laundry to be cleaned?

I believe I met the owner today. It was clear she cares about the property and is taking great care of it.

I started coming to this laundry a couple months ago and so glad I looked around for a laundromat near me that I felt comfortable going to. This one is in a quiet, but safe location and the place is clean and well looked after. It’s also constantly being used, so it’s a very popular laundromat, tucked away from all the hustle and bustle in Belmont.

I definitely recommend this place for washing and drying your clothes.

Since our washing machine broke down, we have been going to Green Laundry and we found the cost to be reasonable for washing and drying our clothes. It’s always a very clean and tidy.

Clean well organised laundromat, all the machine can be paid for by card but the detergent and coffee machine needs card payment facility too and I think it would be the place to come.

A laundry mat from the new age, another Elon Musk extravaganza. Worth just going for a look tbh. Washing machines and dryers are just a bonus, they work well, the real experience is on the way the place is put together and the dryers and the washing machines operate. ?????

The room is great. There are plenty of pillows. The bed is a little bit hard. I had some difficulty chasing up my access to the after-hours key safe. I had to arrive after 6pm, the closing time of their reception. I had to call twice code to get the access code for the key safe.

Booking was easy, staff were amazing, great location, easy onsite parking. Room was great, listed as disabled friendly but accessibility into the room is not that easy for wheelchair chair, room itself was great especially the bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Looking forward to staying again.

It was a last minute decision to go to Geelong. And I tell you we were not disappointed at all. What a lovely place to visit but the accommodation made all the more better to stay. We stayed for two nights in a lovely room. The service was excellent and you also get the luxury of a restaurant on the premises and room service if you so desire.

I highly recommend staying here if you want a simple place to put your stuff and rest your head after a day of travel and exploring.

Thank you team for making our trip absolutely enjoyable and memorable.

Quite comfortable rooms for a budget motel.Great location, 10 minute walk to city centre. Unfortunately I didn’t find the reception staff to be very friendly, if you asked them a question it was as though you were being a nuisance.

Geelong ( jih-LONG) (Wathawurrung: Djilang/Djalang) is a port city in Victoria, Australia, located at the eastern end of Corio Bay (the smaller western portion of Port Phillip Bay) and the left bank of Barwon River, about 65 km (40 mi) southwest of Melbourne.
Geelong is the second largest Victorian city behind Melbourne with an estimated urban population of 268,277 as of June 2018, and is also Australia's second fastest-growing city. Geelong is also known as the "Gateway City" due to its critical location to surrounding western Victorian regional centres including Ballarat in the northwest, Torquay, Great Ocean Road and Warrnambool in the southwest, Hamilton, Colac and Winchelsea to the west, providing a transport corridor past the Central Highlands for these regions to the state capital Melbourne in its northeast. The City of Greater Geelong is also a member of the Gateway Cities Alliance in partnership with Councils from Newcastle and Wollongong.
Geelong is the administrative centre for the City of Greater Geelong municipality, which is Port Phillip's only regional metropolitan area, and covers all the urban, rural and coastal reserves around the city including the entire Bellarine Peninsula and running from the plains of Lara in the north to the rolling hills of Waurn Ponds to the south, with Corio Bay to the east and the Barrabool Hills to the west.
The traditional owners of the land on which Geelong sits were the Wadawurrung (also known as Wathaurong) Aboriginal people of the Kulin nation. The Wadawurrung Traditional Owners Aboriginal Corporation is the Registered Aboriginal Party for the region. The modern name of Geelong, established in 1827, was derived from the local Wadawurrung name for the region, Djilang, thought to mean "land", "cliffs" or "tongue of land or peninsula". The area was first surveyed by the European settlers in 1838, three weeks after Melbourne. A town post office was opened by June 1840, the second to open in the Port Phillip District.
The first woolstore was erected in this period and it became the port for the wool industry of the Western District.During the Victorian gold rush, Geelong experienced a brief boom as the main port to the rich goldfields of the Ballarat district. The town then diversified into manufacturing, and during the 1860s became one of the largest manufacturing centres in Australia with its wool mills, ropeworks, and paper mills. It was proclaimed a city in 1910, with industrial growth from this time until the 1960s establishing the city as a manufacturing centre for the state, and the population grew to over 100,000 by the mid-1960s. During the city's early years, an inhabitant of Geelong was often known as a Geelongite or a "Pivotonian", derived from the city's nickname of "The Pivot", referencing the city's role as a shipping and rail hub for the area. Population increases over the last decade were due to growth in service industries, as the manufacturing sector has declined. Redevelopment of the inner city has occurred since the 1990s, as well as gentrification of inner suburbs, and currently has a population growth rate higher than the national average.Today, Geelong stands as an emerging healthcare, education and advanced manufacturing centre. The city's economy is shifting quickly and despite experiencing the drawbacks of losing much of its heavy manufacturing, it is seeing much growth in other tertiary sectors, positioning itself as one of the leading non-capital Australian cities. It is home to the Geelong Football Club, the second oldest club in the Australian Football League.

Beautiful garden to visit. Small cafe with simple food, a couple of wraps & a toasted sandwich, which were tasty & staff friendly. Paths very wheelchair friendly. Some unusual plants, with gorgeous flowers. Small hothouse. Heritage listed, towering trees. Some activities advertised. Also guided tours, which I would like to do in the future. I would have liked to access a booklet or some printed material about the history of the gardens, including yarns. This botanical garden must have some stories to tell.

Beautifully manicured garden that’s not too big nor small. Just the right size for my aged parents to work comfortably. Wheelchair friendly. There was a lot of mosquitoes and bugs flying around that was annoying but it’s a park. Probably given.

Really disappointed with the Santa Pet Photos we received today. Brought 1 single picture for $45, 8×5 big. Picture is so dull in colour, and photo isn’t good quality. Such a thin photo, also seen at pick up that we could have spent the same money for digital formate, would have loved to have been told that before purchasing the 1 photo, as we could of printed out better pictures ourselves. Really disappointing as it’s our girls first Christmas.

Normally buy my dog food online, but have acquired an 18 mth old lab and wanted to do some research on her dietary requirements. After speaking to Kieran I bought 2 x 10kg bags. Could have got it cheaper elsewhere but I was so grateful for her fabulous knowledge and expertise, I wanted to give her the sale.

Originally used for farming and other purposes, it was purchased in 1959 by the State Government of Victoria for wildlife research and the captive management and breeding of species threatened in Victoria, such as the brolga, magpie goose, Australian bustard, and bush stone-curlew. First visit to this botanical garden. It is a compact but full of variety of flora in this garden. Most of plants, flowers and shrubs cam be found here. However, as i m not a botanist, i may be wrong. Surely, it is dilligently arranged based by climatic zone. It also has temperature controlled room for tropical one. Tho, it has less green area to sit down and picnic inside the garden but outside, it has plenty room. 2 car parks on the side of enterance door. Surely it is recommended for anyone including for relaxation and learning even just jogging.

Top Local Market in Geelong, Australia

In my multiple visits to your shop, I’ve appreciated the friendly service and welcoming atmosphere. However, I couldn’t help but notice a significant difference in pricing compared to other outlets. As someone accustomed to shopping at health food stores and paying premium prices for organic products, I was surprised to find your conventional items priced even higher. For instance, the Healthy Bake bread is priced $3 more than similar offerings elsewhere. While I value the positive aspects of your shop, such as excellent service and friendly staff, the pricing seems inflated in comparison to the market, making it challenging to overlook.

Port Phillip (Kulin: Narm-Narm) or Port Phillip Bay is a horsehead-shaped enclosed bay on the central coast of southern Victoria, Australia. The bay opens into the Bass Strait via a short, narrow channel known as The Rip, and is completely surrounded by localities of Victoria's two largest cities — metropolitan Greater Melbourne in the bay's main eastern portion north of the Mornington Peninsula, and the city of Greater Geelong in the much smaller western portion (known as the Corio Bay) north of the Bellarine Peninsula. Geographically, the bay covers 1,930 km2 (750 sq mi) and the shore stretches roughly 264 km (164 mi), with the volume of water around 25 km3 (6.0 cu mi). Most of the bay is navigable, although it is extremely shallow for its size — the deepest portion is only 24 m (79 ft) and half the bay is shallower than 8 m (26 ft). Its waters and coast are home to seals, whales, dolphins, corals and many kinds of seabirds and migratory waders.
Before European settlement, the area around Port Phillip was divided between the territories of the Wathaurong (west), Wurundjeri (north) and Boonwurrung (south and east) people, all part of the indigeous Kulin nation. The first Europeans to enter the bay were the crews of HMS Lady Nelson, commanded by John Murray and, ten weeks later, HMS Investigator commanded by Matthew Flinders, in 1802. Subsequent expeditions into the bay took place in 1803 to establish the first settlement in Victoria, near Sorrento, but was abandoned in 1804. Thirty years later, settlers from Tasmania returned to establish Melbourne (now Victoria's capital city) at the mouth of the Yarra River in 1835, and Geelong at Corio Bay in 1838. Today, Port Phillip is the most densely populated catchment in Australia with an estimated 5.5 million people living around the bay; Melbourne's suburbs extend around much of the northern and eastern shorelines, and the city of Geelong sprawls around Corio Bay in the bay's western arm.

Amazing service from 2 guys who refused payment. Initially I asked to borrow a pump for my flat bike tyres. They noticed that the bike was too low for me and adjusted the seat and handlebars accordingly. Whilst doing this they found the brake cable was frayed and unsafe. After renewing the cable they refused payment with a smile saying “no worries, at least you’re safe and we’ll see you next time. Thanks again to you both and I will be back.

I have been training here for years, I’ve been to and helped out at multiple events and over the years, while the gym has changed (in terms of layout, equipment and members) there is one thing that has stayed consistent, and that is the sense of community, welcoming and acceptance from everyone. There are people who train here from all walks of life and not once have I ever heard or seen anyone say something negative about someone else. This is easily one of the most open and accepting spaces I’ve ever been a part of.

As well as that, the selection of equipment here is some of the best that you’ll find in Victoria and easily the best in Geelong. The trainers here are some of the best in their respective fields too. Want to be trained by someone who has one multiple World’s Strongest man comps, want to be trained by someone with over 20 years bodybuilding experience who has won bodybuilding shows and is now an elite level powerlifter? Want to just learn some new skills or have some fun trying something that you won’t have the chance to try anywhere else in Geelong? Strong Geelong is the place for it. This is the best gym I’ve ever been to and I will not train anywhere else because everywhere else doesn’t feel as good as here

Not just a gym for all walks of life, but also a community. The community is why I continue to go. The gym is always clean and most of the equipment is bright orange – so fly! The owner updates you with what’s going on around the gym and in the broader community (in his monthly newsletter and now podcast) – pretty cool guy! Have a listen to ‘Strongman Say’ on YT. AND… all the coaches are top notch. Speaking of, if you need one, coach Brenden from Raw Strength Systems will look after you ??.

Strong Geelong is a Vibe. Amazing Gym with a variety of strongman and also convential equipment. Has just been renovated with an upstairs Mezzanine full of the latest Treadmills and lifting Machines. They also have alot of Trainers there on a daily basis who are more than willing to help and give advice if you need. Love this place ❤

Fantastic gym, everyone very friendly, helpful and inspiring. Strong Geelong has enabled me to lift and move in ways I never thought possible. Gyms were never a place for me before I walked into Strong Geelong, and every time I walk in, I feel the love.
