      It is the first cafe we tried in Geraldton city and it really impressed us. We had breakfast and all the dishes were up to the mark. The atmosphere was very relaxing and vibrant as well. We Enjoyed it totally and will return for more.

      Took the family out over the Christmas break and the service was like most places that was busy. Ordered breakfast and coffees. Water came out first, then the food. Halfway through the food the glasses arrived for the water half way through the meal and as we finished our last bite the coffees arrived. Meal was tasty and good size. I would recommend slicing the sourdough toast into half its thickness or get sharper knives. Good value for money.

      Have been waiting for a delivery for about two weeks, did not receive notice of delivery on the day until after it had come and gone. The delivery driver did not ring the doorbell, or knock on the door, despite a family member sitting in the lounge in front of the door. I was informed that they only noticed there was a vehicle out the front when the truck drove away. I expected at least a text or even an email about the delivery, yet I received nothing and only realised that I had missed a delivery after I came home from work and discovered the “we missed you” card. The StarTrack website updated the package tracking with “delivery failed” immediately after having updated to “onboard for delivery”. Disappointed that I now have to go to the depot to collect my package, especially seeing as I am also incredibly busy for the remainder of the week.

      EDITED: IT HAS BEEN MONTHS SINCE I POSTED THIS REVIEW AND MORE EQUIPMENT HAS BROKEN AND NOT YET BEEN FIXED, THE WATER FOUNTAIN DOESNT WORK PROPERLY. But hey at least they fixed the lock on the disabled toilet

      I have been a member of anytime fitness before moving to Geraldton, the clubs in Perth are fine. However the Geraldton franchise is sub par at best.

      I was hoping with the opening of the new gym at the start of this year I would have my opinion changed.

      However the new gym has a fresh look with the same old issues.

      Old equipment which is either faulty or completely out of order. -Cable machine has been broken for 6+ months – leg extension machine has broken handles – dip machine is not working – reduced to one adjustable bench for the whole gym – seated row machine wobbles on one side – toilet lock on the disable toilet has been broken for months with a new lock ‘on the way’ – water fountain has now stopped working – cross trainer out of order – padding on lots of different equipment has exposed foam

      There is probably other broken/faulty equipment I have forgot to list.

      I have emailed anytime fitness directly more than once to address the issues and have not even received an acknowledgment of my concerns.

      I am a very patient person however it’s got to the point where it is ridiculous and myself and my friends are looking to cancel membership and move to Snap fitness, I’d encourage anyone looking to join to look elsewhere.

      It would be nice for the gym to look after long term members rather than ignoring issues and continually offering specials to try and attract new member. Retention is just as important as new members.

      You will not find better customer service anywhere in Geraldton! Angela, Tim, Tane are all great! Genuinely nice, Genuinely care. Gym is a bit old but they do their best to get stuff fixed for us. E.g ceilings can leak a bit but that’s not really the gym teams fault, they got equipment reupholstered. I imagine it’s a tedious and long process but the staff in the club always try to help and update us when you speak to them and bring questions or concerns to them ?just think the place needs an upgrade.

      I joined this gym about 3 months ago. Overall its a nice gym with great showers, toilets etc however, I have noticed in the last few visits that several machines are now broken and not usable. Not such an issue if you have more than one of each but as a small gym if a machine is broken it is noticeable. I feel a bit ripped off to be honest as I had to lock into a contract and now have equipment I can’t use. When will this be resolved?

      Totally agree with comments from Dan Leunig, and despite anytime fitness assurances, nothing much has changed, broken and poorly maintained equipment, toilets filthy and out of paper, faulty locks, no cleaners again. Soon they will need to place signs on the machines that actually work as faulty ones will out number those that work or safe to use. Patrons in bare feet, no towels used, no manager onsite. Albany, Bunbury and Mandurah were professionally run but Geraldton is a shocker. $18.95 per week is not value for money. The convenient location to me is why I have persevered, but will have to cancel my membership if things are not going to change.

      This is a great place whether you want a full meal or a simple coffee/tea and cake.

      We came two days in a row as we enjoyed it so much. I’d say it’s a little pricier than other locations but the quality of the food is worth it.

      There is a huge variety of things to order, on both food and drink menus, options for all dietary requirements and they are completely accommodating if you want to swap items on your meal. Once ordered, service is super quick and you’re not left waiting a long time.

      The location is also beautiful, right on the Geraldton seafront so you can watch the waves. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating – indoors is very cool with the air conditioning and outdoors is covered seating, which we were glad for.

      I’d definitely recommend to try Dôme if you’re in town!

      So nice by the beach. Serving the coffees took ages and the cake that was ordered didn’t arrive. When queried at the counter the girl appologised but gave the wrong cake. We couldn’t be bothered to go back to change it.

The most outstanding feature is the Asian section, which is the most extensive I’ve ever seen outside of a dedicated store. It’s a real gem for those looking for big sacks of rice to the most obscure pastes and powders. It’s somewhat cramped in a corner of the store, so you may need to leave your trolley out of the aisle, and perhaps ask (who I found) a wise expert of the area to find your weird spice?.       More than enough provision and helpful staff when you don’t know what isle to go to to find what you need. We bought ready to heat meals and provisions for unexpected guests and a few on special treats. They are open from 6am to 10pm, so no excuse for saying you don’t have time?

      Bad customer service. Was served today by the lady in a grey shirt. Didn’t even say hi when I said hi to her, barely said a word to me and didn’t even say bye when I said bye when I was about to leave. She just stood there and started talking to someone else. Very rude.

      Bad service, bad colour and a scalp burn. Then on top of that accused of lying. Would not recommend the “blonde specialist” or attending this salon unless you want to look like a tiger, a peeling scalp, a terrible experience and to be patronised on top of that. The manager needs some training in handling complaints. Overall, I would say stick to your usual hairdresser as you will waste your money and leave worse than when you walked in.

      We were in Geraldton for a day and tried Brown Boys for our lunch. Amazing atmosphere, very nice and clean place. Attentive front house lady. Rahul(owner) is super friendly and very helpful and patient to talk over different curries. We had Mango Chicken spicy with Dal rice roti and garlic naan. The food was delicious and without a fault. The mango chicken was enough large to serve one person with enough chicken in it. The rice portion was enough to share between the two. It was Saturday afternoon, restaurant was busy with other diners, takeaways and deliveries. On the realistic ground, the staff did very well to handle the pressure. It’s hard to get that sort of quality in Perth nowadays. Definitely not at that reasonable price. We were a bit sceptical after reading a few reviews but we are glad we tried it and just loved it. We would love to explore more curries on our next visit.

      No idea why this place is not 4.5 and above. The food is simply amazing. I specifically come to Geraldton from Perth the second time just to dine here. It is so good. Food is cooked with much love and great taste. This place definitely deserves to get higher rating.

      We had a dine in meal and the food was brilliant. Legitimately far better than the majority of Indian food I’ve eaten in Sydney. The paneer tikka, curries and naan were delicious and the curry gravy was nice and thick. The place is a small business clearly with a lot of telephone and online orders and the customer service was totally fine, you just need to be realistic as to how attentative they can be. I’d gladly return.

      Great food and customer service. We went for dinner with family and friends 18ppl and the food was great as per our order. 100% recommend this place. A big shout out to the waitress who served us too.
