Paid for the ultimate wash at the drive through bay and after completion of wash I noticed Road grime still all over the car.Contacted the business and have not received any reply.Have photos to back up my complaint.Disappointed would be an understatement, my advice is AVOID THIS CAR WASH ,GO ELSEWHERE.

I mainly use the auto wash which does an excellent job at a reasonable price. However have noticed a tendency lately for the spot free rinse to be a little below par as it does leave spots.

This is a well run car wash with competitive pricing. There is an automatic bay and three manual ones, and a dog wash. There are also vacuuming facilities on hand if needed.

I’ve tried others this one actually cleans the tree sap. Vacuum does a descent job as well.

Fantastic place to stop for some lunch and a wander around the various buildings filled with Australian history. The staff there are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to look after you. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. It seems you can also camp there by the river for free, but we were just passing through.

Our first visit to this wonderful little village of Calliope we originally just pulled over for a comfort stop. We suddenly realised that the volunteers made scones with jam and cream and lovely coffee ☕ for a very reasonable price. Also the historical village was full of School children learning about the past a wonderful place to stop and they have a free camp site overnight out tge back on the river.

Great morning out. It is a small aquarium with a circular indoor tank area, small touch tank and outdoor turtle area, but we loved it. Spent about 2hrs here, the more you looked in the tanks the more cool things to see. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Loved patting the turtles and everyone got a chance to feed them.

Nice aquarium, a bit small but that’s ok. You can see some fish inside and outside you can see the 3 big sea turtles. One of them came really close and you were able to pet him ? During the feeding session they told the story behind the turtles. (You can leave and come back during the day).

Came here with my two kids while staying at Hervey Bay. It’s a small aquarium but has a lot to occupy time for 2-3hrs. Kids fed and stroked the sea turtles, there was a touch area to stroke starfish, and tanks to investigate. Kids had a wonderful time and we left with a necklace each to remember their time there.

Great place to visit. Friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Great selection of interesting fish and we got to feed turtles. Ticket lasts all day so we were able to come back to watch fish feeding in the afternoon. Plus they have good food and coffee and a function centre.

This was a GREAT experience for the family and so affordanble. We only paid Adult $22 and Child $12 plus it included feeding of the animals. Most other parks you have to pay extra ontop of entry to feed animals. There we’re not hordes of people and everybody got several turns. Its a small park but so informative and interactive for kids!

Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is a heritage-listed zoological garden at 28 Tomewin Street, Currumbin, Queensland, Australia. It was built in 1947 onwards. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 18 September 2009. The sanctuary is world-renowned for its feeding of huge flocks of free-flying wild rainbow lorikeets, which come to the sanctuary to feast off the special mixture which the lorikeets eat.
The multitude of events, shows and attractions include dingo encounters, free flight bird shows and feeding of the park's massive saltwater crocodile. The park also contains a serious aspect of its work and exhibits, and behind the scenes includes a state-of-the-art veterinary and rehabilitation hospital.
The sanctuary was opened as the Currumbin Bird Sanctuary by Alex Griffiths in 1947 as a scheme to stop the local lorikeet population destroying his flower plantations. The lorikeets still flock to the sanctuary twice daily to be fed by visitors. The sanctuary now houses one of the largest collections of Australian native species in the world. Exhibits include Tasmanian devils, a reptile house and in December 2017 the sanctuary opened their new exotics precinct Lost Valley which is home to lemurs, red pandas, capybara, cotton-top tamarins, tree kangaroos and one of largest walk-through aviary in the Southern Hemisphere with free flying birds. The sanctuary also has a miniature railway that has been operating since 1964. In May 2011, the hospital has appealed for donations and government support as it faces a funding shortage that may force it to turn away injured wildlife.

Love aldi, always a regular at Aldi due to there great prices and consistant service. The Gladstone store is a bit smaller as you could imagine but still provides most of their usual range. As a father of three it is important to get value and the range needed for a family. The quality of items is just as good as any coles/woolworths and the service is more consistant then the major outlets.

Santander Cycles (formerly Barclays Cycle Hire) is a public bicycle hire scheme in London in the United Kingdom. The scheme's bicycles are popularly and colloquially known as Boris Bikes, after Boris Johnson who was Mayor of London when the scheme began operating. The operation of the scheme was initially contracted by Transport for London (TfL) to Serco. Bikes and docking stations are provided by 8D Technologies. The scheme is sponsored, with Santander UK being the main sponsor from April 2015. Barclays was the first sponsor, from 2010 to March 2015.Credit for developing and enacting the scheme has been a source of debate. Johnson has taken credit for the plan, although the initial concept was announced by his predecessor Ken Livingstone, during the latter's term in office. Livingstone said that the programme would herald a "cycling and walking transformation in London", and Johnson said that he "hoped the bikes would become as common as black cabs and red buses in the capital".A study showed cyclists using the scheme are three times less likely to be injured per trip than cyclists in London as a whole, possibly due to motorists giving cycle hire users more road space than they do other cyclists, although trips by hire bike users seemed to be much shorter on average. Customer research in 2013 showed that 49 per cent of Cycle Hire members say that the scheme has prompted them to start cycling in London. As of July 2022, more than 111.2 million journeys had been made using the cycles, with the record for cycle hires in a single day being 73,000.In October 2022, TfL introduced new e-bikes to the scheme, the first docked e-bikes in London.

Dave has a wealth of cycling knowledge and is super helpful. He is always ready for a chat if you’re willing to listen and take some expert (and free) advice ?

My bike service was reasonably priced, executed on time, and even the scratches were polished out, even though I didn’t request it.

Also, just by observing me while cycling around Gladdy, Dave helped me by making some quick, easy adjustments to my setup, which will definitely help with my comfort levels.

      Great service!!

We purchased our granddaughter’s first bicycle for her upcoming 3rd birthday from this business. The owner David & Wife Sally were both tremendous. Obviously we had many questions about size quality brands colours etc. I found David to be extremely knowledgeable. He has a large selection of bicycles and brands from our childhood favourite “MalvernStar” to the latest E-bikes to suit all ages and budgets. My daughter brought our granddaughter to the shop so we could size her up and try different bikes. David was so helpful encouraging our granddaughter to hop on and give it a go. At first like all little girls she was a bit shy but David won her over quickly and her confidence on the bike showed with just this little test in store. He reassured us this was the correct size and the bike would see many years of service. They also offered free limited servicing for the bike and “Police ID”engraving. Filled out all the paperwork associated with this too. They stored the bike for us as her birthday was weeks away too. Thank you Dave & Sally.

I went in about a week ago for a service on my bike and once again was met with the unmatched customer service experience from Dave and his team. They were extremely helpful in checking my bike and making sure everything was working properly and offered great advice regarding what the best cleaning solutions would be for the riding I do. Huge thanks to the team and I will definitely be coming back again.

A fitness trail, trim trail or parcourse consists of a path or course with outdoor exercise equipment or obstacles installed along its length for exercising the human body to promote good health. The course is designed to promote physical fitness training in the style attributed to Georges Hébert. In general, fitness trails can be natural or man-made, located in areas such as forest, transportation rights-of-way, parks, or urban settings. Equipment exists to provide specific forms of physiological exercise, and can consist of natural features including climbable rocks, trees, and river embankments, or manufactured products (stepping posts, chin-up and climbing bars) designed to provide similar physical challenges. The degree of difficulty of a course is determined by terrain slope, trail surface (dirt, grass, gravel, etc.), obstacle height (walls) or length (crawls) and other features. Urban parcourses tend to be flat, to permit participation by the elderly, and to accommodate cyclists, runners, skaters and walking. The new concept of an outdoor gym, containing traditional gym equipment specifically designed for outdoor use, is also considered to be a development of the parcourse. These outdoor exercise gyms include moving parts and are often made from galvanised metal.

The gym here is fantastic, and only a few weeks old at the time of writing this review. There are plenty of machines and dead weights for all your strength training needs, and plenty of equipment for cardio vascular workouts too. There is also a separate area with squat wracks and sledges. There are toilet and shower facilities on site. The training areas are constantly cooled by massive fans to help make your workouts a little more comfortable. The gym space is large and has a wonderfully relaxing vibe to it. The staff I’ve met have always been friendly and very proud of their new gym.
