5 months agoHi why I give 1star because I make call 3 time just now and that calling assistant telling me your call is important to us but there nobody picks call. So like this how u think new customer happy from your this hor al inz clinic. And if u have something serious sickness and u wanna ask for doctor. But that call assistant not contact you. Then how people trust and happy from you. Please dear aster clinics management please make this solve and please to inform staff please try to pick call as possible .because some people before visiting need to know about the doctors. I hope this my request will work.a month agoDear I always visit Aster best Doctor facility N.Staff Always treat Very good every Doctor is superb ?3 years agoThey pick phone calls only 30% of the time and they seem under staffed as well. Just because you have an appointment doesn’t guarantee that you will see the doctor at your appointed time either. This place is just a money factory lacking a personalized touch of any kind which is disappointing since I’ve been here twice and the second time was somehow worse than the first which is saying something2 weeks agoDr Amara omer is very helpful and very nice doctor in hor al anz area7 months agoI went to see doctor Muneer(dermatologist) for my child’s eczima. My daughter is suffering due to this since 5 years and i consulted many doctors but no improvements.but finally when i consult doctor muneer, within a day she is getting much better. I can see the changes in her skin condition. Lots of thanks to doctor muneer . I strongly recommended this doctor for any one suffering with skin deceases.

She is very light handed and always ensures to give the best advice alongside her cheerful and knowledgeable personality. The staff is also very kind and helpful towards their patients. She demonstrated exceptional expertise and patience when removing my wisdom tooth. Her gentle and skillful approach immediately put me at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Khadeeja for any dental procedures, She’s a true professional who prioritizes patient comfort and care.4 weeks agoDr Humra Ahmad – my tooth god mother! During my exploratory tour of the UK for a month (due to the gluttony), my filling broke and this was a pretty deep in the molar ?. I waited for about 15 days to only let Dr Humra Ahmad to fix it (until then I just flossed ?)Context – I have been going to Dr Humra for years now, started off at Easy Dental near Dubai mall and then I travel from Marina all way to to Deira Easy Dental for her expertise! She is very gentle with her approach and very consultative. She even gives advise for maintenance of the procedures, I have done several procedures in the span of over 5+ years. I would highly recommend her – I feel super safe in her hands. Go to her once and you shall know the difference? Dr Humra Ahmad- way to go!
