      Hi why I give 1star because I make call 3 time just now and that calling assistant telling me your call is important to us but there nobody picks call. So like this how u think new customer happy from your this hor al inz clinic. And if u have something serious sickness and u wanna ask for doctor. But that call assistant not contact you. Then how people trust and happy from you. Please dear aster clinics management please make this solve and please to inform staff please try to pick call as possible .because some people before visiting need to know about the doctors.       They pick phone calls only 30% of the time and they seem under staffed as well. Just because you have an appointment doesn’t guarantee that you will see the doctor at your appointed time either. This place is just a money factory lacking a personalized touch of any kind which is disappointing since I’ve been here twice and the second time was somehow worse than the first which is saying something

      I went to see doctor Muneer(dermatologist) for my child’s eczima. My daughter is suffering due to this since 5 years and i consulted many doctors but no improvements.but finally when i consult doctor muneer, within a day she is getting much better. I can see the changes in her skin condition. Lots of thanks to doctor muneer . I strongly recommended this doctor for any one suffering with skin deceases.

      I met Dr Elsa around 3 years ago when I was looking for a gynecologist that I could trust to guide my future high risk pregnancy. Someone that I do not know recommended her and I thank God till today that was the case. From the first moment of the visit she made me feel very comfortable and welcome. She listened carefully to my gynecologist history and told me what would be the plan for a future pregnancy.. The time past and last November we found out we were expecting and Dr’s Elsa care has been outstanding throughout my high risk pregnancy with many different complications along the way. I can not imagine this journey without her support and care. She has been for me like that angel sent to overlooked for us and make sure all was going to go well. Her reassurance every visit was crucial during my pregnancy and the way she took care of me and our little one was simply outstanding. We had an amazing journey with Dr Elsa. My delivery was so smooth and emotional. She was the most caring person during that process and made it for me and my husband the most unique and unforgettable experience. Dr Elsa brought our son safely into this world and we have no words to express our gratitude for all her care and guidance during the past months. Her team at the clinic Joy,Karla and Lorie are amazing as well, they are always available and ready to help. If you want to feel treated like a human and not like a number she is your Dr to go.       My visit with Dr.Elsa was very different than the rest of these reviews. It should be noted that I was not seeing Dr. Elsa for pregnancy and birth and many of these other reviews, so I cannot speak on those topics, to which I’m sure she is a fabulous Dr. As the reviews have mentioned. I was seeing Dr. Elsa with some concerns due to my IUD and for a pap smear. Dr. Elsa’s team was wonderful and her nurse was amazing. However, once I got into the room my experience was much she said we do the pap smear different. I had explained my symptoms to Dr. Elsa and she was very quick to make an incorrect decision. I told her about my concerns and she quickly jumped to the conclusion that my IUD was expired (when I was confident and spoke up that it was not). She then very confidently told me that because my IUD was a 3 year IUD (which is wasn’t ) I needed to get it removed. I listened her to her as she is the doctor trusting she knew what was best. She said we would do the pap smear, but then mentioned nothing else about IUD removal since I was unsure. This was my first time having a pap smear in a while which she was aware of. She told me she was doing the pap smear but then all of a sudden it got super painful and she pulled out my IUD without confirming with me prior.She showed me the IUD and I was shocked. She also lacked to mention what to expect before hand and did not ask adequate questions prior to the removal (last date of intercourse) which left me in a compromised state for an unplanned pregnancy. She also did not tell me much about what to expect after the removal. I had to keep asking questions and found myself with so many more once I got home. After getting home, I double checked the length of time with my specific IUD with my doctor in the States and it was in fact 5 years and not 3 years as Dr Elsa has so assuredly told me. This kind of mistake as a well reviewed doctor is highly concerning to me. Not to mention, when I checked out, the office mentioned that my insurance may not cover the removal. This was AFTER the IUD was removed without first consulting with me as is common practice with other medical care in Dubai.

      Dr Saranya is amazing. After consulting with her and her recommended medicines are amazing. She’s available on phone and very helpful. M very thankful to Allah that I have found her and her shop. They have pure honey. They have variety of products which is chemical free. But yes u can’t expect fever medicine and sever flu medicine to work on patient immediately. For stomach related infection, diarrhea, yes they do have very good medicine.       Dr.Jasna is the best doctor in the country for people who avoid taking tons of medicines in the pharmacies (which generally bring side effects). She treated me for 2 months while previous several doctors from usual clinics/hospitals after so many consultations, ultrasounds and analysis for several years could not do anything with my condition. I am grateful to find such a perfect doctor. Treating the root causes, not just giving “panadol and go home”. The doctor is attentive, positive and extremely helpful!       Dr. Yasmin is a lovely person and a great dentist. I found her reference online while I was searching a special needs dentist. After reading her reviews I decided to visit her. After our first meeting, I was sure that she is the best doctor to treat my child. She is patient, thoughtful and explains everything in detail. She even tells you the reasons behind her plan. My son needed the treatment under General Anesthesia. Dr. Yasmin was very receptive to my concerns and addressed them Infact, with her expertise with tongue and lip ties, my child’s issues were also addressed during the dental procedure. Then she also replies to questions on Watsapp. She checks about her patients after the treatment. The nurses and reception staff are also very nice and do their work diligently. On Dr. Yasmin’s recommendation, my son was also seen by the Orthodontist Dr. Muhammad. He too was very good and we reached the best solution. To sum up MyPediaClinic is an excellent medical facility in terms of dental expertise and genuine concern for the children and their parents.

      First visit to Dr Yasmin. Very impressed with the thorough collection of information by the team. It takes time, but worth it.

      Dr Yasmin’s approach was incredible! She used various approaches to get little one to calm down – he’s super anxious about the dentist and has special neurological and physical needs.

      She never touched him unless it was to sooth him with a massage on his hands and arms or he let her place the mirror in his mouth to look at his teeth.

      Although never settled down during the examination, she was patient, never phased by his crying and always respected his space.

      Eventually after the examination, he did settle on my lap to watch the screen. Enough for me to discuss the recommendations for home and clinic program with the dentist.

      We left with various suggestions for tooth brushes and pastes. She will connect with our pediatrician to discuss his medications and I got a comprehensive breakdown for costs moving forward should I choose to return.

      I like her approach – prevention is better than extensive treatments. We will return.

      Dr. Medhat and the team was amazing! He corrected our sons tongue and lip tie. He and the staff were extremely professional and beyond helpful. The follow up appointment were quick and easy, never seen my son alas so excited to be in the pedia clinic. Forever grateful and highly recommended. Thanks to Dr. Mustafa too. ??

      Dr.Yasmin Kottait is the greatest pediatric dentist I have ever met , she works magic with kids. I can’t thank her enough for making Adam’s dental visit magical and fun, he actually looks forward for his checkup visits. She has a special way of explaining stuff to kids and gaining their trust. She didn’t just give us a great experience, she transformed our pervious traumatic experience into a fun filled and peaceful one. She also has a great team of nurses who are kind and fun and make Adam feel safe

      I had to edit my review –

      After I visited another dentist I realised how misleading this clinic is. I have been to them 3 times and every time they want you to do some surgery or procedure which is absolutely not needed for your child . I really hope people cross check with other doctors before they listen to people in this clinic . Even my friends who visited were told to do tongue tie or lip tie for their kids when it was not required. They are very friendly and jolly and try to entertain your child with music and stickers but there is no point of all that if in the end you are given false information about your child . Truly unhappy and actually upset at them and hope other parents don’t fall for their trap .

      – Within 12 hours I got a call threatening me to remove this review . They tried to scare me with jail time as well. An honest business tries to fix the issue and work with the customer but these guys are trying to scare people who are writing genuine reviews . It makes sense now why there are all good reviews for them . The lady was so rude who called me , no introduction and so aggressive in her approach. When I asked her name , she said I will tell you later. I have never experienced this in my last 16 years of living here .

      Dr.Mamata Bothra is the best pediatrician doctor we recommend to anyone in need of pediatrician, as we are consulting Dr.Mamata for last 2.5 years she is like one of our family doctor’s, who is taking care of my baby health very well like her own kid to make follow-up about his health condition and giving good treatment when my son got sick and admitted in hospital, moreover doctor respond to calls at any time during the day and night to ask questions and get advices.

      Dr Mamata has been a savior for our premature son.. She has taken care of him since the day he is born(4.5 years) . She is very understanding and full of positivity. One of the best pediatric we have come across. Never prescribes the medicine unnecessary. I truly appreciate the way she deals with kids and all the time available for queries.
