a month agoGreat local store when in need of those important household items. Staff is welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. Store is clean and well organized. Some cool finds at times in the clearance section! Join the rewards program and use those coupon savings. So glad to pick up the new air filters for the new ac unit on this visit. Until my next happy household shopping time!6 months agoWe initially went to Ace to look at kayak trailers as just getting an idea first. We met Nate in the kayak area and asked a simple question as to how much they were. Nate responded with price but was engaged and asked us some questions and responded with some of the key points. But the reason I’m leaving this review was how thorough he explained the specs and how friendly he was. Nate definitely sold me without me feeling like I was sold. More than that he helped get the trailer and get my kayaks on there for me without me asking. Just a pleasurable experience all round thank to Nate. Ace is lucky to have Nate. Good people are hard to find these days and Ace has a good one. Thanks Nate. We will be coming to you for next kayak.4 months agoThis is the best place to shop! The employees are always so nice and friendly. You can always find the help you need fast. I went there yesterday for flowering plants for a shady area. I asked the lady in the garden dept for help. I didn’t get her name but she was so nice. She stopped what she was doing and walked me to the area where I needed to be. She showed me different plants and told me all about them. She really took her time to explain things to me. I love that they have a store cat!in the last weekRebecca is the GOAT! Been checking in for a product once a week for a month and all it took was answering her question of “How can I help you today?” She went above and beyond in looking for the product and made it appear like magic. I am a happy planter. Beside that, this location has the best selection of exotic plants I’ve seen in the area. Always healthy and good growers. The garden center is great, relatively cheap prices for very expensive and rare plants. The staff were very friendly and helped us pick a paint color. Definitely coming back!

I got a cement mixer 8 years ago that is still running strong after many bags.a week agoI only wish the founder of Harbor Freight had a son so I could marry into the dynasty.I’ve been to HFs all over the country. This is my go-to location. The employees are friendly, helpful, and diligent. It is well stocked and organized.

2 weeks agoWas not able to pick up my toolbox because it was a 2 piece, tool box and the computer would not release the one piece that was in the store, so they’re gonna hold it until the end of the year when the other piece comes in. $2400 spent and it has to sit in the store until the end of December when the other part of the box comes in.a month agoI rarely take the time to write a review and prefer to be positive. However, I think the level of intentional rudeness that I experienced was truly unbelievable. Additionally, I witnessed my rude cashier joking with a supervisor (according to his tag) and publicity ridiculing a complaint client during a live call. Lots of places sell cheap tools, I will never return . My next stop is Walmart, by comparison, it will be a luxury experience4 months agoI used to call Harbor Freight the single used tool company. Which was great for if you’re not a professional, and using the same tool every day over and over again. You’re a homeowner why spend $600 on a tool that you could buy one for $30. But now, they have a good, better, best, mentality. So a professional and a homeowner can both get a great deal.
