The dentist determined my daughter had 4X wisdom teeth that were coming out causing her discomfort. Dentist was friendly and explained the diagnosis to us. He advised therapeutic interventions that i could try along with OTC analgesia. He also advised i return bring her back if non of these measures were effective. My daughter is fine now. Patient care was very good, eg numbing gel applied and given time to work before an injection was administered is in my view good care, explaining the process is good communication. And then the work process was to a high standard. Could’ve used lip balm for an excellent review. Only one has done this but she is now in Perth, Dr Jessica Chu.

Nothing was too much for them. When we had a problem because the taxi drivers were on strike Sunday morning after a Saturday night incident, they used their initiative and their problem solving skills and were able to come up with a effective solution. Well done everyone. Staff like you are rare.

Called in yesterday on our first day in Kal …. young lady was very helpful, gave us heaps of maps, highlighting all the places she thought we would like. Very knowledgeable. My only complaint would be I asked for the Mural Trail map, but it is so faint, I can’t make out the actual roads. I know I can get it on-line, but I prefer a printed copy. Otherwise, everyone new to Kal should pay them a visit.

I used to visit a fantastic GP here who has since left. Wen’t to book in the other day with a new GP and was greeted over the phone by a sour and rude administration officer. I attended in Person and was again greeted by a rude administration/front desk clerk. Everything seems too hard for the Collins Street Surgery and I would not recommend it. When you are down and ill a simple smile and friendly greeting can make any experience a good one, you won’t get that here so save yourself the disappointment.

I’ve been to every single Chemist round here and it’s definately better than ALL the others because all the staff are not just friendly but actually care & will try to help any way they can even if u have a hard run financially they will empathise if you talk to them & wont be judged, they work with you which I believe is extremely rare & hard to find but shouldn’t be when its your health at stake so despite being quite small & not open long hours it is well worth it for the fantastic service! Always busy store. A lot of the teenager workers need to understand that they are at work not school. I thought that shelves were to be stocked at night so the customers could look at all products and not miss isles due to big stock trolleys blocking the walk ways. COME ON KMART!! I enjoy shopping at your store but I have not enjoyed my last few visits.
