      The shopping is fine lots of selections to choose from and they have a great food court. But be careful as there was a shooting here a while back. There is a security presence that they didn’t have before. The mall posts that concealed carry is prohibited but I’ll just say be prepared anyway. Enjoy the mall!

      Nice spacious mall to do your shopping in. Plenty of stores inside with a food court. They also have a play area for your kids. There has been some trouble there recently. So stay aware of your surroundings while inside. Lots of security inside for any problems.

      I went there at 730 I know what I wanted from two different stores. Knowing I had plenty of time because the mall closes at 9. So I spent about 15 minutes in the first store. then I heard an announcement over the loud speaker that the mall was closing at 8pm. So I didn’t get to go to the other store because by the time I got there they weren’t allowing people in. So I guess it doesn’t help to check what time the mall closes because they just close when they want.

      I had a very bad experience with the security from the mall very disrespectful and mad, I am not from there I am from Texas and as I was passing by Kentucky I stoped early before mall opening hours, shopping from and delivering to the mall stores and this security came up to us and told us that we cannot park here until mall opens doors. I got a picture of the security guard but not sharing it, but definitely thinking twice in stoping in this place, or if I stop and I get approached by this security mall wannabe cop I will treat him the way he treats to see if he tolerates disrespectfulness.

      Trash mall for guys they never havw anything worth buying, no givenchy shirts, no jordans, no Gucci shirts, no rolex or michael.kors watches just a trash place to shop. Id rather order online for guys good place to shop for female

      I have a feeling that the parking lot hasn’t been repainted since 1997… It honestly makes parking feel like the wild west; as long as your parked facing somewhat east or west you should be hopefully okay?       I’ve been going here since I was a young girl and this place has definitely come up! I haven’t visited in a few years since moving but when I went back there was so many people there. It definitely feels like they added in a lot of stores people want to go to and it’s serving the public well. Good job!

      Kids workshop every month look online before going. Very busy . If you are willing to hear all the banging. Sitting not stable. Sit on a wooden board paint bucket under it. They provide what you will be making and tools and paint. You can always pick up the project they are offering to take home to do with your child.

      Went to Home Depot to exchange a rachet without a problem. Ask a few associates if they still cut glass and stated they didn’t know. One associate who seem the only person who knew anything said they did not. This at same time other associates told a lady they couldn’t cut a key since it wasn’t there department. I will not come back to this place since I have to past two Lowe’s a one Merards. Lowe’s still cuts glass.

      My experience today was similar to my past experiences, dealing with customer associates that neither feel like getting out of their chair or sharing the knowledge that they’ve picked up over 30 something years working at a Home Depot. You would think it would be a simple question as to what materials I would need to install the pocket door, but it wasn’t that simple today it was more or less back-and-forth about whether I’ve installed one before more likely disassociate was trying to expose my lack of knowledge versus just trying to point me in the right direction or again getting out of the chair and walking around with me for a little bit after all that’s what they get paid for. But I could’ve sworn that the customer service associate asked me 15 times whether I’ve installed a pocket door before or not. Regardless, if I have or not, you either have the knowledge to point me in the direction of the materials I need or you don’t in this case he had the knowledge, but didn’t really want to give it up or it was like he didn’t have time mind you he was sitting in the chair, talking to another associate about other associates typical employee gossip session. Rather than check him or correct his attitude I had to just keep pulling it out of him.

      Absolute horrific experience here. Typically the store is trashed and associates never want to help or even greet you but today was next level bad experience. It is my mission to make sure no one I’m associated either ever does business at this dump.

      I love the home depot! However 3 stars for this place because I’ve never felt so judged. Unfortunately it’s what everyone does these days which sadly it’s understandable. But I went here to buy my boyfriend a really nice gift for his bday, and we’ll I guess a younger looking woman walking around by herself in a hardware store is a reason to suspect something I guess. But literally, they had a worker and what I believe was a secret worker like security or something, literally following me around. So in stead of buying anything I decided I would take pictures instead. This place was clean and organized very well. But as for how they treat younger people well not so happy with.

      First I was shopping at this store and needed to do an exchange and was buying some other things while I was there but It was gonna be about 30 min until my paycheck hit my account so I decided to do some real shopping well after about 20 min I noticed the repetitive faces that were following me around the store well I decided to use the restroom which was disgusting and smelt like a Porta john well when I came back out of the Porta john I noticed that someone had moved everything in my cart and then nxt thong o knew they were having a huddle about me so I decided I wasn’t willing to give these people my hard earned money after the way they were treating me as a thief so I started putting things back and then it was 4 of them staying behind me at all times well I had roughly about $400 worth of stuff in my cart and finally I had enough and turned and told them they can put it all back and I went and got the item I was returning from my car and went back in to return it and they were having another huddle about me well they scattered like roaches once they saw me and this kept happening everytime I turned my back I got my money and left. This happens @ every home depot I go to. It’s offensive demand disrespectful and I’m about ready to call my lawyer. I work hard for my money and I’ve never been a thief. They I’m not about to give it to those leaches. Best part is while they were so busy stalking me I witnessed 3 different people shoplifting lol. I’m going to lowes where they respect their customers and appreciate them

      I have two ladies who helped to make my day after the home depot canceled my order when I was in less than a few minutes from being there. These ladies of which I will get their names and add them here. They went out of their way at making my time count. I have always like the one I went to because before my move not long ago, it was the one I have used for years. Because of the making up to make home depot look ok in my eyes look better. They did an outstanding job and I thank them for it.

      This store refuses to give Military discounts unless you are registered online. For all other Home Depots, I just show them my Retired USMC ID. The manager is not veteran friendly at this particular store. All other Home Depots in the Louisville area have given excellent service.

      This place is pretty much a high priced junk store. It has been about a 50/50 gamble on merchandise purchased, especially electronics. This is why the return policy is so strict. So many people returning broken or defective stuff. Make sure to check things carefully before buying.

      Kids workshop every month look online before going. Very busy . If you are willing to hear all the banging. Sitting not stable. Sit on a wooden board paint bucket under it. They provide what you will be making and tools and paint. You can always pick up the project they are offering to take home to do with your child.

      Went to Home Depot to exchange a rachet without a problem. Ask a few associates if they still cut glass and stated they didn’t know. One associate who seem the only person who knew anything said they did not. This at same time other associates told a lady they couldn’t cut a key since it wasn’t there department. I will not come back to this place since I have to past two Lowe’s a one Merards. Lowe’s still cuts glass.

      My experience today was similar to my past experiences, dealing with customer associates that neither feel like getting out of their chair or sharing the knowledge that they’ve picked up over 30 something years working at a Home Depot. You would think it would be a simple question as to what materials I would need to install the pocket door, but it wasn’t that simple today it was more or less back-and-forth about whether I’ve installed one before more likely disassociate was trying to expose my lack of knowledge versus just trying to point me in the right direction or again getting out of the chair and walking around with me for a little bit after all that’s what they get paid for. But I could’ve sworn that the customer service associate asked me 15 times whether I’ve installed a pocket door before or not. Regardless, if I have or not, you either have the knowledge to point me in the direction of the materials I need or you don’t in this case he had the knowledge, but didn’t really want to give it up or it was like he didn’t have time mind you he was sitting in the chair, talking to another associate about other associates typical employee gossip session. Rather than check him or correct his attitude I had to just keep pulling it out of him.

      Absolute horrific experience here. Typically the store is trashed and associates never want to help or even greet you but today was next level bad experience. It is my mission to make sure no one I’m associated either ever does business at this dump.

      I love the home depot! However 3 stars for this place because I’ve never felt so judged. Unfortunately it’s what everyone does these days which sadly it’s understandable. But I went here to buy my boyfriend a really nice gift for his bday, and we’ll I guess a younger looking woman walking around by herself in a hardware store is a reason to suspect something I guess. But literally, they had a worker and what I believe was a secret worker like security or something, literally following me around. So in stead of buying anything I decided I would take pictures instead. This place was clean and organized very well. But as for how they treat younger people well not so happy with.

      First I was shopping at this store and needed to do an exchange and was buying some other things while I was there but It was gonna be about 30 min until my paycheck hit my account so I decided to do some real shopping well after about 20 min I noticed the repetitive faces that were following me around the store well I decided to use the restroom which was disgusting and smelt like a Porta john well when I came back out of the Porta john I noticed that someone had moved everything in my cart and then nxt thong o knew they were having a huddle about me so I decided I wasn’t willing to give these people my hard earned money after the way they were treating me as a thief so I started putting things back and then it was 4 of them staying behind me at all times well I had roughly about $400 worth of stuff in my cart and finally I had enough and turned and told them they can put it all back and I went and got the item I was returning from my car and went back in to return it and they were having another huddle about me well they scattered like roaches once they saw me and this kept happening everytime I turned my back I got my money and left. This happens @ every home depot I go to. It’s offensive demand disrespectful and I’m about ready to call my lawyer. I work hard for my money and I’ve never been a thief. They I’m not about to give it to those leaches. Best part is while they were so busy stalking me I witnessed 3 different people shoplifting lol.       I have two ladies who helped to make my day after the home depot canceled my order when I was in less than a few minutes from being there. These ladies of which I will get their names and add them here. They went out of their way at making my time count. I have always like the one I went to because before my move not long ago, it was the one I have used for years. Because of the making up to make home depot look ok in my eyes look better. They did an outstanding job and I thank them for it.

      This store refuses to give Military discounts unless you are registered online. For all other Home Depots, I just show them my Retired USMC ID. The manager is not veteran friendly at this particular store. All other Home Depots in the Louisville area have given excellent service.

      Walked in and counted 14 people in self checkout lines. Backed all the way into soft goods. No one was working the register. I just turned around and walked back out.       CHECK THE DATE ON YOUR FOOD BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING HERE!! My fiancé & I placed an order for pickup. After we got home with our order, I went to grab a bag of chips out of the $22 multipack we had purchased, and realized they were almost a month expired. We drove back up there on Sunday & returned the chips. After a long day of work we went to grab some macaroni from the $10 multipack & they expired in December of 2022. Now I will have to waste more gas to drive back up there for a second day in a row, just to get a gift card in return.. I will never place another pick up order from this location. DO BETTER.

      Today me and my friend were purchasing a mirror and it was a little heavy and didn’t fit in the cart well. The lady working the self checkout asked if we needed help getting it out to the car and we thought it would just be a bigger cart. After no one answered her on the radio she proceeded to ask the oldest lady standing at the service desk. There were plenty of younger people standing there that she could’ve asked but she asked the oldest one. If we knew that someone was just going to carry it we could’ve done it ourselves. I feel that if there are visibly younger and more able bodied people standing around, they should be asked to help first instead of the older one. Do better.       Complete joke. I order this online and it took over an hour for them to say “out of stock”. My wife goes to the shelf and finds a shelf full of the same item I ordered.       Prices are good. But the employees are rude. Twice I’ve been shopping and employee has asked me to move so they could restock. Yesterday I was looking at some clothes on a rack and I even commented on how hard and tight it was to view the clothes. A employee then said excuse me and push the clothes in front of me so she could put her clothes on the rack Then I had to go back and grab the clothes on the rack and try to find where I was. I thought the store was there for the customers not for the convenience of the employees???? This is not the first time. Once I was trying on shoes and was sitting on a stool and a employee asked to be excused so she could restock shoes. I had to get up and move so she could get by to put shoes back. I only had one shoe on so ignoring!!!!!!!!! Teach your employees to be respectful to the customers!!!!! They are there for the customers not the customers there for the employees.

      Me personally I love TJ Maxx. I go for their branded, reusable shopping bags. They sell for .99, and are big enough to fit….. a lot. I call them my, ,”Bags O Getting”, and never leave the house without at least two. They have not had my black truffle oil, recently, so my struggle continues. But that’s why you, every time you come back the you can find something new.

      My favorite store. It is beautiful, clean, comfortable. There are many choices of good clothes, things for the home. A small selection of shoes. Very nice bags and jackets. I always go here no less than 1 hour. Because the store is big and I want to see everything. Often near the store there are good and inexpensive cafes where you can eat.       Usually can always find something here even plus size. Line can get long on the weekend, but do not let that scare you off. I have been all the way back by the carpets and have only spent 15 minutes at the most in line. They are well staffed!

      Wonderful store stocked with reasonable finds, the checkout line was very long, but all cashiers were working very hard. All lanes had cashiers, and we didn’t wait more than 10 minutes in line. Even the manager was pitching in, out on the.lot retrieving carts. Great team work on a very busy Saturday, made the trip more enjoyable!
