      Coming back for awhile and had a cup of coffee on Sunday’s lunch but i get disappointed. Service was so slow. I had been waiting for cup of coffee in 15 min. Then get be shouted to get coffee. They could not remember their customer. Much better with previous manager.

      We came here again recently. I had flat white and Coffee carrot walnut cake. The coffee was very average. The cake was not so good. Firstly of all it was fresh, and the cream on top, I could taste the sugar sand. Will not be coming again anytime soon.

      Underrated coffee place, just walking past to grab coffee and they know how to deliver. Service was great and quick, but coffee was amazing for how quickly they made it. Location feels a bit enclosed for me, but if you prefer to shop around and need a break, it’s a great place to go.

      Ordered couple drinks and two muffins and they packed it up all in one single tray. Unfortunately coffee spilled over to the muffins when I carried the tray to the table. Manager refused to do anything. No offer for exchange, didn’t ask if anyone got hurt. Just want to let you all know this is the worst shop ever.

      Be really careful you won’t get anything compensated as when you walk out the shop, everything is down to you. Manager is so arrogant and and rude. She said, “It’s your fault, we have no table service, so when you walk out, everything is down to you” So arrogant! In her words, they have no responsibility whatsoever. No compassion, not give a damn about if my son got spilled over is alright. All they care is MONEY. Staff put everything in one single tray and don’t care if you can enjoy the food or drink at all. Once you take the tray, spill over, it’s all yours. Thanks for her wonderful advice. Would opt for a shop offers table service, WON’T RETURN!

      Grill’d Richmond has always been a nice, clean, chilled place on Swan St. The burgers are good. If you’re going during a lunch break, be prepared for a 15 min wait for your food, but the app and online ordering system are great.

      Grill’d is always my favorite burger in Melbourne. This restaurant is very spacious, but the floor is slippery, dangerous!!!!!!!!!! The water here is not chilled. The others are good. The staff are very friendly and nice.

      customer service standard was not good at all. the service was was so slow. it took us 5 mins to realise that the order has to be placed on the computer. after placing the order the staff say they would accept only card. for cash i have to order again at the counter. staff were very low on productivity. drink was good though. total time taken to get a drink from placing the order to getting the bubble tea -55mins.

      I love the idea that you can pay in an app, makes life a bit easier for introverts. But it’s got a great variety of options in-store and has most of your essentials sorted.

      Now I saw $3 and $5 hot-dogs, and I couldn’t turn it down, I mean, what can you expect from a service station hot dog at that price? But it was surprisingly good! Could definitely seeing myself smashing one at 3am.

      I’m a bit torn on this place, each time I went I dealt with either a complete moron who knew nothing about bikes, or a skilled mechanic. Unfortunately the morons appear to outnumber the skilled workers, who I really feel sorry for because they are great guys and are trying hard.

      My bike was returned in worse condition after my last service service and the chap who brought it out to me dropped it on the ground, scratching the frame. More supervision for the less skilled workers would solve a lot of problems.

      Went for the first time not knowing what to expect. It was insanely busy

      Loads of parking. Didn’t want to try the drive through as the queue was insane.

      The staff were excellent. Very helpful with helping us order and the place was relatively clean.

      The food came out quickly. I got the chicken cali spicy which was really really nice. It was quite big so I don’t think I’d get the chips next time as it has chips in it. My wife got a beef burrito which she liked but said was not as nice as the chicken.

      Will be going back for sure

      I ordered 2 burritos and one chips on the GYG app with an estimated pickup time of 9:17pm. At the drive thru window on 2 occasions we got asked for our order number and after all of that we got told to wait in the waiting bay. We watched at least 3 cars drive through the drive thru after us while we were waiting in the bay. We got handed the food at 9:31pm, 14 minutes after the estimated time for TWO BURRITOS and ONE CHIPS! The person that gave us the food admitted that there was a long wait and I can’t seem to see a reason for the wait for only two burritos and one chips when multiple cars had driven through after us. The chips were room temperature, soggy and pretty much completely lacking the chipotle seasoning, not hot meaning that they were most likely left out for a long time while I assume the burritos were being made. Upon opening one of the burritos, it completely fell apart showing that no effort was put into actually making the burrito. One of the burritos was completely covered in grease and was over packed with rice. Not only was my drink completely warm, one of the two burritos was a bloody small burrito when two large burritos were ordered (picture attached). What is the point of using the app to order in advance to pick the food up from the drive thru when there is an extended wait with sub-standard food. I would have left home significantly later if I had known this would happen. I will most likely be going to the Elsternwick GYG from now on due to the poor food quality and wait time when I had ordered in advance.

      worst experience as it was pick up order – ordered vegetarian bowl with no cheese and mushrooms and got chicken and cheese. Its not cross contamination. Its simply ignoring the details. Poor service by not even refunding the order. Pathetic.
