He really knows his stuff and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. Faz’s attention to detail and precision in his work is truly impressive.       If I could give this place a higher rating I would! I’ve been looking for a good barber in melton for a while now and haven’t had much luck till today, the reviews don’t lie with how good this place is. The owner has 30 years experience under his belt and trained his sons to be just as good. The owner has also made sure that the quality of your hair cut is always there and it shows. As soon as you walk in you can tell you are in the right place, they’ve created a cool atmosphere with chill yet professional and family run vibes.

      My partner comes here all the time and I often sit here and wait while he gets his hair cut, the guys here are lovely, they are really personable and make customers feel like they are important, they aren’t trying to pump through customers as quickly as possible, they are making it a genuinely good experience for the customers that do come in, they are good with kids too.

      I’m so sick and tired of going to Coles at Woodgrove and finding so many empty shelves. So I think ok will come back in a few days and try and find the things I missed out on. They never have enough staff on the checkouts. Today was the final straw I went to Woolworths in Woodgrove all the shelves fully stocked and the staff were so good.       It’s okay but we went shopping for our weekly groceries at 6.30pm because both myself and my husband work full time and we had to serve ourselves on the self checkout ad no staff were on the register and only 1 lady in the other checkout. When u spend alot of money a week u expect someone to serve u. Where has all the services gone.

      Have always used the auto car wash as it’s a struggle to hand wash with young ones. The car had stubborn dirt all around even after the auto wash. However it was my own fault for not cleaning regularly enough. The gentlemen (staff) on feb 17 at around 2pm spotted my dirty SUV after the auto wash and went above and beyond. He had hand washed the remaining dirt for around 10 minutes. Wouldn’t take extra money that was offered or even a beverage on a 40 degree day.       This is the worst car service I have ever seen in my life in Australia.. I took a booking and went there! They said we are busy and we’re speaking in Hindi. I said I don’t understand Hindi. He got very angry and didn’t clean the car! I wasted my time and fuel expenses!

      Brought $250 clean combo. Very friendly service but unfortunately the dashboards were not touched as well a couple of stains still not cleaned on the floor on the side of the passenger seats.

      I would recommend the $49 pricing rather then getting one of their more expensive combos.

      Otherwise look elsewhere outside of Melton for car detailing if you are wanting car cleaned properly.

      I wouldn’t even rate one. This place used to be good under previous management. New guys are very lazy and cut corners. A lazy person never clean your car properly, but will be very creative in giving excuses. Stay away from this greedy mob.

      Definitely recommend these guys. My car hadn’t been properly cleaned for a long time due to injury issues. These guys did a great job and had my car looking shiny and new! Their prices are very reasonable. Get a quote from them before you go anywhere else ?

      Rude women named offer working their as a service manager stared us down waiting in line at check out for a good 5 minutes only to rudely tell us she can’t serve us because we had more then 15 items and the items were baby food and a couple bigger items. She is just a rude and lazy worker who should of told us while we were waiting in line but chose to waste our time glaring at us in line while I have a sick baby with me and then she seemed to take delight in rudely refusing to serve us. She should of told us when we were waiting but she was obviously hoping the worker beside her got us but got it was her that ended up with us she refused to serve us because she is to lazy to do her job. Don’t have someone who is rude with no customer service skills working as customer service manager! It’s ridiculous and I won’t return to a store that treats customers like this! Store manager probably won’t do nothing to improve her behaviour

      Only 2 stars because of the extremely poor service. I had 20 items in my trolley, there was only one serviced checkout open with 3 people waiting, all the self serve checkouts were being used, there was no one at the 15 items or less with 3 staff. I asked if I could be served and was rudely told “No, you have too many items”. So I went to the only checkout with a staff member. It took me 20 minutes to get served. I kept my eye on the express lane and only 2 people were served while I was waiting. By the way it only took 2mins for the girl to serve me and that’s who gets the 2 stars. Definitely would not recommend this store.

      I was shopping at woollies woodgrove today. My usual shop. I attempted to ask a staff member for help. I asked her 4 times she grumbled at me then come over. The price was clearly not on shelf. I told her this. Her reply it’s underneath the slabs. Omg I’m 60 how can I pick them all up. She then scanned the item and grumbled at me again. I said thankyou she said yeh. I’ve shopped here for years never had a problem
      I rang the store 2 times but apparently no manager. I’m not going back. I don’t deserve to be treated so rudely

Had no stuff on only a couple had alot of shoppers, so went through self service and the computer system is absolutely terrible I give this situation zero stars, instead of getting more self service computers how about hiring more people!!!! Not to mention we got accused of not paying for water when we put it in the system!!! Im very not happy about all this situation…. hire more people its simple…..!! Not Happy…..

      Paper bags currently issued are a joke, barely hold anything and the arse falls out of them so will use a trolley, no bags to take to the car and will clutter the car park with the trolley, usually one or two serviced registers open the rest is self serve, poor or no service means I leave the goods behind and go to Coles

      I understand there needs to be bag checks but when I was told is that all I’m purchasing what difference does it make whether i spend $2 or $20. Rude staff member leant over the counter to look into my Pram and I didn’t even get a chance to open my mouth to say what was in the bags. Felt really embarrassed as this was in front of others and felt I was being accused of shoplifting as I’m young. This is not the first time this has happened at this Store either.

      I always shop at old aldi at High St, Melton. Rarely go to Woodgrove’s.
