      It was good need another person to empty the bins inbetween the vacuums they where full and it looks bad it would improve business if they added a machine where you could get cash out then you can buy the inside air freshener and cleaning stuff from the machines, they where only coin ones, but out of my experience is a decent good place easy to see from main road as well

      I felt bad for this place seeing the reviews because I understand that there are limited expectations with a self service carwash. I’ve been there twice before and wasn’t thrilled but realize its not going to be perfect. However, I went thru yesterday and was very disappointed. I just feel that they need to update their system and vacuums. I had to clean the car and wheels afterwards. So paying full price because I got there before the 9am special Tuesday started I realised that for 50.00 more (due to the price and paying for the vacuums)I could take it somewhere else and have someone do it properly. I had to wipe down the entire car because it was still filthy and the wheels looked untouched. The vacuums don’t suction that well and can’t get into some of the areas that need it. Sadly I won’t be going there again unless they have updated their system.

      I had a great wash today by 2 middle aged men – an absolute contrast from the car wash i had from North Wyong. I overheard one of the men say how sick he felt – and i felt for him. This didn’t stop him from providing top-notch service. I wish him good fortune.

      Good car wash. The time per dollar ratio in the wash bays could be a little better but if you’re quick and not too fussy, you can wash and vacuum your car for around $10.

      Remember to NEVER use those scrubbing brushes if you care about your paint, they all contain built up dirt and sand from previous washes which WILL put tiny scratches in your clear coat. Over time those scratches will make some parts of your car look like it has a matte finish (not in a good way). It will lose its shine. Just use the pressure washer and ideally bring your own clean sponge.

      Took the car in on Sunday for deluxe wash, this was the second time and the car overall was good. However, the high pressure hose used on the rims was enough for the paint in part to chip off the following day. I would advise if you use this (or any other) car wash, make sure they take better care with paint work.

      Rarely find a car wash that open late. I only have time late evening or night time for this kind of thing. Well, what an ideal that they open 24/7 here. Plus I don’t want to deal with weekends car wash long queue and highly chance that they rush through the wash.

      This car wash bang on the job, quick, and get the job done with great price. Double the price elsewhere. Got the basic wash here. Happy!

      We had absolutely no idea what we were doing however the gentleman working at the carwash came out and gave us a lot of great tips and amazing customer service. We had a lot of dirt and concrete stuck to the car and this place took it off straight away. Definitely recommend

      The wash booth’s water pressure was really low. We could not rinse the soap off the car. We waited for the attandent to arrive to assist us but there was no one here. The sign on the office door said back in fifteen minutes, we waited to try and get some help and an hour and a half later there was still no one here. We had to move to another wash booth and pay twice to rinse the car off. There is no number to contact to get any help and let the staff know there is a problem. We will never be using Enviowash again.

      I’ve always used the underbody wash after 4wd trips

      Went down today and I was using the underbody wash when a staff member claiming he’s the owner came out and rather than taking to me he straight away started verbally abusing me calling me a “f$&@ing idiot” multiple times aswell as telling me that I’m wetting everything (ITS A CARWASH) because I used the underbody wash feature too many times, I prefer to wash my car at home and the minimum amount of time is 6 minutes so that’s how long I used the underbody wash for.

      Was in complete shock that this happened as I’ve never had a problem down there and some of the staff are very friendly.

      I have been attending optimum now since they first opened and have dealt with quite a few staff in the hydro/gym side.
      I have found all but 2 to be amazingly professional, polite, friendly and helpful so much!
      Can not thank Tim enough for all his assistance and that even when things didn’t seem to be improving…never once has he given up but instead keeps researching further options in the hope that something will work.
      Love that the entire complex is fully wheelchair accessible but the only downfall is that the doors into the complex are not very wheelchair friendly….they are not automatic so usually I require assistance in and out of the facility. But staff are ALWAYS happy to help!
      Reception staff which are your initial contact are also very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

I have been attending for around six months now and feel great, the instabilities in my shoulders are gone, the rest of my body is stronger / more stable/flexible and most importantly the pain is gone.       Everything you’d expect from a large Woolies supermarket. Good produce section, deli and meats. Well stocked and plenty of selection. Underground parking available and Woolies is accessible via ramp and also via street level.

      Wow amazingly friendly staff – maybe I look older than I feel – being called Sir in this day and age is a surprise. Thanks to the team great service

      They have consistently had food that has not been refrigerated properly- it’s off before its due date. The refrigerated milk was off many times and refrigerated dog food was rancid.

      The people at the checkout are often rough and careless when putting items in bags – sometimes yoghurts are punctured, eggs smashed, packets crushed etc.

      Best Woolworths ever just needs some natural sunlight. perhaps they could do that and have a small garden section and tables to sit at.
