      They received my pallet from Melbourne, it was coming one hour from wagga to me, they decided that it was unfit to be transported… Their resolution, move the package 5 and a half hours back to Melbourne instead of not touching it any more, or moving it only 1 hour and 40 minutes to me…. Their logic is flawed and their customer service is appauling. They said it was due to it over hanging the pallet, but every pallet in their warehouse was overhanging, we took photos. My package is still unmoved 2 weeks later. I would suggest they need a management overhaul.

      Terrible delivery service. Card left to say they tried to deliver. Shipment taken to nearest Fed Ex station No contact details or delivery # filled out on card . No T NT or FedEx stations in town I live. Card says if I don t collect in 7 days it will be returned to sender. I have no consignment # so nearest station that is over 100 km away can’t assist

      Friendly and efficient customer service by the staff. Picked up a parcel and entire process was less than a couple of minutes. Same with return parcels, in and out in a couple of minutes and email confirmation of return being accepted within the hour. Locker pick up option located outside entrance and plenty of onsite customer parking. Stairs and ramp to entry.

      I regularly get stock imported for overseas suppliers, and I’m in the events industry, so we are always to the wire for events. I am constantly chasing deliveries to ensure the deadline gets met. When I call the help desk, they are helpful and solution-oriented. Yes, you get the occasional unhelpful personnel, which I had someone yesterday which shouldn’t be in customer service assist me. But 9/10 times, you get someone who calls drivers, emails depots and reports back as soon as they have info! Excellent service, guys. Keep up the good work 🙂

      I imported into Adelaide for the first time ever for an event. I had been given the run around multiple times only for my goods to be held in customs. I was told to wait 3 days. I did. Then I called and called and called again and finally, someone told me it was with border patrol and there was nothing they could do and it could take up to 3 weeks. Firstly, I lost very precious time that I could have used to find a better solution. Second I don’t not believe they even tried to assist. The computer said no and that’s it. Tried to call border patrol myself, but they will only go through a carrier! Also, one of the 5 parcels got through clearance and they can’t locate it. What a joke!

      D H L are back to their old ways, bad service and unhelpful and in this case aggressively unhelpful people, particularly in Adelaide. My recommendation is don’t import to Adelaide through D H L and if they say wait it out, insist on further follow-up.

      I should have given DHL a minus star if I could! DHL never delivers any packages or parcels due to incomplete ID while any other companies do without needing any ID. It [DHL] always asks customers to provide it with a copy of passport or diver’s license when no others do. Why it needs the recipient’s date of birth which is always the most important password for people in Australia? DHL is trying to scam their customers or selling info to others?

      I didn’t have a phone number for Club Motel so had to search for businesses nearby that I remembered. I eventually found it and had to book online hoping I really did have the right place. I did, and it was worth it for my second stay there. Armidale New year Eve fireworks were at the back of the motel on the oval. So much fun to be so close to all the celebrations! Motel service was great, rooms clean and comfortable, manager friendly and helpful.

      Cannot thank Craig enough for his kindness and flexibility! Woke up to our car not starting and he was nothing but kind and accommodating! Offered up his own place to house us whilst we waited for roadside assist! The motel itself is perfectly located and rooms clean! We checked in and found our room had been pleasantly cooled down for our arrival! Cannot recommend this place or the service enough!

      Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms with full amenities, comfy beds and quality pillows. Only negative would be the paint peeling off the tiles in the bathroom. I will stay again and recommend this motel to my friends and family.

      Spotlessly clean, well maintained, and quiet motel. Bed was comfortable and water pressure was good. Very well run. Both the Owner (Craig), and the Customer Service Cat (Oliver) were friendly and welcoming. Close to the centre of town, so a short walk to a supermarket, pubs, and various food options. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Armidale, hopefully for more than just one night.

      Comfy clean bed, all we needed and a lounge to sit on instead of the bed. Bonus of buckets and squeegee to wash windscreen. Craig ensured we were settling in. Recommend this motel, stay and meet Oliver the cat.

      Not long became a member here love the gym. People at the gym seem to let you do your thing and willing to help if asked. I even signed the whole family up for memberships. Spa and steam room are awesome

      Lovely place to hang out with grandkids on a hot day they have a slide that is only open 15 minutes each hour,inside and outside pools, small park area and a Cafe but too few toilets for a complex of this size unless they are hiding somewhere else

      The facilities at this aquatic centre are great and well maintained. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for their swim school. If you want a different swim teacher every week, problems with assessing a childs swimming ability and a swim school coordinator that tells you one thing one week and something completely different the next because they can’t remember then this is the place for you. If you want a well run swim school with competent staff in their leadership roles then definitely look elsewhere. There are much more professionally run organisations in the Hawkesbury that we have found far better than this place. Stay well clear of this swim school!

      Due to growth in adjourning areas, they have become quite busy and populated. Washrooms are under maintenance for 2 months, entry system is old fashioned manual supervised and frequent cancellation and rescheduling of lessons. There is a lot for them to improve on.

      I lost my bag yesterday as somebody else took it while i went for my swimming class. It had my car keys and house keys. The manager was never there to solve the issue. They declined the access to security footage as well. Somebody called them to tell them that they took the bag and will return it on their next class. The reception said ok, didnt know about my case and didnt even bother to take this lady’s telephone number.

      A big lack in action from manager’s side. She isnt even there in the morning. Im calling and trying to get in touch with her. No calls from her yet.

      I feel like the management is really week and they dont have any empathy or desire to help.

      People, please take care of your stuff here.
