      Awesome servo! Staff in good moods – super friendly and singing while they worked. Great tunes pumping in store. Clean with good selection of foods (could use some more vegan options). Really impressed they have a public toilet available as a lot of 7/11’s don’t offer loos for their patrons.

      Terrible, rude service from the female attendant tonight (26th September). Not a smile or a welcoming “hello”. I stood at the counter whilst she slammed the chip shelves repacking them and cars were waiting for her to press the button so they could fuel. AN ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ATTITUDE. I politely asked if she was ok (as I could easily see she was angry at something), to which I got another rude reply which I couldn’t understand as she spoke in her native language. I asked her what her name was and she replied “I don’t have a name,” which I find hard to believe.

      Why don’t they have name badges?

      This female needs to be trained in customer service and be grateful she has a job.

      Normally I have a great, fast experience here. This time when I got fuel I was on a phone call and the fuel wasn’t working. I looked in at the lady and she was smiling at me. It took me a long time to realise I was doing anything wrong because the lady didn’t give any indication that I needed to put my phone away. I eventually realised my mistake and I put my phone in my pocket, and waited for the lady to turn it on, she didn’t, after looking at her for a long time (confused that it still wasn’t working) and her still smiling at me, she came outside and said “you can’t be on your phone”. I said “I’m not anymore I hung up a while ago” she said “no you didn’t I’ve been watching through the window” – I didn’t argue. Just wanted to get home quickly after a long day and the process was much longer than it needed to be.

      I had my hair cut and coloured by Chris for the first time today – definitely won’t be the last 🙂 The colour is great – the best I’ve had in years. I have curly hair and Chris cut it perfectly. Everyone at Mopp was super friendly and very professional. I was pushed for time and Chris made a massive effort to accommodate me. I would absolutely recommend this salon and Chris!

      1. Book table. Call and speak to staff first for weekend. Highly recommended. 2. We went for lunch on Sunday. Awesome experience in terms of staff courtesy, lunch food quality and overall atmosphere. Very professional setting for casual talks. We loved it.

      We had veg biryani. I must say that it was the best after very long time and I couldn’t get this quality in sydney. Hats off to the owner for setting up this restaurant and managing well. Wish them good luck for their hard work.

      Good Indian food, particularly for Newcastle. There were six of us and we had a range of vegetarians and non-vegetarian entrees and mains. It was odd they initially put the 6 of us on a table for four, but the service was friendly and the food arrived in short order. All the dishes were very good and everyone liked what they had with the exception of the vegan butter chicken which was too sweet. The mixed bread basket is good value and was enough for all of us.

      We ate here last night 18th December 2023. The level of service was out of this world, the cocktails were amazing and the food was 10/10. I have been eating Indian food for around 40 years now and I would have to say Sapphire Indian Restaurant is one of the best I have eaten at. As I’ve worked in customer service all of my life I tend to notice if your greeted with a smile when you enter a place and the staff didn’t disappoint. The owners were exceptionally friendly as all the staff were and it was such a beautiful dining experience. We couldn’t eat all of our food so they were happy to give us containers to pack the leftovers. Also I would like to add that throughout our 2 hour dining experience we were looked after very well even though there were other customers in the restaurant. It’s only a 25 minute drive from where we live so we will definitely be back for more GREAT SERVICE GREAT COCKTAILS GREAT FOOD. 10/10 for everything and well done. Thank you for making our experience enjoyable. ???

This was my first time coming here and I was extremely impressed with their facility and their professionalism. Even though I have to travel into Newcastle(35km away from me) it is well worth it.       I really can not thank Dr. Shalini Ashwath and the team at 7 pearls enough! I’ve always had fear of being judged about my dental hygiene and have avoided the dentist and my tooth health declined dramatically due to this, I have never felt so comfortable to be at the dentist and I really feel like I’m apart of their little family. Dr. Shalini made every effort to fix all of my teeth in a cost effective and long term way and for someone who’s been incredibly embarrassed about smiling in photos for the past few years I finally feel like I can smile freely from the amazing job she did!! I am genuinely going to miss coming in so regularly and will sincerely look forward to my regular cleaning sessions!! Thank you so much again!

      Made the trip into wickham and just as I got to the front door I received a message to reschedule. Went in anyway I was already there and no other patients. Charged me for two X-rays when I needed one. Told me I may need root canal therapy or extraction of both teeth. Went back to my own dentist the following day and he saved my teeth for the fraction of what I was qouted with 7Pearls. Lovely people , disappointing experience ?
