My friend was admitted to ASH and the way she has been treated is absolutely DISGRACEFUL a stray dog gets treated better in what universe do you quantine someone and just leave them there in a windowless room with no way to call for help WHERES THE DUTY OF CARE. You shouldn’t have to ring the switchboard and ask for the ward your on to say hey I need help here And wait another 2hrs for help to arrive And when you complain it’s sorry we’re short staffed NOT MY PROBLEM. The whole experience with maternity, from pre care through the birth and follow up support has been amazing. The staff all seem to genuinely care on a personal level about everyone in their care, all of the time, even when the ward is busy. The support was excellent, staff provided ongoing reassurance and advice, food and facilities were nice, and partner was able to board in the room. The outcome for my baby was completely positive. Thanks to everyone in the mat ward!!

Darwin private hospital is a well kept and maintained facility from the grounds to the wards – although not as large as you would find in most other states, it is still reasonably modern and well equipped with fantastic service and support staff.
Just note that the public car park requires payment if intending on staying longer than one hour. Free parking is offered for up to an hour – but remember to still obtain a ticket from the car park ticket vending machines which are located through out the car park. Tickets must be displayed on your vehicle dashboard otherwise you may be in for a nasty surprise upon returning to your vehicle.
Upon admission there was a slight delay in the wait time to get processed due to a number of people attempting to get admitted at the same time, with only one person at reception to handle the influx there was a slight delay. Allow yourself ample time to get processed and admitted upon your arrival.
The experience I had in dealing with the medical staff, the doctors the nurses and all – I found professional and well mannered and provide an exceptional level of service.
The rooms and selves look a little dated and tired however the cleanliness and maintenance is off a very high standard.
Being a private hospital you do you have the option of a single or shared room however, each case I guess would be different depending on your level of private health cover and what your preferred option would be. Check the costs and your excess with your health fund to get an accurate figure of what your costs of staying in hospital will be.
In the times that we are in, there is a quick Covid-19 testing station setup in the entrance where by your temperature is taken and a series of questions need to be answered to satisfy the criteria to allow you to enter.

I recently had an unfortunate allergic reaction and had to undergo 2 surgeries on my right hand by Dr. Ravi Mahajani. I am really grateful to the manager, team leaders, clinical as well as non clinical staff members of Corella ward for accommodating me and my 4 months old bub for 11 days. Thank you for understanding that I was still breastfeeding and making arrangement for a cot in my room. Even on my worst days, your amazing hospital food comforted my soul. It was something I always looked forward to. I even had days when I received extra food for overnight on request as I would get hungry after breastfeeding my bub. I also had the opportunity to meet new grad nurses on various shifts. Even though, they were new to the profession, they already had the right caring attitude, empathy and patience needed for this noble job. A special thanks to Shree and Precious for all my dressings. Thank you Glory for getting access to an almost impossible vein. That cannula actually lasted the longest and was the most convenient one. At last but not the least, I am forever grateful to Dr. Ravi and Dr. Vijay for providing such an amazing care!

I am due to have surgery at DPH this week and their communication has been abysmal. They don’t answer the phone in the admissions area, don’t reply to messages or emails and put you on hold EVERY time you ring their main number and then don’t return to your call. Previous admissions have been better and the staff in the operational areas are great.

If you want a taste of the American health system, come here. Family went for an emergency surgery, had the bill before they had even found a surgeon, this is despite having top level cover with a good insurance. Had more bills in the mail before the patient was even discharged…

Mum was travelling alone in Darwin and became quite ill with covid. Unable to help herself, and with no one to help her. It was quite stressful. Andrea was amazing. Helped me order the right medicines over the phone and made sure they got to mum’s hotel. Six stars. Absolutely beyond expectations!

Terrible customer service experience. Management is shocking!
I’ve never been so insulted by staff nor management ever.
Their head office is also terrible at returning calls and responding to emails.
I’d give 0 stars if i could.

There was no need to investigate this issue AT ALL. The “CCTV review” and “head office investigation” would have cost more in man hours than just approving the refund.
The item i had purchased literally 2 minutes before i returned to your store was dirty and used!!!
Store credit is not an outcome i’m happy to accept in this instance as i don’t feel comfortable returning to your store.
Your response is this matter is patronising and is NOT appreciated.
It is NOT OK to treat your customers like this…..

Poor & unethical service by female pharmacist, after contact with the owner I am disappointed by their failure to advise what action would be taken to address the issues that were raised or professional oversight and education… This pharmacist already had restrictions in place from AHPRA the registration board. You wait two years to dredge this up again. You are responsible for employing someone who was breaching ethical standards as per AHPRA… You responded thoughtfully at the time and then lied to me or perhaps failed to remember to act as you told me you would. Whatever I had moved on until you respond with meaningless words two years after the event. I won’t be using your stores again I won’t risk that type of verbal abuse from one of your staff again.

Terrific staff and always wanting to help if you need with a smile. I’ve been up here for 35 yrs and l can honestly say best chemist lve been too.
Never waiting longer than 10 mins and you can look around without having eyes on you like you a a criminal like l received at chemist warehouse Durack. Very unpleasant visit.l tell everyone about this chemist cause it’s a friendly quick visit.You can stay longer and lm sure they wouldn’t mind.lol

Alice Plaza still has that fresh large capacity place you could go to. With the new installed indoor kids playground it is a well used space for families to just sit down and relax, grab something to eat and watch the kids play safely. Alice Plaza always finding ways to improve. ?

Literally 5mins before posting this I was getting served at your store. I asked your cashier Lee for a bag, she scanned my 3 items. I asked again. She tells me the price of my three items, I ASK IF THE BAG WAS IN THE PRICE, she seems absolutely oblivious to communication… I pay. She says all good and there’s no bag!!…. Like Honestly it’s raining and I asked for a bag!!
Come on now Target, train your staff to be more helpful to your customers.

In my view Target has gone downhill in recent times, it has a much reduced range of merchandise and seems to be concentrating mostly on woman’s clothing.
In my opinion it will be closed within 12 months.

The best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I had a decent sized list of items I needed, and one of the ladies working there took me to each individual section to pick up all that I needed (instead of giving a generic but understandable ‘aisle 5’ type response). A lot of care is obviously taken by the staff and I appreciate it. I was actually quite blown away by the great customer service here. Another lady even helped me take my items to the car. ??????
