      With a lengthy menu, the burgers here come in a few bun options including a low carb option, and have filling options of beef (regular, seaweed fed, and wagyu), chicken, lamb, and vegetarian and vegan patties. There are also salad options, sides including potato and zucchini fries, and a kid’s menu. Although the burgers aren’t particularly special, the variety and consistency are good for a burger restaurant.

      There’s various seating options with tables and bar stool seating and one long table. When dining in, you can order using the QR code at your table, using the app, or use the cashier.

      Just ordered a Wagyu burger here. Colombian driver was very friendly. I eat a lot of burgers but this one was legendary. Really excellent meat, great sauce balance and overall a strong and excellent flavor. One of the best burgers I had in years. Chips were very nicely spiced, tad heavy on the salt but great mix especially with the herb mayo.

      Been going here since it opened, but after today, I’m going to find another “Gourmet” burger shop. Little stale chip pieces, thin over cooked chicken (1/2 usual thickness) and dry “onion” rings (half of which had no actual onion). It’s clear to Me that either the restaurant changed hands, or they have just got too greedy for their own good. So long Grilled Mt Lawley, even My local Lunch Bar makes a better burger for far less costs. It’s been fun.

      Grill’d is always delicious. I always get the Simon Says chicken burger and sweet potato chips. These burgers are amazing and the chips have the best seasoning and are always big. We usually do take out but the vibes at grill’d are always so great. I love how it’s decorated. Staff are also super friendly and hard-working.

      I met a kind young worker – he introduced himself as “James”. He has a great smile! My wife made me order (hehe) and I really struggled [I’m 50 btw] but he (James) guided me step by step. I ordered the Whatamelon with 50% sugar. It was great! I even sat down and drank it with my wife – the environment was THAT good! I’d invite any bubble tea-heads to come to this joint.       I love Chatime, but the one in Westford Plaza is horribly understaffed today. The lunch rush came around and this poor boy was serving about 30 drinks by himself. For this reason the service was horrendous.

      Went back recently and used the automated system. And ended up with a drink with soy milk unintentionally. I only realised it when I got home. The touch screen doesn’t seen intuitive. It should be exactly the same way as when the person ask for your order. I don’t need pictures. Just flavour, size, sugar, ice, extras and done.

      Nice tea, quick service, still getting used o the self service screen but it’s easy enough to use after the first time.

      Everyone I met in store today was lovely and friendly and helpful, I was exchanging an item and the service desk and Chris in my opinion was nothing short of rude, I’m not sure if maybe she was having a bad day but I was trying to have conversation as I was waiting and I was blanked she left my items on the side while I tried to pack time and started speaking to the customer behind me moving my clothes while I was still packing them! Manners cost nothing and this has given me a bad reflection of the whole store now.

      I can’t find anywhere else to provide this feedback so I guess I’ll post it here. Had a fantastic customer service experience this morning. Helen (I think her name was) on self service checkouts was friendly, helpful and cheerful. There was an incident when I first entered the store and she handled it professionally and with respect.       I was able to get a quarter of my Christmas list done for less than I expected, which really helps. Today it was a bit crowded but it seemed like the staff were exhausted. If you come to this store please remember that this is very close to Christmas and the staff are working very hard to complete tasks and be of service.

      Change of contact number to 1300 means you can’t speak to a person after 6pm AEST, because the automatic bot is closed. Meanwhile, Perth stores are still open til 9pm, but you can’t speak to anyone because of the stupid 1300 number covering all stores.

      Prime example where employing mature staff Does not work. The ladies are slow rude and haven’t got a clue what they are selling. Huge sign out the front for a deal and they don’t even know what it is. Always a line as they can’t keep up . Slushy machine has no napkins when I asked for one she looked like she was chewing lemons.

      I purchased my bike here on December of 2022 and the owners are very friendly, accommodating and have been very patient with me taking my time to decide which one to purchase. I have test driven about 4 bikes before I decided on one and they have helped me throughout by giving me the pros and cons of each bike that I have test driven. I have been given a complementary service of the purchased bike which I recently used as I have put my bike to the test, riding in red dirt and testing how it feels to fall off ? 3x. The service was impeccable as my bike looks like when I bought it on December. This shop is highly recommended.

      Is it a 100% authentic Mexican food? I don’t really know. Are you Mexican? No me neither. I wouldn’t be able to tell you what’s a good taco or burrito from something in Monterrey.       Tables outside need to be wiped down with a bit more frequency a lot of spot build up as it’s by a busy intersection. Fries used to always comes out much later than food which has improved lately.

      GYG is priced pretty well and usually good quality. Service at this one is better than others I’ve tried around Perth.

      The only thing I got that was the same was the chips. The burger was nothing like what I ordered it had chilli and bacon, the churros never came, and we got chicken we didn’t even ask for.       Recently I was unsure about using insurance to fix a dent on my car. The repair shop reminded me “free” car rental came as part of the service. But I had to present my credit card for a bond (I assumed just pre-approval, not withdrawing from my account). I got the car on Wednesday and returned on Monday, and the $220 showed as “pending” all that time, so no problem, I thought. After returning the car, I noticed the amount was gone, and 48 hrs later I’m waiting for its return. This is such a big corporation, technically legal, scam, it has put me off both Budget and the RAC.

      Our vehicle a large 4 WD was booked into the panel Beaters for repairs on the 24th July 2023, this booking was made with the insurance company on the 29th March 23. A Budget Hire car ( like for like )via the insurance Co was booked on the same date. When we picked up the Budget vehicle it was a small SUV and the interior cleanness was poor. We questioned the like for like vehicles policy and we were told we need to book in advance. We highlighted that we did book back in March 23, over 3 months prior. Just disappointing that you pay large insurance premiums and in the event you are required to call on using the benefits of your policy you are let down by a service provider, in this case Budget. Yes we got a car, yes it did it’s job however Budget do no pay our insurance premiums and the fact we got a vehicle that wasn’t clean was very disappointing

      One of the best supermarkets in Perth. It is always clean and with friendly staff. I loved the lunch menu and the açaí self serve.? I miss paçoca (Brazilian sweet peanut block) and milk powder to eat with açaí.

      This is our local and we’re totally chuffed! Recently had a name change from IGA to The Good Grocer, it’s also had a revamp and looks fantastic!

      The fresh local produce is fab! Plenty of pre packed salads and fruit. There are also quite a few premade in house meals ready to go. I love their roast selection with a variety of roasted meats and veggies to choose from. The seafood section’s great too! There’s a lovely florist in store who is super friendly and helpful, heck there’s even a bottle shop section!

      One of my favourite things though is seeing my local all decked out at Christmas, Easter, actually any celebration! Whoever is in charge here needs to know we all just love it. The displays are great!! One year shoppers received a free full size chocolate bunny at Easter!

      Great work team, supporting local is just all too easy here! Love this Community ? Oh and don’t forget your points card for $ rewards off your future shopping BRILLIANT ✨??

      Nice store, top end product and a very impressive take away food set up. Sorry but losing 1* for buying US imported energy drinks and charging a fortune. Buying from a resellers sub distributor is only stinging the consumer at the end of the day once you all make your margins. Ludicrous pricing.

      This is the one of the best IGA,s I have ever seen. Breakfast lunch and dinner 24/7 The roast options are amazing. Vegetables, meats, salads, pastries, It’s Awesome. Must check it it out ??
