      Great little walk and specifically for the Tunnel. It’s an interesting part of WA history that more people should know about. But it’s cool how most things built in the late 1800s were linked, from Fremantle to the Perth Mint to this Tunnel, they all played a part in the bigger scheme that was Western Australia at the time.       Its a well maintain forest. I like the trails. Love the view and the the story of the place as well. My suggestion is prepare water bottle as you go trail, especially on the hot summer like now. They do have a great picnic area.

      A beautiful location around 30 mins from Perth providing bbq / picnic facilities, toilets and plenty of parking but be warned, it’s $15 entry per car. Make a day if it and get your entry fees worth. Walking trails of various lengths with waterfalls nearby. Dont forget a hat and sunscreen. I wouldn’t recommend going during rain or extreme heat. Spring and autumn is a great time.

      Great place for a walk. Lots of different walking options. Flat walks to more off piste walks. Trails are well directed with regular markers, so you can’t get lost. Nice picnic areas. Good for families as well as avid walkers.

      Intimate and friendly with a wide fenced camping space. Facilities are great with rain showers and toilets that are always clean. Wide open space for the children to play in and being the national park has lots of benefits like the numerous walks and animals to see, including the koalas and kangaroos. My tip is to pay for a years pass, and this saves on entry fee. Amazing and tranquil with a peaceful and serene vibe.

      Looking to keep kids occupied and experience the village heritage???then this is the best place. This is a very huge park. One full day is not enough to cover the entire park. If you hear a whistle or horn sound do not forget to check it out. It’s a tram which runs inside the park. I was really thrilled to have a tram ride. Note: Tickets must be taken inside the tram. But cash only. The staff have done a great job to maintain the ticketing facility in old style. When you give cash the conductor gives tickets in an awesome old style. Adult:$6, Senior:$5,Child:$3, Family:$15(2 adults,2children) There is a mini water pool available. It’s not so deep.safe for kids. For further information we can contact the visitor information center. There is a cafe inside the park. It’s situated opposite the main tram station and visitor information center. The whiteman village is really an awesome place to visit. Lots of shops have been maintained and given demonstrations of how they all worked in olden days. Tractor ,motor museum ,Lolly stop, pavilion, Print shop and more. Parking will never be a problem here because there are huge areas of parking lots in different areas of this park.

      Pia’s Place is a beautiful spot for kids of all ages! Lots of shady areas for picnics, play, or chill time. Gardens are always looking amazing, lots of room for everyone, car park is easily accessible and toilets are clean. Coffee and ice cream are available too! Will keep coming back, it’s too good ?

      We had a great time at Whiteman Park. We caught the train. We had a ride on the tram and got off at the playground. We also had a splash in the water park. It’s got a fantastic picnic area for the kids to run around. Definitely go there again.

      We love Whiteman Park, I would recommend this area to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing spot and to be surrounded by nature. Perfect for large gatherings or picnics. Lots of parking and facilities in this area. I recommend visiting the multiple automotive museums and also the cafe as they have great coffee. Please remember to use the bins provided and not leave any mess behind in this beautiful place.

      I’ve come every year for over a decade, I’m always impressed with the curation and variety of pieces, and the highlight of First Nations artists. The staff and volunteers are always lovely and the space is beautiful.

      Extremely well put-together museum, I cannot say I’ve ever paid much attention to topics relating to the maritime but I found myself fascinated by almost everything here, and it really puts into perspective just how integral maritime activities were and still are to our lives with the variety of displays they have.

      It’s a real feast for the eyes as well, being extremely colourful and vibrant and making great use of its vertical space with all they have suspended in the air to give a great sense of the size of these things.

      Visited during school holidays so it was semi busy, but it didn’t feel crowded. I didn’t know what to expect but everything was professional done and clean. I really enjoyed it and learning from WA’s maritime history, particular the Australia II yacht. I brought my daughter along and she loved it as there were kids activities.       This place is an absolute treasure! ? We immersed ourselves in the maritime wonders for a solid two hours, and it was a captivating journey. The exhibits are impeccably maintained, creating a quiet yet welcoming atmosphere that’s perfect for exploration.

      Hats off to the delightful receptionists! Their warm assistance and guidance made our museum adventure seamless. And, oh boy, the submarine tour is a MUST! The tour guide was a true gem – resourceful, funny, and had an answer to every question. A delightful person who elevated our experience.

      In a nutshell, our time here was nothing short of great. A maritime marvel that deserves all the applause! ?⚓

      This submarine visit was quite something! Our guide – Peter – a wealth of knowledge on the submarine field, as long as it was not a secret. 🙂 We felt how narrow spaces were, we snugged through doors, we struggled to go down steps for the missiles hatch, we seen their bunks, galley, toilet and shower, and the marvellous extra space and privacy that officers had and during two hours it was interesting to make us feel what kind of life have the submariners.       So much better than I expected! Amazing exhibits and a really interesting architectural building. We loved the exhibit about Australia 2 and the Anerica cup, the preserved shark and the history of maritime in the region. Interactive stuff for kids as well as plenty of stuff to keep adults interested. Considering coming back tomorrow to do the full tour through the retired submarine.

      The park is really huge. Has a big play area. Lots of benches and desks to sit and relax. The grass in the park is well maintained so you can sit on the grass. We had less time to spend there so couldn’t cover the entire park. But I’m sure to visit the park soon. So I could give a detailed review on the park. It’s a good spot for enjoying a picnic with your family or friends groups or just a walk. The park has two parking areas. The toilets are neat and clean. Has baby nappy changing area in the toilet. Dogs are allowed. The experience was super cool and awesome. Very nice and calm place. Good for walking,kids play and relaxing.❤️?

      Great little park with heaps to do. My kids loved playing in the equipment.

      A couple of the pieces of play equipment were damaged, but otherwise we’ll maintained.

      Some dog poo in the “no dogs” area which was disappointing.

      An absolute must for the kids so much there to do from flying foxes, to water play, to giant turtles, rock climbing, toilets available and food trucks on site. BBQs located within the park. Great for a family day, a special day birthday wedding for example and lovely with the lake backdrop. An amazing place to visit

      Great park for kids of all ages! Lots of things to climb, jump, run and slide on. Best bit is… it is fenced! So for kids like mine who are runners, it’s great to keep them contained and know they can’t get too far away. It’s also beautifully shaded with ample benches and tables.

      Our first time at this park and we had an absolute ball… So much so that I even stacked it jumping around being a kid again ? There’s an area for adults with exercise machines on the other side of gated playground with lots of nice green grass and a shady bbq area too ?

      One of the few remaining old school large hawker centres in Singapore. Many many stores serving a huge variety of local food, spanning across two buildings. Most of the famous stores that other reviewers had mentioned are in one of the building (nearer to the wet market). Store are generally divided into two categories: Those serving breakfast and lunch, and those serving dinner and supper until late. In today’s visit, I tried the Teochew minced pork noodles and the carrot cake. Both are really very good =) I will definitely come again to try the other stores! Ambience: clean and well ventilated. Parking: limited. Consider parking at the HDB multi-storey carpark across the road.

      One of Perth’s better beaches, containing a huge off beach area with a fantastic variety of pubs and food outlets, with eye candy for all tastes. The 990 bus travels from the central bus port in the Perth CBD directly to the beach for those who are on a budget and want to see more of the city.

      The beach that we visited the most during this trip. Near to CC sister kid’s school ~ a very good place for us to hang around and chill between the drop off and pick up time from school. Very beautiful and big beach ~ we parked at different places during each visit and have seen the different yet all beautiful side of Scarborough Beach (kinda hard for me to pronounce the name right at first ?)

      A beach that is really stunning… There are a lot of areas to BBQ, long walkways to walk on, clean water and sand, a lot of playgrounds for children, and a lot of food to eat from the cafés that are located nearby.

      Spectacular spot to relax at the end of a big day, solo, or with friends and family. The grassy knoll is a fantastic spot for this occasion, being beautifully manicured and irrigated, soft turf. Nearby bars and cafes are perfect for a bite to eat or afternoon session. This is a must do if in the area. My first time watching the spectacular sunset over the Indian Ocean. AAA +++

      Great beach!! There is always something going on whatever the season, winter markets or summer dance nights!!! Family friendly with toilets, playgrounds, lots of food options!! Also really good for a night out…early in and early out…very busy but great fun!!
