      The team at APPS mechanical are absolutely amazing, we have taken our 06 Honda Odyssey in several times, one of which was an annoying sensor issue which required several visits to resolve as the issue kept evolving and wasn’t a common issue (most mechanics would have given up or carried on like a pork chop ) however Corey, Jess and the team handled this with beautiful patience and tenacity and a determination to fix the problem. They are a clear stand out of all the mechanics I’ve been to. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic in the Port Macquarie and surrounding areas, they do a top quality job at a respectable price and leave the car better than they found it.       Terrible experience,went inside to ask for a rego check my partner was inside of the car i did left our car in their parking lot, after i got back outside one of the workers crashed in to our car .the guy crashed into rear wing that has dent in and fender flare is broken.solution that they came up to was a bit spray paint and dent is still in .my prtner was inside of the car so she could have move the car anytime if needed and i was inside for maximum a minute.

      I always have a great experience here. Stacey in reception is always warm and welcoming, the dental assistants are always friendly and Dr Marcello has great judgment. I thought I knew what I wanted but so glad I trusted Dr Marcello because I don’t think I would be as happy as I am with my teeth if he’d done what I thought I wanted. He has a great cosmetic eye in addition to the knowledge and practical expertise you’d expect from your dentist.

      The kids love this dentist. They are so kid friendly: for example, they have videos on the ceiling, the dentist by kids saw let my son hold his (very big) teddy bear while having a treatment. She asked the kids a lot of times how they were feeling and talked in a kind and compassionate way to them. One of the staff even gave the kids a little toy when we were leaving. The rooms are beautiful and light and there’s a nice waiting area with a “fake” fire and a very decent toilet. There seems to be sufficient parking as well.

      What a splendid surprise this was. While visiting the area I drove past the turn-off seeing the sign, a number of times. On my last day as I was leaving King Creek, the sign beckoned yet again, and I decided to take the detour and visit. Well this is definitely abundance in all the best ways. Little did I know that it had a lakeside cafe that is just delightful with stunning views. Lovely cake and coffee and I was very happy with the GF baked cheesecake. The nursery/plant area is massive and I imagine you could spend hours looking and buying. Highly recommend this detour.

      Lovely modern toilet, very clean, had soap, hand dryer and toilet paper in stock. This experience was incredibly off-putting though as the toilets clearly said they were vacant, however I could hear someone inside. I waited for them to finish and saw a man walk out. Thankfully he was noisy enough for me to hear him and I didn’t accidently barge in on a stranger.

      Two stars rather than one for the simple fact it is open all hours. Not the councils fault for this, they do clean it (albeit after you ring them), but some people that use it are filthy pigs. Often making a mess AFTER the cleaner has been through. You might blame homeless people but often it’s tourists and otherwise well to do teenagers out running amok at night.

      Great service. I have been there twice. Once with a cat I was minding for a friend, and a second time with an injured bird I found. They were great to deal with both times. With the cat, their costs were really reasonable and were really understanding of the fact the owner was overseas and not involved. With the bird, even though it was a pigeon, they were eager to assist and it didn’t appear to be a drama for them.

      I switched to this vet because you can tell that they all genuinely love animals. The staff are informative, patient and hilarious. Parking is easy, there is heaps of waiting room space and they run on time. They actually take the time to read your pet’s history before the appointment starts and keep detailed notes.

      Attended the ED yesterday (4/9/23) with mild chest pains. Got excellent, thorough attention and tests to prove that it was not heart related. All of the staff I saw during a long day were friendly and professional. Yes, I was there for over seven hours, mostly waiting for the next phase in the tests, but the reality is that there were a lot of other patients to attend to, many of them with worse conditions than mine. Top marks for their triaging efforts.

      We have a lot of people from our church have to go here and every time I have visited the staff have been incredibly helpful. The ladies at the front seat are exceptional as they deal with every different sort of person imaginable. I was there tonight and the office lady was helping someone find a left home – going over and above their call. The pink ladies here are amazing and all the volunteers deserve much recognition. Well done everyone in a very trying environment. Keep it up!

      Not impressed at all! emergency room 5.30am, obviously no doctors as know one was seen until 7am hubby being the first even though others were there first extremely heavy cold can’t breath very well heavy cough and flem and couldn’t even get a prescription for a decent cold & flu. Time waster and he was left in the room for 30 mins took 1 hour for nothing. Holidaying

      Works here very unhelpful and almost rude, very disappointing. Very expensive for a lifeline shop who are soposed to help people with low incomes. Will never ever go there again and will tell anyone else not to either. Terrible service all round.

      From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were more than happy to help me find exactly what I needed. The shop was well-organized with a wide range of items at great prices.

      What impressed me the most was the quality of the items – everything was in excellent condition, despite being second-hand. I was able to find some amazing pieces Overall, I highly recommend this 5-star charity shop to anyone looking for high-quality items, great prices, and a wonderful shopping experience.       Great place for good clothes and supplies. The welfare people are top notch. Do get a Centrelink statement before you go for welfare there though. When you do, they will bend over backwards to help you.
