Listen to your customers, they ask what they want and you end up doing what you want and completely rush it. They try and come off as some cool place … how about listening to what your customers want first !!!

The patience and care that the staff showed with my little one (and his two older siblings who were also in tow) were truly exceptional. The team was friendly, professional, and made the whole process as stress-free as possible. The salon itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and my son came out looking like a rock star.
