      Delicious, plenty of cake varieties to choose from,

      I had an amazing experience at the cheese cake shop! I recently purchased a black frost cake for a special occasion and it was incredible. The cake was moist, rich, and had the perfect balance of flavors.

      The staff at the shop were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided great recommendations and were patient with all of my questions. The customer service at this shop really stood out to me and made my experience even better.

      Additionally, I was relieved to find a parking spot near the shop. It made my visit stress-free and convenient.

      Overall, I highly recommend the cheese cake shop to anyone looking for delicious cakes and exceptional customer service. My experience was fantastic from start to finish.

      I ordered double choc strawberry torte cake for today night as new year celebration. When my son was eating, Unfortunately he got long hair immersed in choclate inside the cake. Very disappointing and disgusting.

      Disappointed about the drop in size of the cheesecakes in particular. Very noticeable yet they cost the same as the previous larger size. I asked if the size had changed and was told it hadn’t, wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt until it was noticed by many others that ‘it was smaller than usual’.

      Lovely place to hang out with grandkids on a hot day they have a slide that is only open 15 minutes each hour,inside and outside pools, small park area and a Cafe but too few toilets for a complex of this size unless they are hiding somewhere else

      The facilities at this aquatic centre are great and well maintained. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for their swim school. If you want a different swim teacher every week, problems with assessing a childs swimming ability and a swim school coordinator that tells you one thing one week and something completely different the next because they can’t remember then this is the place for you. If you want a well run swim school with competent staff in their leadership roles then definitely look elsewhere. There are much more professionally run organisations in the Hawkesbury that we have found far better than this place. Stay well clear of this swim school!

      Due to growth in adjourning areas, they have become quite busy and populated. Washrooms are under maintenance for 2 months, entry system is old fashioned manual supervised and frequent cancellation and rescheduling of lessons. There is a lot for them to improve on.

      I lost my bag yesterday as somebody else took it while i went for my swimming class. It had my car keys and house keys. The manager was never there to solve the issue. They declined the access to security footage as well. Somebody called them to tell them that they took the bag and will return it on their next class. The reception said ok, didnt know about my case and didnt even bother to take this lady’s telephone number.

      A big lack in action from manager’s side. She isnt even there in the morning. Im calling and trying to get in touch with her. No calls from her yet.

      I feel like the management is really week and they dont have any empathy or desire to help.

      People, please take care of your stuff here.

      Best thali I have had in Sydney so far. The portions were perfect and food was definitely bang for the buck. Service staff is very friendly and helpful.

      We ordered the dahi Puri which was really good, vada pav which was served with the dry red chilli, garlic chutney plus the sweet chutney and ofcourse the fried green chilli which made it perfect.

      The weekend special thali which was delicious, the paneer gravy was really really good, great portion size over all and some good and tasty Rasmalai.

      The Rajasthani thali was the star of the show for me, they served it with dal Bati and churma. The food flavour was so close to home that it felt like a warm hug.

      So glad to have found this place. We left the restaurant full and happy. Will definitely recommend and visit here again.

      This review is strictly for the Restaurant. My family have been coming here for years, through ownership changes etc. The menu has come a long way with more options but the food has gone up in price a lot. The food is good. The fish is fresh and the salads are nice. Well worth it if you are in Rouse Hill Town Centre looking for a healthy lunch or dinner.

      Worst fish and chips experience I ever had. Took over 20 minutes to serve and no sauce, you had to go back to the counter and buy it. I had salmon chips and Greek salad costed $22.50 wasn’t worth it. Chips were flavourless and no chicken salt on it not did they asked if we wanted any. I saw a couple cleaning their own table to sit. Salmon wasn’t crispy skin so couldn’t eat it. What a waste of beautiful lunch time should have gone to food court. The portion size was so small. Won’t be going back there.

      Pros: Perfect location. Fresh fish and seafood always. Pricewise it’s better than other costs somehow. The staffs are agile and good. The salads available are filling and always fresh. The sitting arrangement is airy and overlooks the road. So, overall my Togo place for fish of all types.

      This is a retail seafood store and a takeaway shop combined. You can get fresh seafood to take home and prepare or order of the extensive menu board. Everything in the takeaway shop is cooked to order so you might have to wait a while at peak times. I had to wait about 20 minutes, despite not seeing many people waiting for food ahead of me. It’s best to take food bought from here out of the shop. They don’t keep the tables outside the restaurant very tidy and they often need a wipe. The bins tend to get to overflowing before they are taken away. However, the food is outstanding. The fish burger is worth writing home about! The battered fish is light and delicate. It’s not soggy at all. They put on just enough salt and sauce to make the perfect combination of sweet, salty and fatty. Best fish burger in the west. The wait time and the lack of clean places to sit are a bit of a bummer though.

      I had a very important conference for 3 days and went to another salon for a blow-dry, to make my hair nice. but they didn’t do it well. I was stressed and nearly cried because I wasn’t familiar with the area and had no time to go somewhere else. I walked in and asked a gentleman for help. He was incredibly kind, reassuring me to stay calm. After just 5 minutes, he started blow-drying my hair and did an excellent job. He’s the best hairdresser I’ve ever see in my life. First he sectioned my hair and then start to dray and brush my hair.He provided a very personalized service, and in the end, he refused to accept payment, mentioning he has a salon for men and doesn’t offer services for ladies. I don’t know how to thank him. He saved my job and made my day.

      My hair was blow-dried so well that it stayed in good shape throughout the three days of the conference. I just needed to brush it in the morning, and it was ready to go.

      I hope one day he opens a branch for ladies. Highly recommended. He is the best.

      I’ve been to most barbers in the area and nothing even comes close to these guys. They make you feel like a friend as soon as you walk in, they remember you and even who cut you hair the last time you were in. They take absolute care and execute haircuts with precision. If you have a special occasion or just want to look your best, Tapered is the place to go. The pride and professionalism they display exceeds any other place I’ve been to, they truely deserve credit for the way the make you look and feel. Thankyou guys for always looking after me.

      Professional and friendly local barber

      Just had a haircut by Baz and was really happy with the results. I mentioned I had some troubles with cuts in the past so he tailored my cut on my work life and previous issues I’ve had with my hair.

      The cut was quick and efficient and chatting to Baz was a friendly casual conversation.

      I’ve had many cuts from different barbers but this one definitely hits different, would recommend to family and friends in the future.

      Needed to print some posters, ordered through click & collect online. Order was ready the next day. I had to go in to this branch as it was the closest I could get to ASAP despite all the 1 star reviews. Went after 8pm. I went to the click & collect pick up area but no one attended (it’s also behind a pole and staff can’t really see you?) so I joined the line and collected from the counter, which I didn’t mind. Staff that helped me got my order and I was out within 5mins. So I didn’t have a bad experience per say, but staff could look a little more welcoming.

      2 stars because of the product/quality, one poster printed with a white border despite me filling the whole template pass the dotted border (probably depends on the skill of the person printing the job) and also the colours was a different colour than my design. But I have no time to go back and ask for a reprint, I will have to trim the white border off myself.

      So if you need any quick printing done at this branch, I suggest ordering it online to avoid any rude encounters.

      I thought I would get my company awards for my staff printed here.. well big mistake as shared on previous reviews artwork or file you submit won’t be the exact finished product… I am actually quite disappointed because if you see a clients file is not matching with finished product wouldn’t you check it and try to fix or re print? I am just appalled that they charge their customers for a service and product… however they don’t double check to ensure it’s exactly as customers ordered

      Bro I wish I could give 0 – but I see that I’m on the same page as everyone else.

      For starters, they take forever, and it’s like very clearly on purpose. Definitely no hurry to serve anyone who’s been standing there looking at you for 20 minutes. But then, this older lady who works there shows up for her shift in a huff, “I’m already at my wits end today” and was like yelling-complaining for the entire 30 minutes I was standing there.

      So I get to the front finally, and I’m just needing to pick up an order, but there was some things that i wanted cut out so I asked her how much to get them cut? And she was like ‘ugh are you serious’ and then turns around to the other lady and tells her and she goes ‘what the hell that wasn’t on the order’, and I was like yes I know, I’m literally ASKING how much to do it? And I wanted it so I was like yes please do that, and she went on about how hard this would be for her and that she will make me wait to pick it up until the very last minute the next day because of how hard it is – and I’m thinking like bro, how hard is it to cut some things out?? That would take 20 minutes max.

      I think I’m just frustrated by the attitude of “I’m doing you a favor” and “woe’s me – my job is so hard”. Woman, step down, you work at Officeworks, you print and cut things out for a living like chill.

      What I asked for is LITERALLY YOUR JOB, why is that so hard for you??

      I recently had a few printing issues which required me to go back to officeworks multiple times. The young girl that served me was very helpful, patient and kind, however the reason for this review is due to an older lady in charge of printing.

      This older lady was extremely rude. She saw that I was back again with the same printing…saying “not this again” and rolled her eyes…right in front of me. This lady needs to work on her customer service. I never write reviews but this upset me.

      Indeed, your experience at this Officeworks depends on a variety of variables ? The experience level of the staff can range from expert to total noob. Printing lines can be a long wait depending on the time of day and whoever decided to scan and print a entire book ? Printing a poster exactly how you want can be very frustrating without some knowledge of computer graphics. At the end of the day it is my local Officeworks and I appreciate the products and deals that are available there. I will give it a generous 3 ⭐’s despite the shenanigans I’ve experienced there ?

      Absolutely amazing food. Every single dish was prepared exactly as per the instructions provided. Without compromising on the taste the entire menu was prepared with allergy-free requirements. Undoubtedly , it’s the Best place in Hills District for authentic Indian food!!! Can’t forget to mention how polite the staff is with naughty kids at the restaurant! 10/10

      Recently tried 1. Kadhai Paneer 2. Daal Makhani

      But also tried Amritsari Kulcha during lunch time and this post is for the same. I was highly skeptic as normally you find the gimmicky ones and I’m happy to say from BoxHill to Blacktown this is the 3rd place ( other two are : Ambarsariya – 7 Hills, Royal Turban Tadka Foodtruck ) serving actual ‘Amritsari Kulchas’

      9.5/10 for taste .5 less for the not so authentic chole that go for Amritsari kulche which I shared feedback on too but I don’t mind at all. Really happy that I got to try this today.
