      It’s in the details, it’s in the “small things”. It’s not “a gimmick”, if it makes a difference.
      Customer retained, loyalty granted, outstanding dedication to consistency in service
      rewarded.

      Very experienced Team Leader (if Not supervisor), showed such a level of diligence, care and attention to detail to the car before ours that he was able to change my mind on my first visit to this carwash …from getting Zoom’s base cost auto drive thru wash… to 2x tiers above that instead… before he even spoke a word to me.

      Then after I was impressed by his sincerity and humility upon speaking to him about my order and payment — we were able to experience the “bubblecano” (bright red light & others WITH foaming bubbles) after he observed without discussing with me[positively] that our newly turned 7yo Son was in his car seat on the backseat.

      This small, but impactful and memorable gesture (which our son really loved & enjoyed, used to hate carwashes) ensured that I and the 2 other cars also in our household, return to Zoom Carwash Alderley for our regular carwashes.
      Impactful in the fact that these small gestures are “caring service” …this is what makes you choose to Support Small Locally own business,
      rather than “the man” with enormous marketing budget.

      Quick and effective. No need to bring any exterior cleaning soaps (see picture) good pressure rom the gurny. Not overly expensive. Just make sure you’re efficient with your time. Only downfall I could say is not enough vacuums available.

      The best carwash I have ever attended( and I have been to more than a few) 5 dollars gives you roughly 4mins. All the facilities are stocked up, plenty of soap and products in the equipment. Nice clean bays, plenty of staff around for assistance. Vacuums actually work
      !!. Bins are regularly emptied and maintained for your convenience. I can tell the owners take pride in offering a convenient and pleasant experience for customers. It’s really refreshing to see! Thank you

      When pick up the car, it’s still recommended to check if some spot they are missing, they are willing to fix it.

      Improvement to suggest
      1. Please add a note to the working sheet to indicate if the side mirrors automated. In 3 of 5 times, the staff in the end of tunnel try to unfold the side mirror with hands. This is an unpleasant experience.

      2. Please move the stuffs around in the boot if it’s not too trouble to get a full vacuum. Once, I left a box of inside boot and I find out after I left that the area around and under the box is not vacuumed.

      In overall, this is still the car wash I would recommend.

      Great car wash- so glad we discovered it. Memberships great- we use the car wash at least 3 times a week. Well worth it and Brent is fantastic and makes sure he try’s to gets every spot of sap of the car with the gurney before we go through. My kids are fascinated by all the pretty colours of the soap too they sit there and say every colour.

      I regularly visit this carwash as I get great service and a friendly smile and wave from the guys. Brett and the other gentleman (I’m sorry I’ve not grabbed their names) have always been very helpful to assist in any questions I’ve had and highly recommend this carwash.       I pulled up and paid for the wash I wanted. Then drove in and a really nice guy helped rinse off my car first and did a really thorough job. I had a big mark that’s been there for ages from a massive moth. He spent quite a while sorting out that for me. He was super helpful and happy. Next time I’m in Chermside I’ll definitely be coming back! Thanks for the super service!

      Awesome carwash. I went with the drive through autowash, normally they aren’t much good but this one was great. You could see the water beading off from the wax, and it didn’t miss anything.       I like this place 3rd time I used it I left my keys in the ignition and the car locked itself the young guy was on the phone in a split second and had a locksmith there in ten mins $150 to open the car but my only other option was to break a window so I was pretty happy ,great service great staff good spot to wash your car

      Fantastic automatic wash! We’ve just been through outback Queensland, where after a lot of rain, we had red mud all over! The lovely brown tinge had been dried there for a few days until we found a car wash on our travels. Before and after pictures attached. Super helpful and friendly staff too.       This week I shopped at Coles Stockland. It was busy and I elected to pay by cash. As it was there where checkouts for card only and a couple for cash. Card checkouts where somewhat busy, cash checkouts where in long cues. Why in the world are there card only checkouts?
      O, I noticed there where self checkouts. In principal I do not like using them as this puts young people who are entering the workforce out of a job and even though this may only be a job for a short period as they move on, never the less it is a job where they can make a start. But Coles what hypocrites, at the checkout you can buy $2 donations for the homeless. Shameful it is.

      Just the fact that far less people seem to shop here, at the times I am there at least (10am or 5pm), is a huge plus for me.
      Usually always stock on the shelves, not massive lines at the checkout and can get served straight away at the deli most times.
      They have their busiest times I’m sure but this has been my experience.
      And Coles is right next to the side access to pialba place which is a awesome convince to get groceries to the car without a huge march through a entire shopping centre comparedto the other coles.
      Bakery on site and good range of pey by weight nuts and dietary products.

      I love Aldi, but the amount of times I’ve shopped at this South Tweed Store and the shelves are not stocked is frustrating. Given up, sick of making the stop, than ending up having to go Coles or Woolies. Though the staff are incredibly friendly, This store obviously has an issue with not enough staff to keep the store maintained.

      Today 20 November 2022 I decided to wash
      my car at the car wash at 214 Brisbane Road, Arundel, to be honest, I wish I hadn’t done this, it was a complete disappointment that the car was washed with dirty rags, very casually and carefree, there were completely untouched places with traces of dust and dirt. After my remarks, the response from the workers was rude and unprofessional “if we washed all the cars properly, we would not have time to service a large number of cars”
      “We wash exactly as much as you paid for !!!” Despite the fact that the full amount was paid according to the price list.
      The worker with whom I had a conversation behaved irritably and disrespectfully and refused to comply with my request to wash my car with high quality and refused to return at least partially the money for a job not done well.
      After such a service, I personally had to wash the car again.
      And in conclusion I want to say:

      • Wash crew manners are rude and unprofessional
      • Waste of time and money
      • Spoiled Sunday mood

      Food: What to say about a Cafe that’s sole purpose is to keep you busy as your car is cleaned. It does just that (keep you busy) and nothing else.
      Service: The service of this place have no soul (both cafe and carwash)
      Location: If there’s one thing that’s right about this place, it is its location and the concept that you can eat while waiting for your car to be cleaned however they DO NOT live up to expectations.
      Cost: Food was mediocre for the price.
      Tip: Don’t waste your time. Just cook your husband a good breakfast and have him do the car wash at home.

      I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They are lucky that they even got 1 star.
      Unfriendly service.
      They didn’t hand wash the car properly, they didn’t clean the roof, I don’t know what they put on my tyres but the residue is thick and greasy, it’s on every tyre. They left mud in the wheel arches.
      Never going back, total waste of money!

      I wish I had read the previous reviews prior to dropping my car at Baystar Express. I was not greeted or even acknowledged when I arrived, which wouldn’t have bothered me if my car was not CONSIDERABLY damaged. I noticed as soon as I drove away that the windows and rear spare wheel cover had been scratched and returned immediately to discuss with the staff. Of course the staff denied any fault (VERY rudely) and told me that as my car had other scratches and was dusty when I dropped it off that the scratches were ‘obviously’ already there. Choosing the cheaper car detailing company will result in costing me thousands to repair (new windows and a new panel on a 4WD) and considerable time with consumer affairs. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

      Came in to get interior of car cleaned and admit it was very grassy. Wanted to charge me $150 just for interior vacuum. So I Went to Hoppys the competition and they quoted $50. By the way this car wash only had 2 cars in getting cleaned at the time, didn’t want to negotiate or nothing. Not sure how businesses continue to be run with staff that dont care at all.

      After work* (I am back caring ?? this time for an elderly people!!) I pop into Foodworks on the corner of Shakespeare and Goldsmith St.’s for a lovely cappuccino ☕made by Megan* or other nice ladies serving at the shop. All is done of course with a ‘social distancing’, etc.I enjoy it and it helps the business to survive as well!!???
