Tell your manager! Staff to stop judging people at the registers thinking they are going to steal. Just because I’m in my pyjamas at 7:30pm at night! The brown bob haired lady who never leaves the front counter.

It’s Coles. Expensive, less and less items in stock and range is becoming more limited. Only positive is the international food products in store but you pay for it

No operators on cash registers, you have to use the self service machines, this was at night time so not sure what times operators worked if they did all.

Coles is great if you want something quickly to a extent. Many items were still missing, eg. Honey mustard, ladies sanitation pants xl, fresh bacon pieces crutions….
Its a lucky dip sometimes…

What a cold & sterile supermarket this one is. Very poorly staffed, and after having paid top dollar for my groceries I didn’t appreciate having to serve myself. I’m not sure how customers with more severe disabilities would cope here. Having to check yourself out with a large shop is extremely difficult for disabled and elderly people.

…don’t park your car on the lowest underground car park…it’s not the easiest to carry your groceries from Coles… any levels up might be OK… I only did this once thinking it was the closest Coles.. from now on I will go to Coles on the Northside…close to Aldi too….

So I was there doing the weekly shop. There were 3 registers open with no one going through while we shopped. Then as soon as we finished, along with about 5 or 6 other shoppers, they closed all 3 registers and after a shift change, only one re-opened up again.
Self serve was busy and says baskets and small trolleys only.
Not sure what management was thinking.

Dietitian or Nutritionist: Who to Consult for Your Nutritional Needs?
“Dietitian” and “nutritionist” are often used interchangeably, but there are some key differences between the two, mainly concerning their qualifications and legal restrictions on the terms:
Dietitian: Dietitians are registered professionals who have met specific academic and professional requirements, including earning a bachelor’s degree with approved course work, completing an accredited, supervised practice program, passing a national examination, and completing ongoing continuing professional educational requirements to maintain registration. They are regulated by law and ethical codes, which means they’re held to the highest standard of nutrition services. Dietitians can work in various settings, like hospitals, public health clinics, sports organizations, and more. They can prescribe dietary treatments for many conditions such as diabetes, food allergies, or kidney disease.
Nutritionist: The term “nutritionist” is not regulated, which means anyone can call themselves a nutritionist, regardless of their level of training or education. Some nutritionists may have advanced degrees and abundant experience, while others may have minimal formal training. In some areas, nutritionists can become “certified nutrition specialists,” which requires a higher level of education and expertise. They generally provide information about food and healthy eating, but they may not be qualified to prescribe specific dietary treatments for medical conditions.
Always check the credentials of anyone who provides advice on nutrition, especially if you have specific dietary needs due to a medical condition. In many cases, a dietitian is a safer choice due to their regulated status and extensive training.

Today I have reached my goal. I lost 10 kg in about 3.5 months. After menopause, I struggled to get my weight back. I tried everything that helped me before but nothing worked, no gym, no diet plans. I found Metabolic Balance and then looked for a therapist who is also a qualified nutritionist, mainly because I need to understand well what I am doing. The number on the scale is just the tip of the iceberg, which does not show the real benefits I have found through working with Karen. I have learned to listen to my body when it comes to what and how much to eat. The health benefits are many, better sleep and therefore more energy are the pillars. I recommend the programme to anyone who, like me, wants to return to their healthier self.

This plan changed my life. I look at food differently now, eat so much more healthily, feel heaps better, have energy, sleep well, fit into all my clothes, and… ironically, I now eat like a horse. Having been at a loss as to how to deal with my changing menopausal body, I now know the secret. Karen is an empowering mentor and I can’t recommend the approach and support of Karen and her team highly enough.

So grateful to have found Karen Pyke, with her guidance using the Metabolic Balance program I feel like my health has completely transformed. I was suffering with debilitating joint pain, fatigue and just generally didn’t feel great.
All my symptoms have now completely resolved….and as a bonus I have lost 10kg+ (which was 100% not my primary focus)
Thank you Karen for your ongoing advice and support.

Karen has been amazing, very down to earth, relatable, walked me through the process step by step.
This program definitely works, it’s changed my life. Was it hard, yes but it was my habits that needed to change and that was the hard part. Pushed through and seeing the results of that.
20kg down and this was by far the best of anything else I’ve tried over the years.
Feel better internally, mentally and physically.
Can’t thank Karen enough and would highly recommend to anyone serious about changing their health.

I had been suffering from a chronic gut issue and food intolerances that no GP or specialist had been able to find the source of or treat.
I came to Julie and straight away she knew what was going on with my body and what was causing my problems. She was very knowledgeable about treatment and testing. Her positive attitude and expertise gave me the assurance that I wasn’t going to suffer forever. I also appreciated her holistic approach to treatment for genuine health, not just band-aid fixes.
I’ve loved every bit of my experience with her and thankful that my health is now restored.
Highly recommend Julie and the team!
