Grateful for William. The other day my friend and I were looking to replace blinds in one of the rooms in my house. William came to our rescue. He showed us that the measurements on the box had a certain amount of give. He showed us the real measurements which is exactly what we needed. Back at home I was a Lowe’s customer and now that I am in California, i am switching to Home Depot. So far everyone I asked a question, they have been kind and helpful. Excellent service.

Has always home Depot is a good box. Hardware store. This particular trip we stopped off to get some pool chemicals and some plants for the patio. We were running low on some potting soil and supplies for the swamp cooler. It’s nice to find a one stop shop for all this

Staff was surprisingly helpful when I was looking for a dehumidifier. I stopped coming to this location for a couple of reasons, but it seems like they have turned a corner. I will come back for future projects I have planned for the spring.

We are contractor and pro member so we usually order bulk items online but Pro store doesn’t have all items so we have to pickup a few items from Home Depot Colma II store. If you need specific item or have question about the items most staff doesn’t have any clue. A few regular guys are good and they know their department very well but most customers will not get what they want unless they find it themselves. Staff are not good with up keeping the inventory. Most shelves are empty and not actively refilling the items. You have to look for the SKU # from boxes above the shelves.

We buy a lot of plants and garden items from here and you can see the selection is not very good. A lot of plants in the pot need soil and root balls are showing. Staff are not cleaning maintaining the walkway very well or sweeping the floor.

Used to love Home Depot. I’ve spent well over $100k at this store over the years. Now that everything is locked up you can’t buy anything. You can’t get anyone to help unlock the cages and then if you can find some to help you, you’re treated like a criminal since they think you’re going to steal the item they’re helping you with. Home Depot needs to deal with the real criminals and stop treating all their customers like criminals.

I went to this Home Depot on a Friday evening, I found the items I needed quickly, I stood in the line for more than 30 minutes, only to get a very unprofessional cashier with no customer service skills. I won’t be returning, they now have an Ace Hardware on Davis street.

This is a huge store! I almost got lost here 🙂 I liked that the range of goods is very wide. I did not like the fact that there was some chaos a bit. I don’t know what it’s about. But I wish there was more order in the store. And so I can recommend this place. Be happy!Thank you for reading!

It’s a little smaller than the average Home Depot, they layout is unique with a personality of it’s own since it’s in an older converted warehouse but they’ve got nearly everything you need, and what they lack in size they make up for in knowledge and simply being helpful. Traffic and parking trying to get in and out are tight and awkward but once you get there it’s greenlights and blue skies. Their seasonal plants hit the mark both on price and selection, I can generally get in and out pretty quickly. Love this store when I’m working in the Oakland/San Leandro area.

I recently moved and had to buy new furniture, so I bought a few things from the Local Flea and am really happy with all of my purchases!! You can find a lot of name-brand items at a good price, and they can ship them anywhere (in the US), so it was perfect for me. Make sure to take advantage of their bidding feature (you can make an offer for the price)!

Went to the Local Flea on recommendation of an interior designer friend. Not too impressed. They did have some nice mirrored dressers. A nice tulip table and chairs from room and board. Some furniture from Arhaus. Everything is secondhand and some of it is unique. I wanted a big painting but no luck. Would go again. I have a feeling this place is luck of the draw.

I used The Local Flea to sell a number of items when I was moving out of San Francisco and I was very pleased with the service. My items were sold quickly and I got cash back super fast. These were items I was fully prepared to donate without any expectation of cash back, so this was a very pleasant surprise. Would gladly use them again!

What not to love? A perfect place for people moving to San Francisco or are looking for older and high quality furniture (or bicycles, equipment for working out, paintings etc.) A very friendly and informative owner/leader with great energy. The prices are the lowest I’ve seen in similar flea markets – most second hand stores have much higher prices. According to the owner, new items arrives every week.

This flea market is so cute , I have never been disappointed here , there’s music playing , jewelry , vintage clothes , jeans , household items , and lots more tiny treasures to find . There also a small bubble station area where kids can play and participate in blowing bubbles . My husband and my self enjoy coming here . It’s not very expensive and they easily are negotiable .

So it was a flea market with really good music. I bought my wife 3 scarfs , one super cool one from Fiji for $4 but we happened to not have change so we took another one and the nice person who helped us threw in another one! Some fun and great vibes; not to mention the Stellar Bloody Mary’s we scored at the Blackthorne. Shout out to the bartender. Headed off to The Bandshell for Reggae Sundays!

Mostly people vending clothes, their closets, or dusty antiques. I was a bit disappointed by the size, but I don’t know what I expected since it was only a block. There was live music, but otherwise a bit of a miss.

Plus some toys, Pokémon cards and figures.

This was an awesome old school toy store from the time when I grew up! It was full of some new cool toys, comics & games. They also had some older toys so it had a nostalgic feel. My daughter and I enjoyed going in meeting and speaking to the owners. They’re very nice and welcoming.

This is an awesome toy store not far from the Museum of Modern Art, and it has so many things. Toys, stuffed animals, books and comics. The only down side was how expensive most things were.

So happy I found this place. Great selection, well organized, and clean. Has nostalgic toys like Simon and Life to STEAM toys and a Japanese version of Legos (at least that’s my description). And lots of comics. Found great Xmas gifts for my niece and brother! Great service, too. Also they have complimentary gift wrapping – bonus!

Nice big shop right on the pier. Friendly staff and a large selection. I love that you can get little souvenir tee shirts and clothes for your bear, but my kids aren’t really the souvenir type so we got Pokémon, lame!

Cash payment is not supported here, so I tried to pay with UnionPay card. The employee said it was a payment error and tried to make three payments. In the end, everyone failed, so I asked for another card, and I paid with a visa card. I checked after a few days and found that all three payments were approved. I went to the store myself and told the staff, and they denied it, saying it would never happen. They said they even could’nt confirm it further. I came back because I didn’t want to ruin my trip. I spent three months with the credit card company to solve this problem after returning to my home country. This is not a store that build-a-bear. It’s a build-a-dept workshop. The customer service is very terrible.

Went during the “Pay Your Age” day, and unlike other locations around the world that had to close off the line due to massive lines, this location had a short line and was still open to anyone who wanted a new little friend. The employees that day and other days I’ve stopped by were very helpful, even with all the people who came in and kept coming in. Plenty of options too, so if you want more plush and accessory variety, including some San Francisco exclusive items like a SF Giants bear or your own sea lion like the ones outside, this is the BaB Workshop for you!

Beautiful food court, great movie theaters

This mall’s food court has great variety, including poke bowls, boba, a ramen vending machine, and pizza. There are also Lemonade, Starbucks, and Super Duper Burgers locations part of the mall but outside the food court. The food court is a great place to get something to eat before or after seeing a movie upstairs, in AMC Theatres. There are 16 theatres and they range in size, which allows showings of very popular movies and sometimes indie or foreign movies.

Nice place with huge screens. Super comfortable recliners to sit in. Just a tad bit expensive imo. I wish it’d be more like the old days, when you can buy a movie ticket for $6.50 and your all set.

Galleria?? Let’s not get overzealous, and how about we just call it a mall? I give Stonestown 3 stars because this is the first BASC that I have rated. Maybe my parameters will ebb and flow as I make my way across the Bay. Stonestowm has a Van’s store that was attentively staffed by two very pretty and very observant Latino women. I was irritated bc I was trying on some sweet waterproof Van boots (TOP notch, although only one size on hand.. 10 12.. my size?). These were the type of footwear that could help your feet fly as you walk ever so inconspicuous. The irritated looking ex-cop security guard standing right outside the door was a bad vibe…

I was too late for my mission, for I am in possession of some rare and unique memorabilia. My destination, a collectibles store within stonestown, was closing. This came as a bitter relief, given the nature of my current predicament. It would be a wise move to take the night to study exactly what kind of approach I will take when I return to make my exchange. As seasoned professionals in the industry, I expect to receive a fair price for my pokemon card.

      First Edition Holographic Charizard.

Then there is Sports Basement. Too bad that huge warehouse of outdoor apparel and sporting goods closes earlier than the rest of the place because it is just the place to find some killer gear at a cheap price. The staff are very friendly and don’t hover intently, making an otherwise relaxing shopping experience uncomfortable and rushed. No, this place lets you peruse at your leisure.

Stonestown is a beautiful, lively mall to shop in with plenty of restaurants, a food court. clothing stores, a wide variety of boutique stores, video games, Regal movie theater, and more! There are also large chain businesses: Target, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Sports Basement, Chase and Citibank, City Sports, and McDonald’s.

The mall is conveniently located next to public transportation (MUNI and SamTran), too.

I remember this mall was a destination mall to shop for clothing. Now it’s a destination place to eat! Unfortunately no more Macy’s or Nordstrom’s. Now there is a better movie theater and an expensive grocery store. If you are hungry and want some food/dessert then Stonestown is your place.

Third days it’s opened since Corona, many stores still closed , many people come for foods and drinks

Update 9/17/2023 The mall is so alive, the businesses are back. Many new stores like daiso etc. The food court is crowded. The theather makes it even better beside the wholefoods.

This mall has all the chains one can imagine and has only been growing. Conveniently located right off the Muni station it has Apple, Sephora, Aveda, Tmobile, Verizon, Zara. Good collection of eating places too : Chipotle, Blaze Pizza, Udon noddles, Peet’s coffee. There is an entrance into Target and the Target within Stonestown is huge. The Trader Joes is 2 mins away and is one of the finest Trader Joes you can find in the Bay Area. Stonestown is a one stop shop for all your needs. Parking is becoming a headache increasingly, it can take upto 10 mins to find parking outside or you need to head underground.

I love lululemon but this store is the absolute worse lululemon. Today I spent more $1,500 in the store and the sales person was rude. I’m not sure if the people working there are just not very bright or untrained. Use your brain. You have a customer that buys more than 10-15 customers. You do everything to have them come back. I mean that’s common sense. Right?!

Poor service. Had a gift that I came to exchange and I had to pay extra when it was gifted at full price. Would not shop here again. All the girls working here were just gossiping about coworkers and customers. Unprofessional and unhelpful. Very disappointed. The shirt was paid for $78 but I only received $49 return value and had to pay $10 for a shirt I exchanged for that was $60. I used to love LULULEMON but now the shopping experience isn’t as great,… neither is the quality or service. Should have gifted someone the shirt instead. Worse LULULEMON service I’ve had so far

The WORST customer service. If you like being ignored and having your orders messed up with no accountability then you should definitely shop here. Tried to get my girlfriend a birthday gift from here and I’m never making that mistake again.

Had a good experience here before but the ladies here today were so rude. I came to return things and also try things on. They were working in the fitting room. I asked for help with something and they were busy trying on items while they were working asking each other if it looked good during work hours while customers were shopping. Not a good look. They also mentioned new items were jacked up on prices. And “too busy” to help actual customers. Great service. ? I returned my stuff and left. I guess I can thank them for helping me save $ I would have spent on jacked up overpriced LULULEMON items ?

Luluemon in San Francisco CA: Do’s and Don’ts Every Shopper Should Know

When shopping at Lululemon, there are certain rules to keep in mind to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. These rules involve everything from trying on clothes to making returns. By following these guidelines, you can make the most out of your shopping trip at Lululemon.

    • Do: Try on the clothes before purchasing: Lululemon offers a wide range of sizes, and a style that may look great on the rack may not necessarily fit you well. Take the time to try on different sizes and styles to find the perfect fit.
    • Do: Take advantage of the store’s knowledgeable staff: The staff at Lululemon are trained to assist customers with finding the right products for their needs. Don’t hesitate to ask for help or advice on selecting the right items.
    • Do: Check the return policy: Lululemon has a generous return policy, but it’s important to familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions before making a purchase. Make sure you understand the timeframe and the condition the product must be in for a return.
    • Do: Take care of your Lululemon products: These high-quality items need proper care to ensure longevity. Follow the care instructions provided to maintain the integrity and performance of your Lululemon products.

While there are several important rules to follow when shopping at Lululemon, there are also a few things you don’t need to worry about. For example, you don’t need to stress about not wearing Lululemon head-to-toe or feeling pressured to make a purchase. Lululemon is a welcoming and inclusive brand, and the staff are there to help you find what works best for you.

    • Don’t: Feel obligated to wear Lululemon from head-to-toe: While Lululemon is known for its stylish athletic wear, you don’t need to wear their brand exclusively. Feel free to mix and match Lululemon items with other brands to create your own unique style.
    • Don’t: Feel pressured to make a purchase: Lululemon stores are designed to be a comfortable and inviting environment. If you’re not ready to make a purchase, that’s completely fine. Take your time to browse, try on items, and make a decision that feels right for you.
    • Don’t: Forget to ask questions: The staff at Lululemon are there to help you. If you have any questions about a product, the sizing, or anything else, don’t hesitate to ask. They are knowledgeable and eager to assist you.

Dec. 2022 Pretty busy place after Christmas day. The aisles are pretty clean, organized, and are clearly marked by category.

Dec. 2019 We found some really good deals on sportswear for kids and grownups. It was a pretty busy night, so aisles were a bit messy and the cashier line was long. However, my cashier was really nice and personable.

They sell a lot of different things including home goods, shoes, toys, pet items, luggage, and more.

TJ Maxx has some good deals, but the store is always so crowded and it’s hard to move around. The checkout lines are always long and slow, which is frustrating. I would only come here if I had a lot of time to spare.

The store is so disorganized-although they have a wild variety to choose from-They always have holiday themed items. The prices are kinda of steep for a discount store, you can find a lot of nice stuff if you want to decorate for the holidays or need a gift for someone. I gave it a three star because, There is no one greeting customers in to the store. Most of the employees don’t seem very approachable. No smiles on anyone’s face, maybe because they are so overwhelmed trying to organize when it’s pointless.

This is a pleasant 2-level store. Everything seemed bright a colorful. Love the Target pups everywhere. I did find the grocery section a bit confusing – but maybe because it was my first time at this location? I walked around several isles trying to find what I needed. But it’s definitely a nice store. Smooth self-checkout. Store was clean and there’s a Starbucks on the first level.

I only removed stars because I felt like the grocery layout could have been better. And when I arrived home and opened my cheese, it was full of mould.

Fewer products than at Targets outside the city (eg. no high protein breakfast cereal, or protein bread). No bagging person, just one cashier per lane (you can bag yourself).

Took my 3 year old here to look around while my wife was at her doctors appointment. We did found a couple of things we like. The workers here made it feel very awkward. I can feel him breathing down my neck while I’m using the self checkout. Don’t go here.

Wasn’t sure what to expect after reading the reviews but was pleasantly surprised, they were out of a lot of ice cream but otherwise seemed pretty stocked up. Nice desert wine selection, wasn’t expecting that at a Target of all places. It saved me a trip to another store. Cashiers were helpful, no complaints there whatsoever.

The police did have to come escort out a homeless woman who was being disruptive, but that’s a San Francisco thing, not a Target thing. They close super early and it would be nice if they were open later, but that is also a San Francisco thing. A lot of stores here close shockingly early compared to locations in other major metropolitan areas, but you only have to look around and… you get it. Just a sign of the times.

I am happy this is close to where I am staying so I can save on eating out. I was surprised to see a lot of empty shelves, but this seems to be a global issue. What really surprised me though is the many daily items behind lock and key. I asked one staff member if they have a problem with people stealing Pepto-Bismol (because it was behind glass) and she said that is why it’s locked up. ? Definitely not something I am used to seeing where I am from! Oh and the security, so many of them…

Target needs to lower their prices just a bit. Starting to get a bit ridiculous how expensive it is to go grocery shopping and please stop putting everything behind glass where customers can’t grab the things they need without having to wait very long for an employee to come and help u get what u need that’s behind glass and then have the audacity to not give me the product and tell me to ask for it at the register when I’m not even finished doing my shopping and wanted to take a look at the product that I AM PLANNING TO PURCHASE. ??‍♀️??‍♀️

Chaos. Locked up product. Lots of things out of stock. Class warfare makes life suck for regular people. We just want some sinus headache medicine.
