Worst experience ever. I purchased three Emerson 36w 18d 35h, Three-Drawer Dresser, on Feb 2022. They delivered them after two months. I noticed that there were uneven gaps between drawers and chips and dings. I raised the issue with the driver. However, he said that I have to go through the exchange process. I raised a ticket, and the customer rep said I would have to wait additional four months. Time passed, and in July of 2022, they finally scheduled my replacement delivery on 8/25/22. On 8/20/22, I received an e-mail saying delivery would be made on 8/22/22. Of course, no delivery was made on 8/22/22. I called customer support on 8/25/22 to make sure I would receive the product. Interestingly, they said delivery would not be made because their delivery truck is currently in Los Angeles. They asked me to wait another two weeks.

I was very agitated, but I decided to wait. On 9/9/22, they came without calling me ahead (the e-mail said they would), and when I saw the dressers they were as bad as the first ones. I gave the company seven months to fix the issue, but they failed. I finally had it and requested a refund. When I checked the refund, they were not giving me a full refund. They explained that sales tax went down (which is not true) and that they would not refund the delivery fee even though the products were defective. I am currently fighting this because I am getting penalized for their defective products.

Racist and dismissive to my fiancée. The right question for a salesperson to ask when entering a store is “may I help you?” The wrong question to ask is “have you been here before?” Kelly on the second floor was very helpful with our purchases, but her older, white female colleague on the first floor immediately set the wrong tone. Yes, I have been to the Knockoff Design Within Reach before, but this was likely the last time.

Modern furniture and great selection of pillows and floor coverings. It’s pricey, and some of the furniture is not quite to my design preference (I like more modular furniture wrists compact and that has simple lines but hidden compartments), but still lots to look through and there’s amazing staff.

Wonderful service! We were greeted promptly and politely. Brian Smith, the Sales associate, guided us to the correct bed and recommended a mattress and a nightstand to go with it. We bought all three! Later, I received email from him stating that the mattress had dropped in price and he had already refunded the difference. How amazing is that? I’m very pleased with EQ3 and their magnificent staff. Thanks!

It took 5 months for EQ3 to tell me that they can not get the leather type for the sofa set that I ordered. After several phone calls from me talking to customer service. Every time I talked to the customer service I was told to check next month finally after Speaking to a supervisor ( after fifth month) I was told to choose a different type of leather and placed the order all over again. Completely wast of time I will never purchase anything from this company. After canceling my order I got an email from a manager at the San Francisco branch to tell me that I have option to choose a different type of leather. Terrible customer service and bad management

I love this Antique store and all the beautiful pieces in the various booths, they have many pieces that are sets or you can usually find all the pieces to complete a set and the inventory changes very quickly and they do hold items on lay away or hold for a few hours and they love to negotiate the price even on the 50% to 60% off items. Excellent place to shop for that special and just right piece you have been searching for and it is centrally located with a “k, M and 49” Muni stop right out front.

I really like this store. It’s curated, so it isn’t overwhelmingly cluttered like many antique stores. Always something interesting to look at.

Prices seem generally reasonable to me. You probably won’t find something amazing for super cheap like you might in a typical thrift store, but you also won’t have to sift through piles and piles of things.

I love this store, they have a little bit of everything. What I really like is the good selection of items in the food area. Both frozen and shelf items. One in particular is the whole milk on the shelf, it’s great for just me, when I run out I just pop another in the fridge and I’m good to go. Another couple shelf items I really enjoy eating is the white chicken, yes chicken, not tuna, in a can, along with this rice they have that’s already cooked, you just need to heat it up for a few minutes in the microwave and mix them together and it’s awesome! You can also get tortillas, cheese, and pinto beans in a bag to make some great burritos, ?

A good Dollar Tree store. Large with good arrangement. There are quite large parking area. In time of my visit (9/26/2021, evening time) the cashier was very helpful and friendly. There is a Macdonald next to this store and a gas station nearby. All in all I recommend this store!

I love Dollar tree. They really increased the different supplies for crafting. They have supplies for painting, beading, wood crafts, yarn, dye for fabrics and the tools needed to make the crafts. They have good pantry items, Betty Crocker cooking utensils and Rubbermaid Tupperware. They everything for parties and toiletries I can spend an hour in there. Addendum: With the change in price to $1.25, I do watch what I buy now. Sometimes other places can sell the same thing for less. Dollar tree has updated their inventory now and the floral section is bigger and the flowers are nicer.

Good selection of kids’ crafting supplies (glitter, paint, paper, glue) so, before you go to Michael’s, see if you can buy $6 glitter for $1.25. I got 2 spray bottles that work better than the one’s I got at the hardware store for $7 each. The quality of the items I needed was better than other dollar stores and seemed to be far better than Daiso.

This location has a decent selection of items, but it didn’t make sense to only have two registers out of SEVEN (7) open, with lines down the aisle. Someone coming back from their break in 15 minutes just to have another lane open (“I’m still on my break”). Come on. Even the redhead Asian guy with the glasses who is working on inventory should’ve helped out. This is trifling.

This Dollar Tree is a decent sized store w/ a diverse selection of basic necessities. The layout is easy to navigate, even though I dont believe I saw any signs saying what is in each isle. I ended up getting enough to make my checkout total $43.09, on my first visit! The only thing that I disliked about my experience was the foul pungent odor of mold. Literally it hit me like a wave the moment I walked in the doors! ? Otherwise, to end my review on a brighter note, the cashier lady was very kind to me. And the bathrooms were open to the public, fully functional, AND… they were clean! ?

Overall, I would probably return to shop here, and would maybe recommend shopping here to a friend.

Always good discount, trendy items, good section of home goods and decor, well stocked up for upcoming holidays like hallowe’en, Easter, etc. , huge variety of shoes, women’s apparel, men’s apparel, accessories, bags, wallets, makeup, fragrances , toys, munchies, snacks, jewellery, watches, active wear, kids wear, infant wear and baby accessories, Highend brands as well, security is always hovering around, long cues as for maintaining crowd inside store, there is even an extra discount for senior citizens on Tuesday. Only one drawback that i felt is no restroom; may be due to security reasons. Long cues for billing, warm welcoming and helpful cashiers ????

The place has hidden gem if you are patient enough to search through the countless rack. On weekends, the line is long and there could be a line to get in as well. But the price is justifiable. I sometimes chanced upon good bargains. It could be hard weaving through the narrow racks with others when the store tries to maximise store inventory. There are fitting rooms where you have to collect a fitting tag from the lady before going in, and pass her back for tally after fitting. It is small inconvenience for theft Prevention.

I will recommend this for people who doesn’t mind spending time and the tight space for cheap finds.

It’s generally fine except God forbid something you want is behind one of their many locked cabinets (like zip ties – because why tf would you not lock away zip ties?). Nobody will be there to help open it for you. You can press the call button, but nobody will come. You can ask an employee to help, but they won’t have the key. They also won’t know where the person who has the key is. The person who has the key may actually just be a fictional person who doesn’t exist for all I know.

Went to purchase plastic bins for storage and when getting home discovered broken and cracked containers along with missing parts. There’s a lot of issues I found when trying to find things whether they were not where they said they would be or that parts were broken cracked or missing. Then the chaos of other shoppers being ignorant n oblivious made the experience less than pleasurable. Purchased a set of 4 and only getting 3.

This review is for the woman in returns. She doesn’t say hello, she just barks at you like an angry Chihuahua,”You can’t return that.”. “I told you so.” Long white hair older Caucasian woman. I hope you find some other job where you don’t berate people on a daily basis. I hope you find some other job where you aren’t around people. I hope you find some other job where you learn how to treat people better. I won’t be back to this store because they clearly don’t care how customers are treated. Even the guy selling hot dogs outside In the parking lot In the dark was polite.

Also the policy said said, I wasn’t allowed to return my item for something that was half the cost. It had to be the same cost, same item or more expensive item which makes no sense.

From the staff to the people you see inside just unacceptable, theft, profanity, workers yelling throughout the store in Tagalog (Philippine language) to each other, when trying to ask staff questions many could not speak English or did not want to … it was like they had a inside click of older Filipino women that either did not like there job or customers as when I tried to ask to have the cabinets opened to buy socks and underwear they started yelling at one another in Tagalog 6-7 isles away and laughing, when I left to try and find someone else to help me I found another of the group, I asked for help with the locked cabinets again and no response to me, just them yelling back and forth laughing, saying oh tangang matabang bata or in English, stupid fat boy ….. I lived in the Philippines for five years and know the lingo or I would have never known the disrespect these employees were dishing out, I wish I could choose to never go back to that store but it is very close to my house and I am not going to let them get the best of me … I try to live by example, and lead with my best foot forward, to treat people how I would want to be treated …. not like some trash beneath my feet ? To the older Filipino ladies at Walmart… Shame on you, your mother and father would be ashamed of your behavior, is this how you were taught to treat people? I doubt it. You are no better than anyone else, and that includes me, we are all humans and deserve respect … don’t you?
