My bf works at this Home Depot and he collects the carts in the lot. I’ve waited for him to get off of work in the parking. Now I’m not being biased because he’s my bf, but I see nobody out there but him. Yes, he’ll get help once in a while. But aside from that, the other employees that are suppose to be out there collecting carts with him are not out there. I don’t appreciate seeing my bf do this job alone when he has coworkers that are suppose to be out there as well. Home Depot gets a 2 out of 5 stars because my bf is there doing a great job!

What can I say? I placed an online order for paint to pickup here, waited and called 3 days in a row to find out where it was. Finally-day 4 it was ready… or so I thought. When I go to paint about a week later, none of the paint had any of the pigments in it. Home Depot’s picker legit grabbed paint base and passed it off as the selected color. I was livid. While Luis did make it right, and I got my paint, I would have appreciated a face to face apology for this issue. Not only will I not use online ordering anymore, I will just go to a competitor for paint. It’s unbelievable that Home Depot did this in the first place.

The folks working at the Return Center needs better customer service and store policy training. I tried returning a bare-root wisteria and the return service employee doubted the plant came looking like a stick (no leaf and a string like for a root). She asked her supervisor who also had doubts, so the supervisor asked the person in charge of the nursery to check the plant (the supervisor refused to look at a Google image that shows what a bare-root wisteria looks like). The person in charge of nursery acknowledged the plant, but then doubted that I still met the window of return. I had to tell her of the 90-day return policy. Then she asked for the receipt, otherwise she would only give me store credit based on the current price which is 1/2 the value I had paid for. In the past, the store would accept the credit card used for purchase to be used for return, but this lady asked for the receipt (the supervisor stayed quiet). So first, they questioned my honesty because they did not know what a bare-root plant looked like, then they questioned whether I could even return the item and would not allow me to use my credit card for the return. Don’t bother with this De Anza, San Jose, Home Depot store if they make it so difficult to return an item, don’t know about the store policy’s of 1 year return guarantee for plants (or 90 days as written on the receipt), and have doubts about a customer’s honesty. The return center employee, the supervisor, and the person in charge of nursery need training.

Usually a bit less crowded than other Home Depots, with all the stuff you’ve come to expect. If you are able to find a staff member, they are usually friendly. Returns can be a pain, not enough staff and slow processing. Prices are reasonable. They also have special parking lot sales sometimes (carpets, plants etc.). Day labourers can be found in the parking lot.

I went to Home Depot today to copy some keys. Didn’t know where to go so I asked a Home Depot employee for help. Their employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They know the place pretty well.

They have 2 machines to make keys – one is an automatic one and one can only be operated by their employees. If you have a normal, common house keys, the automatic machine works well, fast and cheaper than similar automatic machines in other places. If you have a less common key that the automatic machine can’t recognize, ask an employee to help you use the other machine. It was ~$4/key.

This store has INCREDIBLE customer service!! Shout-out to the fastener plug, I believe his name is Anthony. I came in with my bike part where I needed a matching screw and washer. Anthony very patiently listened to what I was looking for. He found me the item and told me a little bit about why I would want a washer and screw, versus just a screw. I loved the patience he showed. I very much appreciate the help. Whenever I need something, I am ABSOLUTELY coming back to this very Home Depot!!!! Thank you Anthony!

If you want to do a new countertop installation through Home Depot, this review is going to be super useful for you! We replaced our old countertop with a new one through the Home Depot. The countertop was installed but there were a lot of things left undone. We contacted the customer support and they said they don’t do it. Listing down the concerns and their response as below 1. They missed one part of the backsplash during measurements. The countertop installations people said we can’t do it as it was not measured. We suggested cutting some part from the sink cut-out and he agreed. Thankfully , the installation was not impacted. 2. They did not put the dishwasher back after the water supply was reconnected. We had to follow up with the customer service person a couple of times and then they sent a guy to do it . 3. This is the biggest concern. They didn’t secure the electric connections and left them hanging. The wiring is open and unsafe to plug in the devices . Upon checking with them, they said it’s not their job and said it’s not covered by the contractor they hired for us. I am not at all happy with their response. We don’t care what the contractor says. The home Depot should hire another guy to fix it for us. We paid them to do the job end to end. They shouldn’t leave it like that. The customer service people didn’t help us even after following up with them several times . Please see the attached photos As you can see in one of the photos they did it for one outlet (internet connection) but not for the others. 4. The countertop was leveled but there is a gap between the countertops and cabinets because as per the contractor, our existing cabinets are not leveled. They asked us to put some material there to fill the gaps by ourselves. We don’t agree with this. The home Depot should take care of this. Upon checking with a customer service person, he said they had some documents signed by us when the payment was made and the document mentioned that this was excluded from their service. I don’t agree with the response and we feel that they should have done the job end to end without leaving such issues.

I would highly recommend a professional contractor for such jobs and don’t do it through home depot. Purchasing the raw materials is okay but they would take 100% payment in advance but won’t finish your job and leave such things undone! I regret doing my countertop installation through the Home Depot.

I may not be a frequent customer but now I’ll go out of my way to shop there when I have home Depot related business because the store employees are 10/10 here.

Especially Jeff. He’s the coolest manager who won’t give you the short end of the stick if something goes wrong.

Well the supervisor today a young lady denied our military discount because I don’t have a smart phone to download the dumb app. This is by far the rudest dirtiest home depot I have been to. Home depot in general honors veterans. Yet this home depot seems to not care about veterans and will be rude when asking about veterans discount. I left 500 worth of lumber there because of how rude the lady was. California is a very disrespectful place to be.

I was a little disappointed, many shops were closed today, (Wednesday) main activity is Saturday & Sunday. So be aware of this is if you are a tourist like me looking for great deals you’ll find very few during mid Wed-Friday!!! Always fun, large assortment of vendors, you can always negotiate a deal, have wonderful fresh produce market, very reasonable, nice little food court, live music. Can be hot in summer so try going early. Watch for gypsies and pick pockets in parking lot. Great site for new shoes and tools. Also nice landscaping options. Check it out, Thursday through Sunday, $1.50 entrance fee.

The Berryessa Flea market is full of nostalgia for me. It’s awesome to see how the Garden at the Flea has brought new life to this space with the different themed Night Markets and music. We’ve been to the Vintage Market several times and tonight we enjoyed Salsa Y Cerveza night. The dance lesson was awesome and it was cool to put those steps into motion with the live band! The food trucks are always a hit. The atmosphere is fun and vibrant.

The Frida Khalo Festival was lit! Great finds from local artists. Awesome DJ who played super fun music across genres and generations. And they even had a vegan Mexican food truck in addition to the carne truck. I will definitely attend more Night Market events.

Went to this store with my daughter on a Saturday. They have as huge selection of stuffed animals, lots of accessories too, which is awesome. Though, the lines were INSANE… Spent 1.5+ hours to buy one toy.. not acceptable… ??????

Just stop by there after long hours in a road trip. Mid day and midweek no one is there very quite. Great customer service, shout out to DIRK he was so helpful to fix my little ones bear. He was helpful to assist also in the cashier with my girls while learning their math????Got few outfits for their furry friends overall very satisfied ??

Don’t waste your time… We took our two year-old here for her birthday.

After waiting for 10 minutes we finally got our turn to fill the birthday bear, but then we were told we should go to another area to record our voices.

After we went back in line, we waited another five minutes, but then we were told that we were in the wrong line. Even after we told both employee and the manager that we had already been there for a long period of time around 20 minutes, The manager still told us that we have to go out the back of the line. The manager!?!?

We were very disappointed as this was our daughters first bear. We were polite and patient but very surprised that the manager did not care to listen or help us out.

I have been coming here ever since I was a kid (I have 20 bears growing up) and am disappointed our daughter will not share the same happiness.

Plant store and collectibles all in one store? Super neat! They have a good variety of plants inside. Pothos, hoyas, etc. I was super tempted to buy a bulbasaur planter as well… Lots of entertaining items to look at! A little bit of sensory overload.

The prices can be pretty steep… but the variety is definitely there and they have some fairly rare items to offer. This is a great place to shop for a gift for a friend. I was especially attracted to their plushies and mystery box re-ment items!

It’s a small place, but they have so many items you can’t find anywhere else. Prices are comparable to buying through an importer, but you can have an item right away instead of waiting for shipping and in perfect condition. The people that were working were super nice and very helpful. I can’t wait to come back in a couple of weeks and see what new stuff they have!

You know, I really like this mall for my toddler. Before you laugh, hold up. It has a giant food court with toddler friendly seating. It has that cute cotton candy machine and the huge family bathroom/lounge where he can watch TV. He also has a huge walk to the mini cat town for kitty time and then bouncing around the quarter machines and before you know it, he’s tired and it’s nap time! Love it! Eastridge you do me right!

If you’re in your 30s looking for the mall you hung out at in high school/middle school, and not a bougie gentrified mall with only designer brands, try this one! It’s got all the old staples…Claire’s, hot topic, cinnabon…. Also, it has shoes. With Payless dead I had an unbelievably difficult time finding shoe stores in my area that weren’t overpriced designer brands. This mall had so many shoe stores in one place, wish I’d tried it first.

Took my grandson to Van’s Shoe Store for a new pair of shoes. The selection was good.

The customer service was okay. I was disappointed the team member didn’t help with the fitting. And she took liberty with ‘other’ selections that irritated him. When he was very specific he only wanted a duplicate of what he was wearing. She finally brought the ones he asked for and we were able to move on.

Saving grace the shoes were on sale and we got a $25.00 gift card towards the next purchase. ?

New stores & eats all the time. However, the mall closes at 8 pm except Target (which carry the most bottled Starbucks iced coffee in big sizes here).

This place is happening! Several restaurants and a food court, movie theater and most of your favorite retail stores all under one roof. Was very disappointed to see all of the empty shelves at Target, though. It doesn’t seem to be a problem that you can use the ‘ol “supply chain” for, however. I saw individuals left and right that were putting merchandise in their coats and when i pointed them out to staff nobody seemed to care, let alone approach the individuals. Anyways, why would a retailer even tolerate empty shelves. Fill them with other products, don’t leave them empty!

There should be skip the line service for people with disabilities, and pregnant women.. even customers are rude. When the customer refused to let me skip the line, I requested help from one of the associates that was close by, she said she can’t do anything. I can’t believe no one is able to help a 9 month pregnant woman who is due in two weeks.

The worst experience ever I have in my life. Service after buying is so bad. I didn’t get my hemming tights in time as staff said. Once I want to refund it, they made it so complicated and difficult. If the review has minus rate I will totally do. Even one star this branch didn’t deserve.

I love this store. I find sick great things there. Whether it’s clothes, hair products, towels, stuff for the house, even luggage and jewelry. Always have me stuff and it’s very clean in the store. Even with a long line, they have enough cashier’s so it doesn’t take that long to check out.

I will not shop at this tj max again. Cashier was super pushy about applying for a credit card. When I said no firmly, all of sudden one of my items that clearly scanned for 4.99, she wanted price check, stating item was too cheap. Then new price given for 6.99. Also, a few of my clearance items tags were missing when scanned. I feel this cashier was retaliating against me for not applying for card.

One of the largest T.J. Maxx & HomeGoods stores in the area with two levels, household stuff downstairs and clothing upstairs. Each time coming here is like another treasure hunting. If you could find what you want, the price is usually pretty good.

This TJ Max is a big store with 2 levels. Home goods downstairs and clothing and baby goods upstairs. This place has everything you need to furnish a home from furniture, to rugs, pots, pans, plates, bedding, towels, decorations, mirrors, candles, seasonal holiday decorations and so much more. The store is well stocked with lots of items to look at and select. Everything is at a great price I love shopping here regularly.

Really large selection of kitchen equipment and decorative items. Parking is usually pretty good. The lines can be a bit long sometimes. This store has two levels with clothing upstairs and household downstairs.

This is my second review of this store. The last time I wrote a review, it was to complain about the lack of handcarts. Since then, there’s been a dramatic shift! Lots of handcarts everywhere. I even saw a store employee restocking them by the front door. Kudos to the team.

Unfortunately, we still have ridiculous long lines. I’m here on a Sunday afternoon, there are plenty of employees working today, but only one cash register is open (#3 in the pics). So… To the VP in charge of this store: This store has a management problem. The store manager named Andreas is the problem, not the staff. Andreas does not believe in having employees work the cash registers, this is the source of all the long lines that people are complaining about. No need for a PIP, just fire him. As soon as you fire him, all the KPIs will start going up.

As we all know, Target is one of the strongest and best retail chains. There’s no doubt about this fact. Regarding the Target branch in Santa Clara, the staff is incredibly kind. I particularly enjoy the presence of Pizza Hut and Starbucks within the store. Furthermore, the store is consistently clean, and everything is well-organized in its rightful place.

From the moment I began my deliveries to Target stores spanning from Fresno to Redding and Eureka, and those dotting the landscape between San Jose, Dublin, Livermore, and San Ramon, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting many managers. But none have left an impression as strong as Tatiana, the team lead at one of these locations.

Tatiana’s personality shines brighter than the star that graces the Target logo. She embodies the very essence of exceptional leadership, combining competence and warmth in a way that makes every interaction a memorable one. She is always prepared, professional, and more importantly, kind. Her approachable demeanor and unfailing cheerfulness are hallmarks of her character that make every visit a joy.

There was literally 1 register open on a Saturday night with at least 10 other people on the floor “stocking”. Saw at least 2 team leads just walking around chatting. Why they didn’t have everyone on reg is beyond me. Please fire the store managers clearly incompetent. I would honestly be embarrassed if I was a supervisor here.

WHERE ARE THE CARTS? 8+ months with this same issue. Target, are you ok with this? Look at this man hauling a 100+ pound item because there are no carts. Be better.

This location is kinda all over the map. My first two visits were great. Store is clean and well organized with a solid amount of variety. However, the last 3 visits have been seriously disappointing. Long lines (15+ minute waits) with just 1 check stand, plus the self checkout. The employees are okay but no sorry for the wait or any acknowledgement. It’s not their fault but come on, at least pretend to care. There are no shopping carts… ANYWHERE. Are they hidden away? Incoming customers have to beg outgoing ones for their carts and there’s nothing in the parking lot. I’ve given up on this store; I’ll order online or drive out of my way to a better one.

Way too many bad experiences at this specific target. Double charging me and not refunding my money back was probably the worst. They basically stole almost $300 from me. Oh and if you need something unlocked for you, hit the call button. They’ll only make you wait so long you’ve give up on life. The people at the pharmacy is my only exception. Their cool.

Target is always a great place to shop. I did notice that the clothing was not well taken care of. Some were found on the ground. Looked like they were stepped on, had dirt, and make up stains. I know that there is not much they can do. But at least try to make areas easy to walk, so I am not stepping on anything.

I’ve been going to this target ever since I was a kid and man have I seen a steep decline in the past few years. A few years back tons of homeless people started hanging out in and around this target and it has made the store really dirty. Also its really hard to find carts sometimes. Don’t get me started on the slow, long lines. They only had 2 cashiers for like 30 customers and all of the self check outs only take card and don’t give cash back. So overall it feels dangerous, dirty, and is way understaffed. Oh and they barely have stock, its impossible to find certain simple things they used to have.
