      They have never done me wrong, in regards to their service. The staff are always friendly and chatty.

      Massive fan of the way they make their coffee. I have yet to experience that “burnt” taste and they’re always made at the perfect temperature and strength.

      Their pies are delicious and they have one of the best sausage rolls out there.

      Big fan of the french vanilla slice and also of their florentines.

      Service at this place atrocious. Had my order substituted without even bothering to check with the customer and all the guy on the phone could do to answer to it was “um..”.. “aahhh”. A: Train your staff better and B: If all you have is pre packaged goods that you run out of, make updates to show your stock levels or at least communicate properly. Won’t be returning, strongly advise against going there.

      Pies are pies and there isn’t much to talk about but the staff here are the best. Very polite and caring staff. Service is awesome and their coffee is great. If you love pies, you won’t be disappointed with this place.

      The chips were overcooked and oily. I have to say the worst chips I’ve ever had, even cold chips taste better. I called the shop to let them know the chips were overcooked and inedible and I just got ‘I’m sorry about that’ and no offer of a replacement. The fish and potato cakes were sub par not overcooked but disappointing. I thought this fish and chip shop was the one considering the last occasions everything was great! Going back to Loz’s!

      Ordered flake, potato cake, and a fried dim sim. What can I say, digusting comes to mind. Batter was soggy mush. I have been checking out different fish and chip shops in Sunbury. This one by far the worst.

      I have been come here since you guys are open and always has been my best experience with you guys. I’m glad to start with you guys and my brow has better shape now. I had best experience with my Brazilian wax with them. They are very fast and i like it fast but with my first time waxing experience they make sure comfort me and did it slowly according to my comfort zone. Highly recommended them for all the services. I start getting my brow threading with them and I can recommend now brow heena, brow lamination and waxing with them..

      I tried out this place for the first time for eyebrow threading as I’ve just moved house and going in I was nervous. Walking in the lady who served me had great customer service and immediately made me feel comfortable. She talked me through everything she was going to do. The end result was very good and I was definitely a happy customer.

      To summarise, impeccable customer service, skilled staff and very very reasonably priced!!

      My brows always look great after a visit to Silkbody! Sometimes you have to wait for a while as it is a walk in service, but other times you get served straightaway. Waxing services are usually fine; sometimes I have had an inexperienced person who has left me with wax burn which was painful. They only take cash on a Saturday which is annoying but there is an ATM nearby. I will happily return for eyebrow services such as threading and tinting.

      I brought a laptop. It is faulty. I can not perform basic functions like reviewing work documents or browsing the internet as applications take minutes to launch and some browser extensions crash.

      I asked for a refund of store credit towards a better laptop. Unfortunately this laptop was not available.

      I asked for a refund.

      This was refused apparently my only option is for it to be sent off for repair possibly using reconditioned parts.

      Then to top it off they refused to give me any paperwork or receipt to confirm I have handed the laptop back into them.

      So somehow I walked in to Officeworks with a faulty laptop and I have walked out with nothing….

      Not enough staff hired during a busy time. Very slow at the print desk. Also, I was helping an elderly woman on the self-serve machine – after spending 10 minutes trying to get two machines to read the USB stick, we were told that both machine’s card readers were faulty. I suggested they go to the immense effort of adding an out-of-order sign so customers don’t waste their time trying.

      Today around 4PM I did my self-service doing printing etc and left my USB dongle at the copier machine. 40 minutes later when I got home I realised I left it at the machine dangling, call the Maribyrnong number and 20 minutes later nobody pick it up and so I went back and its not at the copier and went to the front cashier and the team member on her phone asking others if anyone found it (a customer might find it and hand it) but QUICK TO SAY NOBODY FOUND IT. I was determined and so I line up and young Harry or was it Henry asked if he can be any help and I explained and he looks at the screen and straight away I can see my files and HE HANDED ME THE USB DONGLE (its looks like a credit card) Its disappointing that many on duty just don’t give a damn about customer service and LUCKILY I FOUND YOUNG HARRY (or Henry) THANKS to Harry and the customer who handed it, I guess its my good karma as a few months back I found a wallet at Highpoint and handed it to 2 security guys and the owner texted me that she got it back the 2nd time I found a wallet in front of/near Uniqlo not far from Apple and its containing among cards are 2 of $100 = $200 and I handed it to Information Desk and a week later when I checked if anyone has collected nobody seems to know and a few days later I checked again and still nobody can bother to check if it has been pick up by the owner (lives in Craigieburn) and the Information Desk said they have ‘hundreds’of lost items…..yeah right!

      Not great service, staff are ill-informed about the services Officeworks offers and have an attitude of ‘that’s not my problem’ when asked for help, especially in the printing area. I have had several interactions with different staff members in this store over the last week (as I had to chase up an elusive click and collect order many times) which have all been less than informed and enthusiastic and once when I called was told they’d go and check and left me on hold for almost half an hour. I had to hang up and call back. This team needs a serious overhaul in their customer service.

      The self-serve printer failed me and directed me to the service desk. I waited for over 15 minutes to get the remainder of my printing job done. Then charged the service desk price rather than the self-serve price.

      Very poor form. The people waiting in the queue behind me weren’t happy either.

      Best indian food this side of Delhi! The curries are authentic, the breads are great and the tandoori chicken is tasty and juicy. Trust me I’ve been to India a few times and I will be back. As an update I have been back three times since this review and the consistency of the food is amazing! Now our daughter is almost addicted to this place.

      The taste of curries here is absolutely authentic and delicious. We catered for kids birthday here and everyone truly enjoyed veg and Nonveg curries so much at the party . Every guest praised the taste of every single curry. Thank you for making our experience of catering so wonderful and every time we do take away from here we couldn’t be more satisfied and happy.

      Overall, it offers great value for money! Even those with small appetites can have leftovers for another meal. Butter chicken was delicious and we ordered daal makani, naan , roti and rice. The staff are patient in explaining the menu. OWNERS are wonderful people There’s a wide selection of dishes, including various curries and desserts, You should definitely give it a try! Yummy ?
