      Come in today, had Nathan as my barber. Gave him a challenge, I didn’t know what I wanted but the haircut I had before he cut it I was getting comments like I looked like mid 40s, I’m only 31. He gave me a skin fade with a buzz cut on top, and cleaned my beard up. Looks fresh bro cheers. I think I will be coming back to you. ????

      I love Lady and The Hair, I’ve previously gone to the melton store and they’re just as amazing. All the girls here were so lovely and welcoming. I came in with previous bleach underneath my hair and almost black box dye, I knew I was going to take more than 1 session to go but they transformed my hair blonde within one session (I still need another session to achieve the goal I want) but they did the impossible, and they’ve managed to keep my hair healthy with no damage whatsoever I didn’t even need a trim or cut! Lady and the hair is my go to salon and I can’t picture anyone else doing my hair! Thank you for all the things you girls have done ❤️

      Attended today during a busy period, the first lady who served me was not accommodating or helpful – I felt disregarded although I was waiting in the line over half an hour. When I attempted to speak to the other worker (I had stepped to the side for others to be served) I was rudely dismissed and my simple question went unanswered. After lining up once again, my turn came and upon asking my question the lady serving me again rudely asked the second worker (who had dismissed me) if she was allowed to offer me the rate I was requesting in what seemed to be very a very sarcastic tone. I was appalled that I had to wait in line again after already waiting in the line only to have the worker who dismissed me answer the question. I have always used Travelex in Pacific Werribee but it seems as though the service isn’t what it used to be. Highly recommend Crown Currency Exchange also within Pacific Werribee who offered me a better deal and excellent customer service.

      Couldn’t recommend Matt from detail kings enough!! Matt’s attention to detail is next level, my car came back looking better than it did from the dealership!

      My car is black so everything shows on it so we opted for a ceramic coating, the day ended up being super windy so Matt recommend doing a slightly different coating to avoid dust getting into the ceramic which I’m grateful for his honesty and professionalism!

      The coating we did has been absolutely fantastic! Still looking fresh 6 weeks later! Looking forward to doing the full ceramic in a few months.

      Drive through laser wash wasn’t working but the machine took my money anyway. If it’s out of order why don’t they put a sign up or close the entrance instead of scamming people out of money? Not sure how they can get away with this! There is no contact number or staff on site. AVOID!!!!

      Sunday morning. 9am. Sunny outside. All of that means this place was packed. Also means it’s good. But why the 3 star rating? Well, after washing my car and parking up to vacuum, another car was being wash. With the proximity of everything, I ended up with soap spray all over my car again. Just wish there was a bit of distance from the washing bay to the cleaning area.

      The automatic car wash does a decent job of washing the car. It does not use brushes so no physical contact but users jets of water instead. Only negative often does not fully clean wheel rims.

      One of the best self service carwash in the area. Everything perfectly works here (carwash/vacuum) which makes an enjoyable carwashing experience. Good value for your dollar. No coins, no worries. They have eftpos facilities, so you can just tap, wash & go! having an eftpos machine available is brilliant! We hope the management will keep its standard for the many years to come.

      In an entire mega Woolies, during peak checkout time, there was exactly ONE, yes ONE, person on checkout.
      Self checkout is not viable for some. Woolies can you do better than this. Lash out a couple of dollars on checkout staff and clear the queue.

      Woolworths Rosenthal, Is a great supermarket they have all you need and the staff there are great, if you aren’t familiar with where things are and you want a particular product, they will happily assist you and find what you are looking for not only that if you have a walking stick or a Walker and you can’t search for what you need they will find that product and bring it right to you. Also if you don’t want to shop where there is a large crowd this is the supermarket is for you! I shop there myself and I have never had a bad experience. I give this store a thumbs up!

      Absolutely hopeless online team members! 3 times now they have not checked their freezer and I get home to find stuff is missing. And if you try and ring the store phone number outside 9-5 business hours it just rings out! Management really care about the customer experience!
