I was served by Adela and I just loved how she explained to me with patience how products are used and at each step explained what she is doing and why she is doing 🙂 Adela even helped me learn how to use the product which for a rookie like me was BIG BIG help.   I booked Kim because all the reviews were talking about her, and OMG, I wish I had found her ages ago. She is an eyebrow queen. She unserstand what is best for your eye/face shape. She literally not only achieved me to get my dream eyebrow but also taught me how to maintain them!!! I have gone to so many eyebrow specialists, so this means a lot!!!   I was lucky enough to be invited to a special event at Luna Park Crystal Palace. It was on a Thursday night, and the park was closed off to the public. The rides were offline, but all the lights were still on. We had an awesome night at the function centre, food was amazing! Service was excellent. Luna park is just a special place and the view of the city from Luna Park really is breathtaking. Highly recommend visiting.

  It was my first time going and had a great time with my husband. It’s in a beautiful location by the water near the Sydney harbour bridge. The rides are expensive ($75 for an adult pass per person and $65 for children) and is to be purchased separately from the side stall games. We just ended up playing the side stall games and spent close to $40-50 playing those games which were fun. We even won 3 huge soft toys and got tons of badges, langyards and a helicopter hat. The vibes and environment is super colourful and fun as well. I did expect it to be much bigger but it’s not really as big as you’d expect to see in person, which really surprised me. The food is obviously pricey haha but was a nice experience. Overall would recommend and will definitely go back someday and try the rides as well!

Waitresses ussed a lot of f-words and “shut up”, we wanted for our order 1 hour. As I understood it was a part of scenario. Food was expensive but good. One of our main concerns was moving 3 seat couch to level 9 which they easily managed to transfer it through the stairs. We organised everything with Kara (shout out to her and her kindness) and in a week we were moving out as planned.   Poor experience since the last time I used them. They wanted $100 extra for a table top because it was heavy. Zoom didn’t charge me extra when they moved me last time. Beside the table top is on wheels (there is no need to pick it up) so the weight does not matter. Never using them again.

  The Beyonce and Jay Z bar in town, they had me at Kimye cocktails, wings and ribs. This place has a lot of hype, only 2.7 rating on Zomato so i had to check it out for myself. We made a reservation for a Tuesday night via opentable.
  
  As we arrived, the place is full of gold scaffolding which looks really cool, it’s more like a bar than a restaurant so we saw our table with my name it and sat down. Grab our own menu and realised it was not table service so went up to the bar to order only to be told there are no cocktails available….none. I was celebrating my sisters birthday so i was pretty annoyed. Why wasn’t i warned? How hard is it to go to Woolies? I was very close to leaving, but we aren’t big drinkers so decided to stay.
  
  The bartender offered to make cocktails with what he could and still charged us same price of normal cocktail…whatever. As he started to bring the food over he explained it’s American inspired so the portions are big and maybe we should order from the Lebanese menu…theres another menu? Maybe we would have known that if we were greeted properly. We had already ordered all our food so too late, and you can’t get a bill at the end, you have to open a tab if you want to keep cocktails coming.
  
  Don’t get me wrong most of the food was good, if they had the cocktails it would have been a great night. Food is really good value for price. I felt like it was a bit of a failure so took my sister to Koi at Chippendale to end the night on a high.
  
  I would definitely try The Carter again, not for a dinner, more for a pre drink destination. They have some really cool stuff coming up too like displays of celebrity items etc. I wanted to love this place, i really did, they made it impossible though.
  
  The Carter Chicken Wings (Beyonce’s Hot Sauce Chicken Wings) 8 wings $6 – these were gooooood, not too hot which i love yum! Notorius A.N.I.M.A.L Fries $12- House Made Mac & Cheese, crispy bacon and cheese – yum!! Crispy perfection, mac n cheese and that bacon, one of the best animal fries I’ve ever had yassss Cheesy Hush Puppies $10 – we had to google these to see what they were, pretty much cheese balls, they were too doughy i could only have 1 Nas sticky lamb ribs with house pickles $16 – these were my fav, amazingly sticky, the sauce was delicious, perfect bar food Boy’s Don’t cry cheeseburger with jack cheese, pickles, red onion, mustard and tomato sauce $15 – the bottom bun was completely soggy, not even eatable, so my sister had to pull it apart and just eat the meat, which she said was pretty good but not the point of a burger

  Really nice staff, music was quite good too with some 2010s mixed in with it. Bar in the middle, there’s a nice photo spot on the second level of the venue with neon lights and a pool of plastic balls. It’s pink as well, really serves as a good photo opportunity. Overall quite a fun bar/club.

  I called and pre-booked a lady for a massage session. There was an ill-mannered receptionist called Melissa took my booking rudely then hang up on me.

  Found myself in a Sydney again last week and I was thinking about another trip to Secrets. Well the offer of a free spa upgrade was too good to miss so I was soon knocking on the descreet doorway. The fantastically friendly receptionist welcomed me in and showed me to the waiting room. I was hoping Izzy would be there again but it was obviously her night off. Instead some fabulously beautiful ladies came in and introduced themselves, all of whom had character, a lot of class and looks to die for. When I met the Swedish brunette Natasha I was immediately taken with her confidence, humour and wow, what a gorgeous figure. In the spa room upstairs Natasha opened up even further and I spent a very very enjoyable hour being pampered and massaged by her all the while having a great conversation. I will return to Secrets – that is a fact- I would love to spend more time with Natasha again – she is brilliant company. I now have a favourite Sydney unwind spot, and two favourite ladies to unwind with,

Under the expert guidance of Chanel I had one of the best hours ever.   The hot tub is the best in this place I would say.. But not recommended if you are Asian people. Staff still the same attitude and most people that I encountered are narcissistic, and zero manners. I posted this complaint and not been able to attend the venue , no fault of my own and and look at the response I received!!! ???????? If a problem arises be prepared to be abused!!! Hi , on the 8th of June around 2am I came to Sydney sauna with a few of mates and when we arrived there was a sign on the cash register stating that the venue was undergoing a clean check and was closed for 5 min . So we decided to sit down and wait . We waited and waited and waited and waited and still no one came . After about 25 min we decided to go through the senser so that the worker was aware we were waiting we then tried to call the venue we tried calling out and still no one came . After about 35 min we could hear people on the inside were trapped and wanted to leave . They tried calling out calling the venue to make the phone ring and even banged on the door yet still no one came . Not only were we not able to attend the venue people couldn’t get out . After almost 40 min we decided to leave and make other plans . We are really not happy and not only did you loose 3 customers it left a really bad taste in our mouths and it spoiled our night!!! Next time we will think twice about coming .

  This is old. Management has already had a conversation with the staff member on duty. We are satisfied with his response and promise to improve. According to the camera footage, you entered at 2:08am and exited at 2:28am. That is a total of twenty minutes. If you wish your complaints to be taken seriously at the bare minimum please get the facts correct. You have been problematic in the past. You have previously been banned. Next time please do think twice about coming, we would be deeply grateful to never see you at Sydney Sauna again.

  It’s a great sauna. Compared to Bodyline it’s only the bigger steam room there that I miss. It also has a liquor licence as an added bonus

  The guided tour here is great, with a great balance of the technical and the historical. Really lovely clarity from the guide over headphones and you get a real sense of both the amazing story behind it and it being a working iconic performing arts venue.
  
  Sadly, the eating venues were too busy to redeem the walking tour lunch but it’s valid up to 18:00.

  What is there not to love about the Opera House. I attended the Australian Chamber Orchestra performance and set second row to the right. The performance was moving. I marveled at the opportunity to hear instruments from hundreds of years ago. A magical moment. You can feel the history and the artistry as you walk in. The views from the balcony are spectacular.

  An iconic landmark that everyone will come visit if you visit Sydney. We came here the first night we arrived at Sydney and we visit night and day. You can take metro or boat here. Definitely worth a visit and they have a light show in June which is super cool! I love it!

  Iconic world famous structure. The area and promenade is beautiful to walk around. The structure itself is nice and unique. Try to visit during night and day to get different prospectives. Extremely busy in the evenings where people sit and drink in opera bar.

  Only put in 5star for architectural purposes. Unfortunately much of the venue was barricaded off but it is a unique and beautiful building. Go to Sydney museum for full history as the architect was not invited to the opening. Great building which all Australians should be proud of.

  Unfortunately we were there on a rainy day, but the opera and it’s performers and crew went ahead anyway. Wonderful location and amazing performance. Amazing spot for it. We will be back.

  Amazing spectacle, beautiful scenes, stunning backdrop of opera, house and harbor bridge complete with fireworks and speedboat. Excellent artists. Definitely worth seeing.

  Not a fan of the outdoor opera on 20.04.23 Sydney Harbour for the following reasons;
  
  Weather; Due to the fact that this opera is on from March to April, it could rain, shower, pour, and the opera will still go on – and you will not get a refund, this is the major reason why I am not a fan of any opera on Sydney Harbour. I prefer the Opera house. For example, I attended this opera on 20.04.23 and it rained during the performance – the raincoats which you buy will not keep you dry, warm or comfortable, don’t forget if it rains you will need to dry your own seat you are not allowed to use an umbrella therefore, if you do go to the opera and it rains – I recommend that you bring your own overcoat and dress for rain.
  
  Although the websites says ‘ strictly no one can enter once opera starts, this was incorrect, at least 6 people came on during Act 1 – which was contrary to what the website advised, and was quite irritating for us opera lovers.
  
  Safety; Due to the fact that it rained on the night I went, I note that there are no safety rails for anyone trying to get to their seats (if you are sight, mobility or intellectually impaired) it is very difficult to navigate stairs in the evening, especially since there is no railings to help you get to your seat.
  
  HSBC Premium lounge; Don’t bother wasting your money on coming here – it is absolutely not worth your money, (they do not sell champagne here, its just cheap prosecco ($40.00 and $30.00 a glass or basic red or white wine). In my opinion, the meals (200.00 per person) are nothing special – go to the finger wharf (recommend Elements Seafood Bar and Grill) to kick off the evening, and then head to the opera, don’t’ waste your money in the lounge – not worth it.
  
  Seating; try and get seats in the ‘E, F, G section, and try and get seats in the front, so that you can see the screen which has English subtitles to let you know what is happening. If you sit in the back rows, there is a high chance that you will not be able to see the English subtitles. However, if you are booked into the HSBC lounge, G, H, I sections at the back will get you there quicker, ahead of the crowds.
  
  Value for money; I booked premium seats, HSBC lounge pre-dinner, break, drinks – In hindsight, they were not worth it, just go downstairs and buy a glass of wine and save yourself the money, nothing special about the HSBC lounge, the location itself is very special, just do the what everyone else is doing, and enjoy.
  
  Vibe; Being at the SRBG is enough and being next to the Sydney Harbour and listening to the opera is enough, however, if the weather is bad, then the whole experience is ruined – your better off spending your money and going to the Sydney Opera House to watch any opera. In my opinion – more comfortable seating, better service, better food (Bennelong, if you book) and overall better experience.

  The performance (“Madama Butterfly”) itself is good. It’s my 1st time watching an opera performance and the show didn’t let me have the chance to fall asleep. ? It was drizzling sometimes during the show, so bring poncho is highly recommended.
  
  The only minus point is how to walk there after 5pm as you cannot go through the Botanical Garden. So recommendation is to tame water taxi from Circular Quay station ($15/one-way). I tried to walk there after 5pm and it’s not easy to find the way. If u must explore by foot, go on McMacquaries St. as Google map shows, then once u’re at the river, step on the grass & keep on the left side, there will be a small staircase on the left to cross the street (which is hard to find if you’re not local)

  Had a great night out seeing Madama Butterfly with their offer of half price tickets. Added on the water taxi from Man O War steps at the Opera House plus interval drinks. Definitely rug up for an autumn performance. Seats were good and it was easy to walk back to the Quay afterwards. A great modern way to experience opera – excellent orchestra and singing. Interesting watching set changes from cranes.
