  Scam! The products come from China (definitely not a Sydney company!). I bought two ‘Draw with light development toy’ for my my niece and nephew. I’m so glad I opened them before wrapping as the ‘board’ is basically a piece of polystyrene. Would give this product a zero 0️⃣ if possible.   Applied in April and like many people did not receive it within 6 weeks. At the time thinking i had over 2 months to go i didn’t pay extra for express, wasn’t aware of backlog, and neither was the post office person saying it would take six weeks.
  
  In the last few weeks i called customer service everyday over 50 times around 8am and when i could get in would generally end up with automated message that hangs up.
  
  This week i went to the office at 6am on Wednesday June 22nd and lined up in the enquiry line for 9h before i could speak with someone. As i was travelling two days later, my passport was prioritised and overnight i got an email to come and pick it up. Again went in at 6am and after 2h30m this time i got my passport.
  
  My recommendation if you haven’t received a confirmation that your passport is ready to collect is to come 2 days before your flight, early and then flag that you’re flying within 48hours, the staff and people lining up will be very supportive and fast track you so you either get it printed on the day (especially if flying on the day or day after) or the day after. If you come early, rug up. It’s cold and windy. For the inquiry line you might be standing up 5-6h in the cold/ shade before it warms up. Beanie, scarf, multiple layers of bottoms and tops. Bring a small stool or foldable chair if you can. Make friends with people around you and if you need to go to the toilet, they’ll save your spot.
  
  It sucks to have to line up once or twice for so long to get your passport right before flying and the stress that comes with it. Many people are in the same boat, and i was happily surprised to see everyone being calm, orderly, with many people chatting with one another. And the staff are doing everything they can to help. If you’re flying soon, or have little ones, you’ll be prioritised. If your request isn’t as urgent, be kind, don’t be this person trying to jump the queue or thinking because you paid extra or have been waiting long or dont want to wait you should skip the lines, people come from far and super early to get their passport.   We were there on 20/03/2023 we were going on a cruise and my passport would have been out of date coming back into the country.
  
  So we made a mad dash to taxation office they said they would try and renew it but did not promise anything.
  
  I am writing to say how wonderful all the staff were there they kept checking all the time to see how far it had progressed so nice to us and we were totally stressed.

  Nicely designed. Professional. Very functionable. Staff very helpful. And there were ‘runners’ who worked the queue and room to guide and help. I arrived with no appointment for an Apostille and found everybody very helpful. Without an appointment you need to bring some time, but you get it done. If you arrive before 8.30am, you have to queue outside, but since it was cold, we queued in the lobby. the first person arrived at 7.30am and by 8.30 when it opens, there were about 12 people queuing, so not too bad. They then take you up in groups of 5-6.

  To be clear, the 1 star has nothing to do with the staff, they were amazing under the circumstances, it’s a review of the system itself which is fundamentally broken.
  
  I waited 13 hours in the rain to be told to come back 48 hours later and wait another 5 hours!
  
  This was after waiting 4½ months for the passport to come through and we were travelling in 4 days time.
  
  Again, the staff were amazing but just massively underfunded and under-resourced.

  Was a fast and effective service when lodging my application. There was almost no line when I arrived for my appointment and was even seen early.
  
  The person serving me was friendly, informative and efficient and expedient.
  
  It was just over 1 week that I received notification my passport was ready for collection.
  
  The collection was a pleasant experience with no wait whatsoever when I arrived (around 9am). I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

  Chophouse never disappoints. The entree of seasonal winter mushroom with polenta is so yummy. The beef and lamb chops are on point. The warm cookie with ice cream dessert is delicious. I have asked for it to be well done as I am pregnant, and was worried the steak will be too tough but surprise, surprise, it was tender and definitely tasty.   One of the best hotpot places in Sydney and one of my favourites for premium quality. As we had 11 people, we were seated in a private room with a dedicated staff member. I love all the little extra things that they do here including bringing the jacket chair cover + bib, mixing a special sauce, making shrimp paste balls, refilling soups and more. I really loved the quality of the wagyu beef. Unfortunately, when I wanted to make a second sauce at the sauce station outside, they happened to be restocking the ingredients at that time so I wasn’t able to make one. The sauce station also offered fruit and salad. We could also all order a delicious icecream at the end ?Very enjoyable experience and I would come back on a special occasion.

  Fantastic, but expensive place for hotpot. Individual hotpot is good when going with people inexperienced with hotpot to avoid frustration.
  
  We got a variety of ingredients, including lamb, (Australian) Wagyu, Deep Fried Tofu Skin, and other hotpot classics. All were excellent and so was the silver broth. There is a good variety of condiments and they also give you a bowl of their signature hotpot condiments.
  
  Service was very good, staff were very detailed, always made sure water bottle was full and cleared dishes quickly. At the end you get an ice cream.

  Great selection of sauces to suit everyone’s taste at the sauce bar. Simple navigation of the menu on the iPad and soups explained very thoroughly when we sat down by the waitress. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Your staff attention to detail is phenomenal. They look and spot when dishes are finished. They watch when water or tea and soups are low and need topping up. The individual hotpot experience is also available at other restaurants. However the atmosphere and great selection of meats and seafood that’s available, along with the exceptional service we received from staff makes your restaurant stand out from the others.   A hot pot restaurant conveniently located at the top of Market City, Dolar Shop stands strong against the competition around the CBD. Environment feels clean and staff are attentive. There is a variety of sauces to choose from, and the meats are good cuts – perfect for hot pot. Also recommend commend the beef balls and prawn paste. The broth is also good flavoured and have a bit of depth. A shame that the ice cream machine keeps on malfunctioning, as the soft serve were good before as well! Recommend!

  We all loved it! Been a few times to the aquarium and each time is always enjoyable. Huge range of different marine life, the tanks/enclosures are very detailed and spacious. Really nice to walk around and learn new things about marine life and our oceans. Kids loved it as well!

  A wonderful aquarium which has variety of sea fish including Sharks and other monster fish. There are different species of sharks live there freely in the large aquarium. Different jelly fish varieties with different colours are available here. This is a great place for students and people who would like to learn zoology. This bit crowded here and better visit in the weekdays.
  
  There is a souvenir shop at the end and it is bit expensive. You can buy the same souvenir from Hey Market for a cheaper price.

  A group of friends and I decided to visit the aquarium last minute while traveling in Sydney. It was super easy to get tickets from the self service kiosks and there was no wait. The aquarium itself was a lot bigger than expected and even had a surprise 2 minute ride that took us in a boat through the penguin enclosures (with fake snow too!). The best part was the glass viewing tunnels which gave a 180 degree views of the fish and marine life.

  Sea Life Sydney Aquarium was a delight to visit. The aquarium is laid out very nicely, starting out your journey with the smaller fishes to the showstoppers like the sting ray and the sharks. I would recommend getting the tickets before hand. They let you in according to the time mentioned on your ticket. Overall a very fun place.   I’m not one to write negative reviews but this has gone too far. I received my $400 package with multiple gashes on both sides of the package despite the package being labelled as fragile all over. One of the holes has even gone through the package and even into the product inside, ultimately damaging it. What was worse was that the delivery person rang the doorbell and left the package out in the open and did not bother to see to it that we have collected it, possibly knowing how damaged the package is. We have collected the parcel as soon as we heard the doorbell so it was definitely not vandalism from our neighbours or passerbys.
  
  I am not even asking for a five star service from any delivery service but when it is clearly written that a package is fragile, you would expect it to be handled with more care than what you see in the pictures.

  PLEASE, Do not use their services. It’s horrible. If I could give -0 stars, I would. I’m not one to write negative reviews but this has gone too far. Took a day off to get my package. However, despite my effort to receive my package safely and on time, I didn’t. Nobody rang me, they just left a calling card with no information, no pickup address at all in my mailbox while I was waiting for it at home! I tried to get a phone number co communicate with some one, I didn’t find anywhere because website is horrible, no phone number, and the chat assistant is even worse. chatted twice-both times they closed the chat on me while explaining my situation. Ridiculous! It’s been a month and my parcel has been now lost. Useless

  Your customer service and efficiency needs to be improved. I have never received worse customer service. I have been trying to receive my parcel for over a week now. Despite calling the customer service line multiple times, I only ever hear the standard line and nothing ever seems to happen. I requested to just pick it up from the depot as I could not be at home to sign for my parcel. I was told that it was possible and to wait for an SMS for collection, which may take 24-48 hours. I waited the 48 hours, allowing for the weekend. and never got any message, but noticed that my parcel was onboard for delivery again – AS IF I HAD NEVER HAD THE CONVERSATION IN THE FIRST PLACE. I received another message that it was unable to be delivered. I called multiple times today, and had the same conversation with people. I was told they need to submit the request for depot pickup, which would take 24-48 hours. AS IF I HAD NOT ALREADY MADE THAT REQUEST ALREADY. I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager at this point as I had already made multiple calls and the customer service personnel did not appear to be doing anything. I was told this request WOULD ALSO TAKE 24-48 hours!!!!! On my most recent call, the supervisor apparently was on another call AND REFUSED TO SPEAK TO ME. What kind of customer service is this? I still have not received my parcel and I am HIGHLY frustrated with the whole process and I have contacted the shop I bought from of my frustrations and advised them NOT to use Aramex for deliveries.

  They damaged my parcel and when i contacted them they threw all responsible away. I did not want them involved in delivering my parcel it was initially meant to be delivered by UPS from usa however they got involved when it arrived in australia. And stop apologising for every 1 star review and get back to working on your business!!

  I was taken here for a surprise Saturday dinner. We had the 3 course set menu which was beautifully presented. The bay bugs (my favourite) and the crispy Byron Bay pork belly were great as entrees. For mains we had the Rocky point grouper and veal tenderloin, the grouper was decent but the tenderloin was just okay. For desserts, the honey confit grapefruit parfait I wasn’t a fan of; the grapefruit was too bitter. The coffee hazelnut ice cream was okay. Service was decent, however the wait time between courses took forever. They offered us some drinks on the house so I won’t complain.

  If you want a unique and magical dining experience, look no further. The food exceeded every expectation and more! The gluten free options were delicious and attentively detailed by the servers. It is a fine dining experience so expect the prices to align. I would recommend going just before the sun sets so you can see the sky turn orange and watch the sun disappear beyond the horizon as you dine. The floor slowly rotating means you get a 360* view of the city. An experience like no other and one I will remember for a long time to come!

  Gaia my helper and her manager were very attentive to their guest and knowledgeable about the food they serve. The views were stunning. Its a rotating restaurant with a classy setting. Gaia and her manager make the whole experience a wonderful one and you never felt out of place even for a random traveler from Malaysia like myself. I would definitely recommend Infinity Sydney to my friends, families and bosses back home!
