Interesting visit. Enjoy a meal alongside seagulls while searching for seating. I wouldn’t suggest the 4-person lobster platter, as most of the seafood consisted of fried items. However, I would certainly endorse trying the live abalone, which they’ll cook for you at AUD15. You can also choose multiple seafood items to be cooked for the same price. The sashimi platter was fresh, and the prawns were notably sizable and of good quality.

I recently visited the Sydney Fish Market and had a memorable experience. The outside dining area had a lively vibe, with seagulls, emus, and pelicans adding to the coastal atmosphere. ??? However, the construction of the new market was a bit distracting and took away from the otherwise pleasant scene. ?

Now let’s talk about the food—it was simply tremendous! ?? I indulged in a huge king crab, mussels, and various shellfish that were incredibly fresh and flavorful. The sashimi of salmon and scallops were a highlight and absolutely delicious. ? The addition of burnt ends meats complemented the meal perfectly. ? Don’t forget to bring your own wines, as whites pair exceptionally well with seafood. ?

One thing to be aware of during your visit is the birds—they love to join in on the dining experience uninvited! ?️ Be prepared to shoo them away. Overall, Sydney Fish Market offers a fantastic selection of seafood dishes in a vibrant atmosphere. Just be mindful of the feathered friends looking to share your meal!

My favorite seafood spots in sydney. Good vibes. So enjoy it. Many shops and restaurants to choose. All seafood seem so so fresh and after cook as our order they are all juicy. Sitting outdoors along the bay is good, but need to be careful about the birds a bit. ?️ They might be hungry too. Love the ? crab and oyster here a lot ???

Sydney Fish Market offered an incredible seafood experience. The highlight was definitely the King Crab Stick – it was a bit pricey at 22 AUD, but so delicious that I purchased 3 portions! The atmosphere was lively and vibrant, adding to the overall enjoyment. Despite the price, the quality makes it a highly recommended visit for seafood lovers??

If you are going to Sydney… And you like fresh seafood, this is the place to go. Choose your poison, get them to cook for you, sit down and enjoy. Best to go in the morning before lunch time as there will be less crowd.

First time at Raging Waters an easy 40 min drive from the southern suburbs. We chose to go on the Easter long weekend which meant shorter wait times, excellent parking (which you pay for) and a great day! It felt like more slides than Jamberoo. The different towers were easy to locate and it was a short walking distance between each tower and each ride providing a good thrill! Great seating available at each tower to watch and wait for other family and friends and awesome grassed areas to chill at lunch. Staff were all friendly and helpful. With the 2 person rides you had to carry the tube up the stairs which was tricky but manageable. Some of the rides could do with some maintenance with leaks and rusted bracketing holding the pipe work which didn’t help the nerves when walking up the stairs but all in all we all had a fantastic time and we’ll probably return with a bigger group next time but wouldn’t be keen to go in its peak season!

It’s reasonably priced for a theme park, the place is well-staffed and maintained for most of the part. There are lots of shades and areas for rest. Popular rides can have a long wait and the lack of proper shower facilities keeps it from being a five-star.

Awesome place for kids and family, highly recommended. A friend have a yearly pass for the whole family of 4 people so we just came along. It would be great if opening after school hours during week days so that kids can come here for little fun before doing their homework and dinner or just go for a swim but under the safety, staffing and costs to open. My niece so much enjoy it, she had a fun time here coz in New Zealand (Auckland) doesn’t it. Great living in Oz land ?

Fun time with the whole family especially with young kids. Splash and ride the water slides, catch waves and swim in pools. Plenty of car space. Two complaints I have is the long wait for the big rides and food prices but still a great theme park to visit.

My first visit to this place and I think we picked a good day to do it. Smaller crowds due to an overcast day which kept the wait times down. Some of the rides need more staff as this will surely bring the wait times down on all rides. Food was the usual expensive fast fare but the cost for the unlimited slushys were my kids favourite. As we brought a season pass we will be back, so we will see how busy this place can get

A Comprehensive Guide to Using a Self-Service Car Wash

Using a self-service car wash can be a simple and cost-effective way to clean your vehicle. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to use a self-service car wash:

    1. Locate a Self-Service Car Wash: Use search engines or apps to find a nearby self-service car wash station.
    2. Prepare Your Vehicle: Remove any personal belongings, trash, or loose objects from the car’s exterior.
    3. Choose Your Service: Most self-service car washes offer different cleaning options, like soap, rinse, wax, etc. You may need to insert coins, bills, or a credit/debit card to select the desired service.
    4. Pre-Rinse: Before applying soap, use the high-pressure rinse to remove loose dirt and debris.
    5. Apply Soap: Select the soap option and use the wand to spray your car. Start from the top and work your way down, covering all areas.
    6. Scrub if Necessary: Some stations provide a foam brush. You can scrub your car to remove stubborn dirt. Be gentle to avoid scratching your car’s paint.
    7. Rinse: After scrubbing, choose the rinse option to wash away the soap. Again, start from the top and work your way down.
    8. Wax (Optional): Some self-service car washes offer a wax option. Apply this if you want a protective coating on your vehicle.
    9. Dry Your Vehicle: Use the provided air dryer or a microfiber towel to dry your car. Drying by hand can prevent water spots.
    10. Vacuum Interior (Optional): Some locations have vacuum stations to clean your car’s interior. Insert coins or pay as required.
    11. Inspect Your Vehicle: Do a final walk-around to ensure all areas are clean and to your satisfaction.
    12. Follow Safety Guidelines: Always adhere to the instructions and warnings provided at the car wash station. Wear appropriate clothing, and be mindful of slippery floors.
    13. Leave the Bay Clean: If there’s a trash can, dispose of any garbage. Put away any provided tools like brushes back where they belong.
    14. Exit Promptly: Be mindful of others waiting and exit the wash bay in a timely manner.

Remember, every self-service car wash might have slightly different equipment and procedures, so take a moment to read any posted instructions or ask for assistance if needed. Self-service car washes are typically open 24/7 and can be a convenient way to maintain your car’s appearance.

Took the car in on Sunday for deluxe wash, this was the second time and the car overall was good. However, the high pressure hose used on the rims was enough for the paint in part to chip off the following day. I would advise if you use this (or any other) car wash, make sure they take better care with paint work.

Rarely find a car wash that open late. I only have time late evening or night time for this kind of thing. Well, what an ideal that they open 24/7 here. Plus I don’t want to deal with weekends car wash long queue and highly chance that they rush through the wash.

This car wash bang on the job, quick, and get the job done with great price. Double the price elsewhere. Got the basic wash here. Happy!

The wash booth’s water pressure was really low. We could not rinse the soap off the car. We waited for the attandent to arrive to assist us but there was no one here. The sign on the office door said back in fifteen minutes, we waited to try and get some help and an hour and a half later there was still no one here. We had to move to another wash booth and pay twice to rinse the car off. There is no number to contact to get any help and let the staff know there is a problem. We will never be using Enviowash again.

I’ve always used the underbody wash after 4wd trips

Went down today and I was using the underbody wash when a staff member claiming he’s the owner came out and rather than taking to me he straight away started verbally abusing me calling me a “f$&@ing idiot” multiple times aswell as telling me that I’m wetting everything (ITS A CARWASH) because I used the underbody wash feature too many times, I prefer to wash my car at home and the minimum amount of time is 6 minutes so that’s how long I used the underbody wash for.

Was in complete shock that this happened as I’ve never had a problem down there and some of the staff are very friendly.

      Completely unprofessional and disgraceful

    What Does a Dietitian Do?

A dietitian is a qualified healthcare professional who specializes in food and nutrition. They help people improve their health through diet and lifestyle changes. Dietitians work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, schools, and private practice.

    • Provide individual and group counseling. Dietitians work with people to assess their individual needs and goals, and then develop personalized nutrition plans. They also provide support and education to help people make healthy changes to their diet.
    • Manage chronic diseases. Dietitians can help people with chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and obesity manage their condition through diet and lifestyle changes.
    • Research. Dietitians conduct research on food and nutrition, and they use this research to develop evidence-based practices.
    • Educate the public. Dietitians educate the public about food and nutrition through presentations, workshops, and other outreach activities.

Dietitians are an important part of the healthcare team. They can help people improve their health and well-being through diet and lifestyle changes. If you are interested in working with a dietitian, you can ask your doctor for a referral.

Here are some of the benefits of working with a dietitian:

    • Can help you lose weight or manage your weight. Dietitians can help you create a personalized weight loss plan that is safe and effective. They can also help you develop healthy eating habits that will help you maintain your weight loss.
    • Can help you improve your overall health. Dietitians can help you assess your overall health and identify areas where you can make changes to improve your health. They can also help you manage chronic diseases through diet and lifestyle changes.
    • Can help you develop healthy eating habits. Dietitians can teach you about healthy eating and how to make healthy choices in the grocery store and at restaurants. They can also help you develop meal plans and recipes that fit your lifestyle.

If you are considering working with a dietitian, there are a few things you should keep in mind:

    • Make sure the dietitian is qualified. Dietitians must have a bachelor’s degree in dietetics or a related field, and they must pass a national exam. You can find a qualified dietitian by searching the website of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
    • Ask about the dietitian’s experience. Make sure the dietitian has experience working with people with your specific needs and goals.
    • Feel comfortable with the dietitian. You should feel comfortable talking to the dietitian about your food and nutrition concerns.

Working with a dietitian can be a great way to improve your health and well-being. If you are considering working with a dietitian, be sure to do your research and find a qualified dietitian who you feel comfortable with.

If you are looking for a nutritionist I would recommend having a consultation with Holly. I’ve been working with Holly for a few months now and she has helped me to drop over 20kgs and be on the path to better health. I was diagnosed with diabetes and was recommended to find a nutritionist to help me navigate my diet. Holly is very knowledgeable, always willing to help and listen. Her approach with me is to give me practical real world advice, not diet fads or extreme restrictions. I really like this approach because it feels more sustainable, creating a lifestyle rather than a diet.

Holly has been such an amazing support system, her expert nutritional advice and guidance these past few months have been nothing short of perfect. I saw Holly for help with health and weight advice after a serious change in my health following being sick. Holly’s holistic approach has meant I now have my energy back, my sleep has improved, I’m no longer getting as sick as I used to and I’m able to easier pick healthy eating choices without worrying I have no idea what I’m doing. I am forever grateful to her advice and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone who was thinking of seeing a nutritionist.

I had the privilege of working with Holly Arnold as my nutritionist for a 12-week weight reduction program, and I can confidently say that it was a life-changing experience. My primary goal was to shed weight from 80 kg to 70 kg, and with Holly’s expertise, support, and personalized approach, I not only achieved my target but also witnessed remarkable improvements in my overall health.

From the very beginning, Holly displayed a deep commitment to understanding my unique health situation. In our first week, she took the time to have a comprehensive conversation about my daily diet, lifestyle, and any underlying health issues, such as stomach problems and stress. Her attentiveness and genuine interest in my well-being made me feel comfortable and assured that I was in good hands.

Based on the information gathered, Holly provided me with a meticulously customized dietary plan that perfectly aligned with my weight loss objectives. Additionally, she recommended a few health tests to ensure a thorough assessment of my overall health, particularly in addressing my prolonged loose poo and past gastritis history. The test results revealed the presence of a specific harmful bacteria causing my digestive issues, and Holly promptly prescribed oregano supplements to eradicate this problem.

As the weeks passed, I noticed significant improvements in my digestive health, and my loose poo condition gradually disappeared. The incorporation of oregano supplements, alongside her carefully crafted dietary recommendations, worked wonders for my body. The results were not only satisfying but also encouraging.

One of the most astounding outcomes of my journey with Holly was the remarkable weight loss I achieved under her guidance. By the end of the 12-week program, I had lost an impressive 9 kg. It was a quiet dramatic loss that exceeded my expectations, and I owe it all to Holly’s expertise, dedication, and unwavering support throughout the process.

I am genuinely grateful to Holly Arnold for her exceptional professionalism and the positive impact she has had on my life. She has not only helped me achieve my weight loss goals but has also revitalized my overall health and well-being. If you are looking for a dedicated and results-driven nutritionist, I highly recommend Holly. Her personalized approach and deep knowledge in nutrition will undoubtedly lead you to your desired goals.

Thank you, Holly, for being a guiding light in my journey towards a healthier and happier me!

Holly has changed my life and that isn’t an exaggeration. I went to her at my lowest point after multiple things hadn’t worked for me, struggling with weight and health issues. Holly’s approach was easy to follow, holistic and she actually listened to what would work in with my life. Holly is incredibly knowledgable and everything is evidence-based. She’s also just super friendly, approachable and non-judgemental. I’ve achieved results with her that I haven’t been able to get with anyone else and I feel like such a better version of myself. I’m so glad I found Holly to work with. If you’re thinking of signing up just do it, you won’t regret it.

Jennifer is a true star: not only does she master her craft, but she also surrounds you with warmth and support on a journey that is can be emotionally intense.
In only one month, she helped me get to weight for a boxing fight when I thought I had close to no chance. Not only did I make weight, but I felt powerful and ready for D-day.
      She’s available, flexible and pedagogical.
Jen, you are more than a nutritionist, you are a real health coach! Thanks so much for your expertise and support on this journey.

I came to Jennifer with chonic problems from more than 6 years ago. I am 24 years old and my problems began before I was 18… By age 21 my chronic problems were so extreme and painful I was unable to run and walking became hard, I was worried that I will need a wheelchair soon. Luckily that didn’t happen and over the years I have gone to so many doctors, did so many tests, paid so much money, and tried so many treatments that I lost count. Every test came back normal and almost every doctor had no idea what to do with me. Some treatments helped but until now I am still unable to work.

Jennifer was the first to ever face my problems head on and with a lot of determination. She put so much work into trying to help me and after literally 1 package appointment (consultation + follow up) she was figuring out my problems and giving me way more results than any other doctors could have done in a 100 appointments and I wish I was exaggerating. She looked at all my tests over the years (a huge amount of tests) and found problems that all the other doctors missed. I started following her meal plans and treatments and have been getting better and better. I even have hopes to go back to work soon which would be life changing. Not only that she did all that but she put so much effort and didn’t leave anything unexplored and with all that extra work she didn’t even charge me anything on top of the original package. She also put me on her concession list and went out her way to make everything as cost effective as she could with anything I needed to purchase, even reaching out to companies to ask them for discounts for me…

When I booked to speak with Jennifer i was desperate and in reality I expected the usual treatment I recieved from doctors and specialists and getting nowhere with my problems and wasting more money… So to get this much from her is really unexpected and I am so grateful and appreciative it is hard to put it into words. Thank you so much Jennifer I wish you all the best!

For all budding nutritionists, I couldn’t recommend Sydney City Nutritionist more highly! In my six month internship here, I learnt a great deal about case-taking, understanding every client’s unique situation and providing on-the-spot advice as well as detailed treatment plans. This experience also gave me a great insight in the running of a natural health practice. However, it is their continued support after the internship that has been their most generous and helpful gesture.

When I went to see Jennifer, I was pretty fed up, miserable and at a loss as to what to do next after a failing NHS system in the UK and the pandemic not helping. I hadn’t had much success with medical drs, despite running a myriad of tests but I was still no clearer as to the root cause of the problem.

Jennifer took the time to talk through my history, conduct detailed tests and a proper analysis of what was going on. She explained everything very clearly and developed a working protocol including supplements and dietary changes that have all been specific to my symptoms and needs which has continued to evolve as we’ve worked together.

After a few months I’m finally starting to see progress. I have more energy, the swelling throughout my body is finally going down (for context I genuinely looked about 6 months pregnant before, everywhere was massively swollen and I’m petite with a height of 5″) thanks to working with Jennifer, I’ve felt more like myself than I have in the last three years.

Jennifer has been kind, patient and consistent with her knowledge and support. If you’re struggling with gut health, general wellbeing etc I would insist that you see Jennifer asap! Consider it an investment in yourself that you really can’t afford not to make.

When I had my first appointment with Jennifer May, I was going through several symptoms such as dizziness, upper tummy pain, headaches etc. I had undergone many blood tests and seen numerous specialists to determine what was wrong.

My goal was to have my life back (as I used to exercise my whole life) and also lose fat 🙂 Jennifer May did a great job of understanding how I work and providing insightful comments for ways of rethinking food, preparation and planning. She was a great listener and extremely easy to open up to (very approachable). I really enjoyed how we managed to change habits, set a strong baseline with good food preparation and planning, and provide a different perspective on nutrition, seemingly without trying. I now feel I have a great system in place that I can build from. I think I came in expecting to be told that to get to my goals, I should do x, y and z – and follow a, b and c meal plans or, e.g. don’t eat after 9 pm / stop eating bread etc. i.e. a more prescriptive approach. Instead, what we did was to look at my relationship with food, using the way I think, and a few simple mindset changes – a hugely more effective process. I thought I’d have to eat less, but Jen told me how to eat in a way that better suited me – immediately my symptoms went away and I easily lost fat 🙂
