      Tim and the team are incredible! We have used their services a number of times for general cleans and have always been happy. Today I called in a panic about a paint spill and have been blown away! Tim came in and in no time had the carpet completely clean! Our entire couch was covered in stains and marks from having young children, however the helpful and friendly team from Focused on Cleaning Toowoomba was able to make it look like brand new again!       Arrived with great expectations but the length of time from ordering meals to getting them was horrible then the cost for what we got was poor. Bread board was not worth the money few pieces of ciabatta and bread sticks along with a couple of tiny thimble sized condiments. Then the twiced cooked pork was dry and serveref on baby spinach leaves. Not served with any sides. Management should have given heads up also for lengthy wait time due to over loaded kitchen. won’t be going back anytime soon.

      Great place with a awesome view but very popular so if your wanting quiet, this is not that place. Very worth a visit still, playgrounds for the kids and a good walking track if you want to exercise a bit.

      This gorgeous Japanese Garden is absolutely a plus point to choose Toowoomba as your next driving destination. Lovely Japanese Garden with biggest and tallest Bonsais I’ve ever seen before. In about 30minutes walk, you will encounter beautiful cherry blossoms, lovely families of ducks, birds and cranes. Just about 2 hours drive from Brisbane

      Very beautiful garden one of the best I have seen. Well maintained gardens. With lot’s of different types of plants and trees to look at. Good place to relax and enjoy different types of ducks. Plenty of green areas to have a picnic on. Plenty of parking space during the week day. There are a few hidden paths to find as well. Most of the path is wheelchair and pram friendly, there is are few steps, but not on the main path. Toilets are close by. Highly recommend going to have a look ??.

      We always love our trip to the Japanese Garden. It is a great place to take the dogs for a walk and enjoy the relaxing feel of the gardens, water features, and wildlife. The gardens are very well maintained, the amenities are very clean and tidy with a new toilet block recently built, lots of birds, including the majestic Ibis, who have their own little island in the middle of the lake. If you can, come in Spring as the Japanese Cherry Blossums will be blooming which is a beautiful sight.

      The gardens need some work to present a more authentic Japanese garden feel. However it was still a nice experience and there are some nice elements in the gardens. The ponds though need to be filtered and cleaned and the Ibis nest site is a real detractor.

      Laurel Bank Park is a beautiful parkland close to Toowoomba’s city centre, featuring spectacular manicured gardens, a collection of exotic trees, a playground, picnic area, and croquet greens. Beautiful year-round, but known for its sublime spring displays and avenues of cherry blossoms, it is most magnificent during Carnival of Flowers each September. The park came into being in 1932 when Darling Downs Building Society Managing Director, Mr Samuel George Stephens, donated the land to the people of Toowoomba, with the City Council official custodian. Prior to gifting the land, Mr Stephens improved it with shrubs and flowers, and was known to many as ‘the man of flowers’.

      A beautiful park especially in September during the Carnival of Flowers. There are plenty of spots for a picnic blanket or grab a picnic table. Options for full sun/part shade/full shade. BBQs, restrooms, playground and plenty of gardens to explore. Full accessibility on paths and a great sensory garden too. Dog-friendly too.

      Really spectacular floral displays and other interesting features. I’ve been once during the festival of flowers so I can’t say what it would look outside of this time but I imagine it still looks great as there’s plenty of attractive trees, plants and features. It would probably be a great picnic spot.

      Beautiful gardens with lots of different flowers to see. The best time to go is September with the carnival of flowers on. Plenty of parking space during the week day Lots of green areas to have a picnic on the grass. Bbq areas and toilets are close by. There is a playground close by to. Good place for the whole family. Wheelchair friendly as well. Highly recommend going to have a look. ??

I explained I was after a special gift for a very good friend and the staff member came with me, making suggestions, unlocking the cabinets so I could get a good look at the items.       UPDATE… on my tricycle saga. The forks had spread apart so getting new forks which arrived today. Boss man says they might not get it fixed for another TWO days because they are busy with services. Just a tad disappointing that fixing it is not a priority! It will be two weeks, since I first called them to fix it, by the time they actually do! ORIGINAL REVIEW… Considering the dreadful amount of bad luck I have had with my brand new tricycle, I bought a year ago, I could be excused for giving a bad review. However, this business has been nothing but helpful and attentive in after sales service, and even if some of the issues I had were their fault, like the pedal falling off on one of my first rides, I am forgiving because of their great service. When I had a flat tyre, they came to me and fixed it the same day and on the spot. That is outstanding service. When I broke down this week I was a bit miffed that they were in no hurry to come and get it to fix it. Broke down Wednesday and they didn’t come until Saturday. But it turned out they were waiting on a part to fix it anyway, so it would have made no difference. It seems there is more wrong with it than originally thought. So I might be waiting quite a bit longer. I’m just extremely thankful that I wasn’t actually riding it when the front wheel fell off! My riding days would have been over. I am trying to rehabilitate my legs and not lose the ability to walk, so I need my tricycle, but I also need it to be ship shape so I don’t come off it and break bones. It’s why I bought a tricycle over a bicycle in the first place. I wish to commend John on his phone manner. He ALWAYS answers the phone with a very cheery voice, which uplifts the caller. I also happen to know they gave my neighbour a great e-bike on loan while hers was being repaired which is fabulous service also. I love the fact that they have a walk through to a coffee shop for you to wait while they do a service. If I happen to ride down to get my tricycle serviced, I have somewhere to wait as I can’t walk far without my wheelie walker. I concur with the odd review where in store service has been a bit lacking. Our first couple of visits were a bit like that also. Nobody rushing over to see what you were looking for to the point you felt like walking out. Yet there were staff visible. However, once the dialogue began over what you wanted to buy, the service was great.

      Our Toowoomba Business networking team got to experience a guided bike ride from the Bikeline store up to the incredible views on the Toowoomba escarpment.

      Was a fantastic and fun experience. Marcel was very patient in teaching us how to use the electric bikes to assist the ride and make it a very comfortable ride.

      Can highly recommend this as an awesome team building experience. Can’t wait to go out again with friends and family to enjoy the beautiful scenery in the Toowoomba region.

      And of course, I can recommend you enjoy a delicious coffee and meal afterwards at Cafe de Velo. So many great food options – and they cater for gluten-free choices too! Winning

      Disappointed. This morning I had a very poor customer experience with staff in terms of their attitude. However, it is just one of many transactions all of which have been good.

      A few days later……I wish I could add a review rather than just editing this one. Anyway, Marcel, the owner of Bikeline called me after reading my review. He was apologetic and very keen to learn from the experience. It solved any kind of service issues I may have had. This is one business that will definitely retain my business.       Absolutely love this gym! Their facility is amazing, with a variety of free classes for members. You can tell when you walk in that they care about their members. Everything is set up so well with high quality equipment and facilities on site. It was always a joy to go here, and I especially loved the store on site. It made everything so much easier. Will definitely miss The Cave!

      The team are super welcoming, informative and encouraging to give everything a go. If you’re ever unsure on something, they go above and beyond to help you any way they can. The atmosphere is great, the facilities are top notch. Absolutely worth it.

      I’ve been to a lot of gyms over the years and this one is the best by far. The facilities are awesome with an array of every type of equipment for any style of workout. I frequently used the sauna, occasionally attended classes and I just genuinely enjoyed coming to the gym again. Sad to say goodbye as we move back closer to family on the coast. Thank you guys and have a great Christmas holidays ahead!

      Been going to The Cave for the last year and a half and by far one of the best gyms I have been to. The gym is always well maintained and clean, great vibe and the staff are super nice and helpful! Also management is always looking for ways to continuously improve the customer experience! Great job team!
