My experience with the fantastic Dr Shiyamala Eswaran is excellent. She has polite caring and listens. I have always found Dr Eswaran to be very helpful and diagnose expertly. She is happy to refer to specialist when required. I have never had a Dr to be concerned and follow up to check if your okay like she does.

Whilst the practice is an amazing place to visit, I.e. all staff are pleasant to deal with, trying to make an appointment by telephone is by no means efficient I was on hold for over 15mins which I consider far too long to be listening to repeated messages with music that reminds me of funeral music to try and get an appointment. In saying that once answered was dealt with very efficiently and professionally.

Very disappointed, had to get a referral for my son to see a paediatrician as requested by the Child Health Clinic nurse. The doctor we saw said we had to wait until we see the dietician before she would give us a referral so we walk away with nothing and now I have to go back again after the dietician appointment just for the referral . My son has grounds to see a paediatrician as we were referred to get one by the Child Health Nurse but this just makes the whole process longer than it should be.

Dr’s are very professional – unfortunately the clinical staff are unemphatic of patients with medical issues.
Falsely accused of being aggressive (when i have a medical issue affecting my voice box).
I appreciate customer facing employees may not have the easiest job when facing the public and individuals can be rude – however it is possible that people have medical conditions in which make their tone abrupt and uneven.
I intend to send the results once I see the specialist to educate and train people that consideration that other factors may be at play rather than jump to conclusions.

Had been provided with the wrong over-the-counter medication for a completely different issue and when wanting to return the item with the seal still sealed, a Manager with short blonde hair didn’t even make eye contact and abruptly said that because they don’t know how the item was stored, that it could not be returned.
A conversation then begun amongst the front-counter staff who were shaking their heads and couldn’t be any more unapproachable.

They have literally everything with ladieswear being the biggest stock, plenty of shoes & accessories.
It’s a really lovely space, well set out and worth a visit, just give yourself plenty of time .

The first time they were busy because they had just opened but he still didnt have to be rude in his tone. And this second time i pulled up and i smiled and was friendly as i always am and he just said what in it (i had boxes) i explained and hes like “over there” he sat there watching me. And was very rude in his tone. I do not like their customer service. There is never any reason to be rude in such a way.

NASTIEST AND RUDEST staff member. Firstly I walked into the wrong area because I’d never been there before and was yelled at by a lady “you can’t come in here”….. I apologised and then told her I’d never been there before and didn’t know where to go. Upon leaving I grabbed 2 large bags from my car I was donating, and handed them to an older man at the front who was loading donation bags!
He snatched it off me and I said “be careful it’s heavy”! He quickly snapped at me and said “when you donate to a charity can you be a bit more thoughtful and not make the bags so heavy??? We’re all getting older here”!!!”..
I was shocked. I then when to my car to donate a smaller bag and asked him when to put it. He rudely said to me “just put it there” and stormed off!!!
I couldn’t BELIEVE how rude he was especially because the clothes I was donating were BRAND NEW, TOP QUALITY dresses and shoes!
Maybe say “Thankyou” next time you rude man! Kindness goes a long way! Aren’t you in the volunteer business?

Specifically to their Containers For Change section…certain staff just cannot count accurately. The amount of double handling is ridiculous. So I tried the bag and drop system with them and didn’t get even a quarter of my money back. When I inquired they pointed at a massive pile of bagged bottles and said maybe it was there or maybe the bag broke. I called the scheme and they promised my refund. I only received a token amount. So decided to give them one last chance. First time went ok. Second time they miscounted again! Worst part is that they throw them into the bays so quickly that you cannot demand a recount. In frustration I went to Tomra. Such a dream in comparison. Can’t get miscounted there. Its all automated. And even when it is busy there is room to move and it is still much quicker because you don’t have to sort anything and you don’t have to take the lids off your bottles and you don’t get all sticky and dirty. AND their disabled park is right near the door.

I think it’s appalling the amount Lifeline are charging on items when you can go to Kmart and get items if not the same but cheaper!
It’s a charity store ripping off the poor, how do you expect the poor to be able to afford those prices(dog blankets $10-$30, children clothing $10+ an item & I’d hate to know adults clothing prices!) no matter what brand the item is does not matter because that means nothing to the poor that need warm clothing or blankets for there familys!

A relaxed and professional atmosphere. A sports bar/ barber feel with beer available. They also cater to kids with softdrink and ipads with cute little hairdressing apps. An old retro game table and waiting area. We make the drive from Allora for both Mr partner and son. Always happy. They provide a great experience. Highly recommend checking them out.
You also book your appointment via an app and they call you 5 minutes before you’re ready so you can continue to shop while you wait.

The worst possible experience anyone can ever expect from a company. My husband and I were passing by the Toowoomba store and out of curiosity hubby went to the counter and asked the lady over (probably Chinese origin) the counter what was the position title she was working in incase someone would be interested in the position. All on a sudden she started yelling and screaming at my husband. Till now I was observing everything from a short distance and I went over and asked that mannerless lady what was the reason for her yelling and inappropriate behaviour to a customer and asked her name to make a complaint. In response to this she asked me in a very rude and loud voice, ‘ what’s your name? First of all you are not my customer and secondly I am not yelling at you!!’ I told her in a very calm yet cold voice, ‘yes you did and still you are yelling at us: And just because we are not taking the service that doesn’t mean that we are not customers. I myself work as a front liner and I know the definition of customers very well. Is this way you deal with your customers?’ Then she started to threaten me saying I am calling the security and then she went inside with the phone. I was eagerly waiting for the end of the whole drama. Few minutes later she handed the phone over to me (literally threw at me) and it was her manager Reenae on the other end of phone. I have explained her the situation and asked her what was her name. She told me that her name was Charlie and said she would look into the matter. I am so surprised that this kind of unprofessional insane people do exist in customer service in Australia. Couldn’t figure out the reason for her insane behaviour to a humble person like my hubby. I am pretty sure she barely understands English therefore couldn’t understand his query at all or she takes her job granted and not at all interested in the position rather than making money.

Amazing service by both Hannah and the new guy! (Sorry, I forgot his name).
I have been in multiple times in the past two months (about 3 or 4) to exchange AUD to USD for a family member and myself for an upcoming trip.
Crown Currency Exchange is very competitive with their exchange rates, and always seems to be a couple cents ontop of everyone else.
Fortunately with my somewhat busy schedule, most of my communication with Crown Currency Exchange had been done via E-mail which Hannah was always quick to respond and always gave great advice.
Word of advice for those converting to USD in Cash, the counting machine does not like them as the paper notes stick to eachother so they’ll hand count the notes which can take quite some time depending how much you got. Though, they’re very quick at counting notes.
I highly recommend Crown Currency Exchange at Grand Central Shopping Central.
I am already looking foward to using their services again in the near future.

I understand a business needs to do what they need to make money but treating customers with utter disrespect is appalling. I’ve gone in to get a price on a item and instead of treating me like a person I was instead met with a disrespectful attitude and made to feel stupid, I don’t appreciate being told that I wasted my time and I should be lucky that I got the offer I did. Again I understand a businesses needs but we’re still human and just wanted to be treated as such, man needs to get off his high chair

I received my order today, a Samsung A8 Tablet and am seriously unimpressed- it arrived with no accessories whatsoever; no peer cable etc. I would have purchased if I h ad been advised this would be the case and will certainly not recommend this business.

When I take my car here it come out looking terrific you even get a free vacuum if you do it yourself the only thing I dislike is that price of the unlimited wash club per month is way too expensive I would love to join but not for what there asking also if you have a 2nd car like most family’s do these days you should be able to add that 2nd vehicle on and have a family pass where you can add your sons and daughters cars on aswel when I asked one of the staff about these suggestions I was told we don’t do that otherwise great service

A special call-out to Noah & Ryan who prepped our Mazda 6 hatch on Monday 1/5/23 at 1:35pm. As I was waiting in queue I observed their big smiles and how thorough the boys were in prepping cars ahead of me.
I was also greet with big smiles and my car was also thoroughly prepped – the best I have ever seen at Washed on James.

We love this place. We are in the wash club with unlimited washes! How good is that! Friendly staff and very quick. Even if there’s four cars ahead of you, it takes just a few short minutes for your turn, unlike other places in town that take over ten minutes per car!

I have been a customer of Star Car Wash since it opened in Toowoomba. Sandeep at the time was a worker and now owns 2 franchises one being Toowoomba.
Sandeeps Superior Gold Star service starts from when he greets you to when he hands back your keys upon completion of the car detailing. My car is 12 years old but it’s still recieves a premium service every single time.
The quality of the mini detail which is usually what I have is excellent!!! It is such a pleasure to continue business with Sandeep as he looks after his customers.

Good variety of food, but still a lot of shelfs were still empty forcing us to go to Coles. Also purchased 3 packs of panadol, but we couldn’t get the pills out of the sealed sheets. Wasn’t perforated for ejection of pills.

Usual Aldi products and service. Good parking available PLUS a charging facility for EVs at the back of the building – in the smaller car park on the Southern side of the Aldi building. This Aldi is directly opposite the Northpoint Shopping Centre with Coles and lotsof other shops too. Highly recommended ?

Never been a Aldi shopper till this new store opened. Slowly but surely we are finding more and more great products. Their meat is awesome. Only issue I have found (This is Aldi generally) you just find something you really like and they stop carrying it. The staff here are always friendly and helpful.
