      What a bunch of inept gooses! Cos the internet supposedly down, they couldn’t dispense any of my e-scripts. No back up plan. No apology. Kept me waiting then forgot about me. Caused me to miss the ferry back to Magnetic Island as a result! I’m livid.

      The range here isn’t as good as the big Chemist Warehouse in Garbutt however most things can be ordered in for next day from their Warehouse.

      It’s definitely quieter here, so scripts are dispensed faster, but there aren’t as many staff around to ask questions. Regardless though, staff are helpful when asked, and they will endeavour to answer any queries you may have.

      I place an order via the app, receive notification that order is ready, go in to pick up, wait 15 minutes to be served then prescriptions can’t be located, happens every single time. The ONLY reason I shop there is due to their ordering process via the app. Not the problem with staff as they get just as frustrated as customers do. There’s an obvious issue with systems and organisation. It’s what you’d call an absolute S*&T Show!!

Dr Mo was very professional explained the procedure was going to be bigger than first expected. Absolutely surprised when presented with the account. It was half what I was expecting.       Have had many teeth fixed prior this coming to 1300 smiles. Overpriced and not very good. I was told it would cost $400 on the phone. Then when it was done I had to pay closer to $700. 6 months later I received a message to say a booking had been made for me. And when I called about it and asked why they said it was a check and clean and once again didnt’ t tell me the price would be another $300-$400. Scam. Would not go back or recommend to anyone

      I had a wonderful treatment of my tooth yesterday (8 April) from 1800 Smiles on Flinders street. De Farnaz Eshraghi was terrific: attentive, calm, caring and skilled which made the treatment pain free. Dr Farnaz dental assistant was equally caring as the eu both observed my anxiousness before the dental treatment and helped me overcome it. The reception staff member was wonderful too, very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this dental practice and Sr Farmaz to anybody, especially if you feel anxious and apprehensive about dwntal procedures.

      Worse place to go for prescriptions. Nothing like having to wait 35minutes for a simple script. This afternoon the place was pretty empty, Pharmacist in charge C.Watts was having a great time being social, having snacks but I think he forgets customers have their own lives. Sorry to blame him, but it’s not the first time. It could be the company saving money or perhaps they think if they make customers wait long enough they will buy more

      Quite honestly the worst chemist I’ve been to for scripts. Wait time is always long even when it’s not busy. The whole back area is disorganised and always very little staff around. The few staff that are there are lovely though and have always been helpful when I ask them questions.

      Whilst this Chemist does have a good range and reasonable prices, lately it’s been taking longer than 30 minutes to dispense prescriptions (43minutes was their last effort). Because the shop is located in a semi industrial area, you can’t easily go and do other shopping whilst you’re waiting.

      I was not supposed to leave a review but today I had to go for my beard and as usual I thought of going to Yousefs but then I remembered my previous experience here and said nahh and then I could not stop posting a review. Honestly I have been here a few times and all are lovely but this lady on 27/03/23 around 1345hrs when I was there for my beard trim, was so grumpy, no smile, no hello and the way she was pushing my head back with no communication at all was not a good experience. I had to say ” can you please tell me when you want me to look up”. I explained her what I wanted but the end result was not good. When I tried to tell her that this was not what I was looking for , she said NO you told to make it this way. You can check the cctv as I explained clearly not just with words but my hands showing from where do I need it faded. I just got so mad, i said ok and left. Though she charged me only $10 looking at my mood, it was not about money at all but satisfaction. I am not sure why she behaved so, was it because I was Indian? Brown? No idea. But yeah she made me stop coming there forever. Sorry but I could not hold it any longer.

      Hello Health is the worst company i have ever dealt with. Not only are they not honest they tell lies. I placed an order for a product 7 weeks ago. I was told the New Zealand supplier was in process of shipping to Australia and I would have my order in 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks elapsed and no call from Hello Health. I called asking for an update week 3. I was told by James the delivery was delayed and should definitely arrive the following week. 1 more week elapsed still no call from Hello Health. I called again on Friday end if week 4. An assistant said James unavailable. Eventually i got hold of James. He then tells me a story that his NZ supplier forgot to ship the product I was after in the shipment he received from NZ so no calling me back with this information i had to relentlessly chase this company. Then week 6 James told me the product I ordered will be there definitely next week
      Its now week 7 a Friday June 2
      No call from Hello Health James is not working this week and a staff member said this product was on back order contradicting what James had said

      I highly recommend both Ellen and Lauren.       Just wanted to let you know I had a great experience following the leaky gut diet. I was previously having to take some kind of anti-acid treatment like gaviscon or quickeze every single night to prevent acid reflux, and having a “regular” system seemed like something that happened to other people.       Absolutely disgusting for $20. Will not use again due to my car being dirtier coming out than going in to the auto wash, see photos on this site, steel grey car.
      The prewash by attendant makes it even worse and the amount of product and cleaning power in the auto wash is disgraceful. Obviously will not spend the money on their business. Never again as this is the third time this has happened. Three strikes and you’re out for life.

      Plus their vacuums didn’t get anything up as much as the one at North shore did so not coming back here to clean and vacuum my car again

      The overall wash in the self serve bays is good, the water pressure is great and the changeover between cycles is quick. Seems to be reasonable time for $. $2 got me 4 minutes. I do like that you vacuum first then wash although it can make for a long wait.
      Staff on hand during business hours which is good.

      Came here on a Monday 1/05/23 – Use self service bay -2 cleaning programs were out of order – The brush to use on the car as useless, it was very worn out and needed replacing! Didn’t even foam up. the pressure washer was still shouting out water when it wasn’t in use, so wasting lot of water. So I’m upset that I waste money supporting a local car wash. The place just looked worn out and need a good updating. Very sad, management should do something about it.

      Would not go here again!! I went to this car wash and initially when I pulled up to the self was it didn’t except cash so I went to the next one and one of the washing steps was not available I continued on and when I went to pay with car it wouldn’t not work I tried pushing the stop on the machine and tapping card again then when it did work it charged me $15 not $5 like the sign said it would. I then went and saw the manager and she was really rude and speaking down to me she told me that if I pushed stop on the machine when I was done it would refund me, she told me if I had a problem I could call the charging agency but they would just call her anyway. The other worker kept walking past the car so I had to continually stop to not wet him. I was then finished and pushed stop which did not work, because she was so rude the last time I asked her I didn’t want to bother her again so I let the timer run out and waste my money and left.

      Came to wash the vacuum and utilise the vacuuming as im able to do myself. But wasnt available. Please state somewhere what times you offer to vacuum people’s car. Ended up going elsewhere
