      “Assistant store manager” declined to process my return with no logical reason given.

      I asked her if we could just try to process it because I was here yesterday and it worked perfectly… she declined and said there was a “new system update installed today that won’t allow the return”

      I drove to another lululemon store and they had no issue and confirmed that the “assistant store manager” at the other store had given me incorrect information and basically denied my return for “no reason”.

      I would love to know why I was rudely denied and quickly dismissed by the “assistant manager” (Girl with black hair and freckles…) as there was no system update confirmed by the manager at another store….

      This is the best Lululemon store I’ve visited with the largest selection of men’s clothing, out of 4 locations total, including Prudential, Seaport, and Wrentham. This location also has the best staff by far from my experience.

      Lytle helped me in May 2023. Elise (spelling?), Lisa, and someone else whose name I didn’t catch helped me in December 2022. Each one of them was friendly and extremely enthusiastic. They really worked to help find me something I would like by listening to what I liked and didn’t like about the items I tried on.

      Nicest staff I’ve ever experienced in a store. I wish I could just hang out with the employees all day. Camille helped me pick out awesome quality pieces, she’s like a mind reader in terms of what you need and also helped suggest great ideas about new colors and styles. The manager on the day I shopped was so incredibly kind and helpful. Can’t say enough good things!

      Have been shopping at this location for years. Typically I have very pleasant experiences here. Must have caught them on an “off” day recently. I wish people could remember that being willing to listen to a customer and empathize with them goes a long way. The manager drastically changed her tone when I called over the phone to complain vs when she was “helping” me in the store. Was basically told “tough luck” in the store and then the same manager poured to me over the phone about how sorry she was about my poor customer service experience. The attitude and lack of care really put a bad taste it my mouth and made me feel less than. It was an embarrassing experience for me. I highly recommend the Wellesley store who worked with me to get a return label for my items that I was unable to return in store and spoke to customer service over the phone with me and then asked me if there was anything else they could do.

      Walked in the store and every single employee had the longest face and so miserable not one person greeted or engaged even after asking how are they doing ? I left I won’t give a store business that won’t even acknowledge or have the common courtesy to greet a customer back.

      Today I was accused by the manager of this Lululemon location of producing a fraudulent receipt to return clothes that I bought on the Lululemon website. He refused to allow the return, cited a “company policy” that you can’t return over x number of items but refused to tell me what that number was, and suggested that I produced fake email receipts as well as a fake paper receipt. Afterwards, when I went to the location on Newbury to do the return I had no issues. Unrelated, but I will also add that I watched him help another customer evade tax law by putting the tax on a gift card. I know this all sounds ridiculous because it was and it is entirely the truth.

      After talking to the first store associate I ran into, I was about ready to walk back out. When she asked me if I needed help, I said yes I’d appreciate that because I didn’t know my size since I tended to wear off brand leggings. She just snickered at me.

      Maddie on the other hand was wonderful in helping me find the perfect pair of leggings. She is the reason I’m leaving a five star review. She was super patient and kind even though I didn’t know my size. I never felt embarrassed when talking to her, and it seemed like she genuinely wanted to help me. I appreciate all of her help and kindness, and I ended up leaving with my new favorite pair of leggings that fit perfectly!

      Bad experience. I wanted to by an electric converter I had bought similar 2 days ago at $7.99. I found one left however no price tag was fixed to it. I brought it to the counter and she price tagged it at $12.99 based on another product on shelf (not similar) as she could not identify correct price on her system… did not end buying it

      I like the store but the staff is very rude and could care less about the customers, especially the ones at the jewelry section. You get a one word answers to your questions if you are lucky. Hope the store owners either hire new staff or train the current ones well

      Not the largest location but packed full with a ton of stuff. Clothing, travel, kitchen, bathroom, decor, small furniture, it’s all there. One negative is the aggressive pushing of the TJ maxx credit card. There has really been an uptick lately and they will ask at least 3 times during your transaction which makes the experience very off putting. Also I have noticed a decline in clothing quality recently, a lot of my winter sweaters are falling apart after only a few wears.

      I shop here regularly and I’ve mostly had good to great experiences. This target is well shopped and sometimes I can’t find what I need or want like popular food and drinks. But overall it is a good Target store. For over 10 years I’ve experienced great customer service and on my most recent trip the employees looked happy and were friendly.

      Really nice Target. Clean. Has A Starbucks. A nice Starbucks, and the girl at the counter was extremely friendly. I don’t live in the area, but if I did, I wound come here often. Very nice place. I wish the Targets near me were this nice.

      Had an employee cut me off at the exit I had to ask him to remove himself from the door. Just because I’m a person of color it doesn’t mean I’m stealing. I circled back report the employee and they told me in a very condescending tone that they’ll reprimand him. Can’t believe it’s 2023 and I can’t just walk into a store complete my purchase and get on with my very busy life. Teach your employees how to communicate to people respectfully. I provided a photo of my receipt not that I should have to.

      Who ever those two females were on at Number 4, and 3 tonight, amazing, I want to see both of them as supervisors, or management, they absolutely deserve a promotion, friendly, kind, and work hard. I would absolutely love to have those 2 as my shift supervisors no question.

      Oct2022: 4⭐: I searched for a Target location that had a specific item I was going to purchase for my parents and some other generic household items. I located this one that wasn’t too far away but supposedly had the item that I was looking to purchase. I mapped out the location and headed out. When I arrived, there were several handicap parking spots available in front of the store location. It was not very difficult to find as it was marked well with the branding signs. I walked through the store and noted that there were several individual stores within this area that were functional, clean and neat. During my pickup at the customer service counter, the young lady was professional and courteous that I dealt with to handle my pickup.

      I went to the Watertown Massachusetts Target to buy some watch batteries that I had seen online. The gentleman name JC that worked there was so kind to help me out and walk with me over to where it should be. It was not there so he had me wait there and then he ran to a couple other places by the registers. It wasn’t there so he told me to follow him to the area in the back of the store while he went to the warehouse area to check the battery section. Again, nothing was there. So he led me to the area to the mall entrance and there was a freestanding battery kiosk there and my batteries were there.

      In the time that I was walking around the store with him, I was having a conversation and found that he had a really great attitude about working there and helping customers. Also, while I was with him a number of target employees came up to ask him for information. Seems like he’s a real “go to guy” for a lot of the employees. And I could see how patient he was not only with myself, but also with the other employees. Also, when he saw that there was an issue with some thing, he made sure to talk to another employee to correct it. I’m not sure if he is in any sort of management position, but with his people skill, his knowledge and the confidence that other employees have in him, he definitely would make a great manager of some sort. I’ve been in management before and I would certainly be very happy to have him as one of my employees.

      Zach at customer service was really awesome and informative. Went above and beyond to make sure the item I needed was indeed not in stock, and made sure I knew when it would be back. I was very pleased with my visit. Quick and easy.

      I don’t think I’m ever going to Home Depot again. This store is incredibly robust with every little thing you might need (from my amateur perspective, but holy cow they have such a variety of tools, equipment, supplies, resources). Not to mention, the store was very clean, easy to navigate, and my stop to just see if they had what I needed included 3 different very friendly, helpful staff members. This will absolutely be my go-to spot for all my home improvement needs

      Bought a $17 handsaw. Broke 5 minutes into using it. Went back to return it a couple weeks later, still within return 30 day period, and they refused to accept return because it was used. I told them to keep the saw then and I won’t be a customer again. Good job guys!

      I have never experienced this level of rudeness in my life. The cashier, Kristen, insulted me, cursed at me and told me to “move on” literally bringing me to tears, apparently she’s a manager. Luckily the only person with decent customer service skills help me wrap my belongings. Kristen told me her General manger would be ruder than her and have less compassion, which I didn’t believe until I attempted to reach out this morning and the General manager hung the phone up in my face because he didn’t have time for it. I’m so hurt and shocked by this situation. If you do anything please just go to Lowe’s or Home depot these are just really mean people.

      Have come to this store for a while and had good experiences but recently went in to get a drill bit and asked one of the employees near the gardening section which kind of drill bit I would need for the item I had bought there previously the employee was super rude and kept trying to argue that you can’t use a drill for the project. I didn’t ask him this I just asked for help getting a drill bit and could’ve gone without the condescending attitude.

      Not good, I paid in full for a set of dining room. I was told it would be delivered in 3 weeks. I got rid of my old dining room a week before the 3rd week. I paid for the dining room on 9/11/21, and on 9/2821, I called and I was told the manufacturer no longer made that set. No one called me. I went to the store; I was given all kind of excuses. Now I have no dining room to eat on and I am told that I will just be giving my money back. After three weeks now I am back to looking for another dining room, and the manger of that place does not seem to care. Not even an I am sorry fir your inconvenience. I would not send my friends there.

      The store on Blue Hill ave, made sure that I was taken care off. I was very upset, with customer service. Therefore! I went back to the store which I spend over five grand. I was very upset, when I walked in the store. However! The manager Kervens, made sure I was taken care of. He also call me the next morning, with a date and a time for my delivery. Customer service, needs to get there act together.

      Sales personnel were very helpful and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. She answered any and all questions I had and walked with me through the showroom and explained the credit program and what I needed to qualify!! Very clean and well laid out showroom! I wouldn’t hesitate to refer a friend to this furniture at store. The only reason I didn’t rate 5stars is I think they should have booklets and brochures to take with me instead of having to look up online.

      The best authentic vintage market ever!!! So many options indoors. There’s another market outdoors too, and a whole market dedicated to small food companies. Really really awesome. Inside downstairs can get a little stuffy but worth it with the range and variety of items available. 🙂

      A great spot to visit in Cambridge! If you love antique maps and postcards there is no better place to visit. The other antiques were very interesting as well including old Vogue and New Yorker magazines in such great condition. Very reasonable prices for everything and a great spot to buy a gift or just browse some history.

      I worked with the owner to custom print an oversized map and custom cut it to fit several frames to create a custom installation in my home that showed a historical map of the area. Steven worked with me to find the most appropriate solution to the slightly different aspect ratio working to address where the cut lines were and to fill in the gap space. He also custom scanned the map at a higher resolution which preserved all the detail at the blown up scale. I’m delighted that he was able to translate my vision to reality and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. The website was easy to use to find exactly the map I wanted and he and his staff were a delight to work with. If you have any ideas like this that you’d need to partner with someone to bring to life this is the place to go!

      I had a great experience here! My boyfriend and I visited WardMaps with the intention of buying a fairly specific map. We wanted a large map of Newton, Massachusetts. One that included our street. Since our street is on the edge of the city limits this proved a bit difficult. The young lady working (unfortunately I forget her name!) was so helpful and informative. Since we couldn’t find what we were looking for on display, she showed us their online database. She explained how the database works and what we should search for. They have a large monitor set up in the shop so we were able to do the online search together and with her guidance. She gave us time alone and checked back in on us which was appreciated. In the end we found exactly what we were looking for! We ordered the map to be framed by WardMaps (framing was reasonably priced!) and were told it would be ready within a couple of weeks. We now have the map and it’s framed and hanging on our living room wall! WardMaps is a gem!

      This is the worst dollar tree ever. The staff always arguing or closing the place. There’s always a problem with the machine or something happens that they always have to close early or something.and on top of that there’s never anything I’m looking for at the store they need to restock. Is so annoying they never have anything there. Also the staff are so money hungry for a bag. They really get mad for 5cent bag.

      First and foremost, the employee at the register did his best, being the only cashier on a Sunday afternoon. He remained calm and collected, letting folks know that he was the only one in the store. I think anyone who has had a public-facing job felt terrible and appalled about the situation.

      I got what I needed, and this store is more stocked than the one in Dorchester. That being said, I was in line for 20+ minutes.

      Great place to shop for occasional consumed goods and events. Properly staffed. Well managed. Friendly customer service. I asked the lady who appeared to be the manager in order to take photos and she allowed under one condition (not taking photos which include people’s in them, so I abided. Just for the sake of full disclosure). This was a professional decision by the manager.

      Be careful. I was in this store today. The seller was unfriendly. When I came home, I saw in the receipt that she counted one thing twice, but most importantly that several things (including the one that was counted twice) were simply not in the package. I understand that they are not expensive, but it is a waste of time, and this attitude is unacceptable. ???

He along with another staff member yelled at an elderly customer who was trying to use the bathroom “BATHROOMS ARE CLOSED!” They slammed the door in her face. You could hear them laughing behind the door as the older lady was both upset and confused on why she got yelled at and a door slammed on her face.

      Walmart is great store , it dose have everthing , but i had aproblem with one of the employees, i had 3 things in my basket , i decided to check out near of the electronics, there was in old guy that wasnt happy to check me out , he said he is late to his lunch and the time was 11.54 , i told him iam gona stay tell some. One else to check me out , some one else cam behind me waiting so the employee decided to take him becuse he had a printer, i askit him to call his supervisor , he decided to ignore me what so ever , i only had 3 things in basket , after 15 minu waiting some one with black tea shirt i start talking too , he didnt even care , he said i will talk to him , he didnt know i got insulted or this employee racist , walmart management can check the camera was on top of him , itis not right to treat people like that or treat me like that , i would avoide this employee

      I go to many walmarts, but this one has been the most undesirable. Overcrowded and took 15 min to get checked out. All the lines were backed up. I get the busy part but not having enough check out ppl.

      The way the staff here default to treating their customers as thief’s makes me not want to go to Walmart for a good while. I went through the self-checkout and didn’t grab my receipt because I thought I wouldn’t need it having only grabbed a few items. The receipt checker stopped me, I had 4 items and told him I hadn’t grabbed the receipt. He physically prevented me from leaving blocking me from the exit. I went back to where I checked out and found my receipt on the floor. When I gave it to him, he acted like he was about to bust me, like I was a criminal and he had caught me. So whack and embarrassing I just didn’t know I was required to grab my receipt! Defaulting to treating your customers as criminals is awful, and preventing someone because they didn’t pick up their receipt felt like crossing the line.

      Just because you have a problem with shoplifting, doesn’t give you the right to treat people like that.

      This was this past Saturday, September 23rd around the middle of the day.

The older man at the door checking receipts didnt believe that my phone was in my car for him to check the receipt so he basically called me a thief, I told him to have the security who was standing near by to follow me to my vehicle but I guess then that would mean he would have to apologize for his rudeness

      Ast manger working 9/23 was rude and hung up on me after they failed to fulfill a W+ delivery and got caught in several lies. I tried to call back and they wouldn’t pick up. Wouldn’t go to this store if paid but products where in stock at this location. Will be cancelling my W+ delivery acc due to rudeness and lack of customer service. Stop choosing jobs you obviously cant do correctly. Will be escalating complaint.

      I went there last week with my mom. We were paying for our things and we went through regular checkout. As we were exiting, the security person asked for our receipt even though we weren’t going through self checkout. They then continued to check everything very specifically and lifted up the boxes of diapers we had out of our cart to check for the serial number. After about 1 minute of standing there as they checked our receipt, they let us go. As we were standing in the way of the exit we caused a line. The security person then let everyone else behind us leave without checking their receipt the way they did to us. This service deserves 1 star.

      I don’t know if there’s any understand for the customer service. I asked one worker lady about 1 creme her friend who was with her checking theirs phones answer “go to 13” I can understand section 13 but where is the creme!!!!! Until pharmacy helped moreover the workers whose inspect items I pretty sure no ideas
