Check your receipts before you walk out the door. I purchased five items that came up to over $116. I wasn’t paying attention and paid. When I looked at my receipt there were about 15 items on the receipt, none of which were mine. I had to go back to the store to get a refund. Also, stop asking me if I want a credit card. Ask me how my day is going instead.

I love when I am in downtown Philadelphia so much shopping and no sales tax. TJ Max is one of my main Goto there. And like all TJ Max it’s jammed packed racks of clothes but I always find something worth my effort (shifting the racks). They greet you and get you up and out of there for the next person to step on up lol.

The other male at the order pick-up desk barreled towards my daughter as if he didn’t see her, practically running into her had she not dodged out of his was before his disproportionate body made contact with hers. A very uncomfortable, unprofessional, and offensive interaction. As a disabled female veteran, I’m so exhausted by the amount of disrespect shown to me by the citizens and civilians I defended with my very life at one point in time. Unacceptable.

The store is clean and the aisles are clear, but most of all the two (2) employees I asked for help in locating three (3) items which I could not find, they took me directly to the item locations.
My only negative comment, is when looking up all the items on my list on-line, there were No “Aisle Location” designated for stocking locations, which required me to ask for help.

I went to this target for the first time to get an ep of a group and the worker was very friendly and willing to go to the back twice to get the specific item I was there for. I am very happy and pleased with the customer service. I hope the worker is being payed well for their hardwork and kindess.

Only one barista and about 10-15 people in line. I come here daily on my lunch break between 1:30-2:00pm and it’s a disgrace. It takes 27 minutes to get 1 drink ! Only one barista . He is nice , not his fault , but he is not fast enough and he can’t ring , process orders and also make the drinks all by himself . Do better and hire more staff, you just lost a customer.

This target is straight chaos. It’s a different target every time you walk in since it’s going through a remodel. Half the parking lot is filled with shipping containers. The staff has generally been nice and helpful. I hope it turns out nicely once all the Reno’s are complete because in the mean time it’s a mess. The ulta looks nice but I would rather go to the real ulta across the street where I get loyalty points.

I came here for the first time the other day for some cat litter since I was in the area. And I had a pretty good experience the store is very nice, clean and organized. The litter was very easy to find as well as other products that I needed. I would come back again in the future I highly recommend this target.

There’s good news and bad news. The good news is the store is fairly well stocked and relatively clean. What’s nice about this store is it is huge so items like furniture that are not found at the smaller stores are available here. The bad news is that there are no more bags at this location. No bags at all. So bring your own bags or figure out how to carry your Target haul out. The other issue I had was with the registers not giving a receipt. An employee made a half-hearted attempt to fix the register but after several minutes, I walked away with no receipt.
This isn’t the first time I felt the store was too short-staffed and many of the employees seemed untrained on simple tasks. This is the fault of Target, not the employees.

This location has no shopping bags. I was on the phone with my sister and she does InstaCart, so I overheard her asking an employee for shopping bags and they said they were out. This is a shock and a disappointment because I am a faithful Target customer and have never had to deal with this issue. No shopping bags for customers to carry their purchases out of the store? That is absolutely insane! And not only that, but working for a delivery company and not being able to give a customer their groceries with bags, that will effect her tips. If I could give this store zero stars I would. Very poor management.

Customer service is terrible. To get to a store manager is almost impossible. The customer service people tell you that you have to deal with them. When you finally , and i do mean finally get the manager he is as useless as the rest of the team. No one actually knows what they are doing and they make up the rules as they go along. I shop in Jersey Targets and the are friendly and knowledgeable. Cherry HIll store would NEVER let a customer walk out unhappy because they actually take an interest in KEEPING their customers. Not this store..probably why they are empty on a weekend mid day. Everyone is at Walmart instead.

The employees obviously have some sort of disdain for locals though and it shows with their tone – which can be reasonable considering they’re a hardware store in the city so I’m sure they must get a lot of “blinker fluid” questions, but if they hate answering questions so much they should just stay behind the counter and stop offering to answer questions when asked for directions to an item’s location.
Makes no sense if they’re just going to be arrogant about simple household items – you guys aren’t selling diamonds.

Great hardware store, they have everything I need. Some items I would only buy in a pinch because they’re a little pricey, but I do try to support local stores over the behemoth retailer we won’t mention!
That being said, I love shopping here. Lots of products that are hard to find elsewhere, like Zepp grout whitener (great, heavy duty, tile cleaner), Rainex, etc. A plethora of cleaning products I use sparingly, but don’t want to wait for. They have all the usual hardware, I needed an adapter for my garden hose.
Friendly and helpful staff, couldn’t be better. I wish I had money to shop, I love hardware. I’d stop if I didn’t need anything.

Very Ignorant! The employee with the long hair asked my husband to leave n not come back bc he called a racist. He is a racist! Sold me & my husband a faucet for the tub. But it didn’t fit. When my husband returned it, the employee said “it figures”. Tho it was his fault it was his fault, we gt the wrong size. He charged $20. Went to another hardware store and the same faucet was $8.50

When my pregnant wife wouldn’t sign for the delivery (due to the damages) they left without putting our front door back on the hinges. It’s been over a month from the delivery and they’ve officially cut all communication with me as I’m trying to get this resolved.

We bought a new sofa from R&F after a recommendation from a family member. We were helped by Deena, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. We also met Frank, the manager, and he was incredibly professional and personable as we decided on our new sofa.
They had it delivered within a week and the delivery team was fantastic. They had it in our home and assembled in less than 10 minutes. The delivery team was very nice and courteous.
We LOVE our new Briarwood sofa. It’s comfy and cozy with nice, deep cushions and plenty of throw pillows. Thanks to the R&F for making our experience of buying a sofa a great one!

My experience at this location would not have been memorable if it wasn’t for our sales rep Justin Bruno. Justin took time and stayed with us after his shift ended to help us pick out our bed (it was a long process?). After going back and forth, we decided on a firm temperpedic Mattress with the adjuster…. Justin had the bed delivered within 24 hours of purchase, the team came in and set it up with no problems. But this isn’t the reason for the review. Justin kept constant communications with us, checking in 1x per week to ensure we are happy with our purchase…. I’m glad he did because at the time, we were living in 2 condos. My girlfriend had been sleeping in the bed before i made the move. After i slept in it, i regretted my purchase…. I voiced my concerns with Justin. Justin asked what we would like… and yet again, he delivers. We now have our softer bed being swapped out @ not additional charge and no hassle. Justin kept control of the situation and made the swap easy for us. He did everything… we did not have to call the store, deal with customer service etc etc. Justin handled everything as if he was our concierge…. the sale was over, he made his commissions. He did not have to do this, but he did. This is A++ customer service. Thank you Justin.

They also didn’t inform me that they don’t take the trash and boxes out of your house. Late delivery and I switched to a smaller bed, but I didn’t get a refund for the difference. My dining room table is missing screws and the chairs are not put together correctly. Thoroughly disappointed.

We came in search of a dresser and the gentleman we interacted with showed us a lot of options including clearance options. My God this place is beyond words. Coolest little primitive and antique shop I’ve ventured to in awhile. Wonderful owners, they’ve been around quite awhile. We purchased a few items simply because the woman was so kind, patient and lovely. She answered any questions about items even gave a history of the item. They have some items that aren’t for sale but the neatest display ever. There is a ramp between sides that has a neon light stating dead souls, with items that authentically came from dead people. There’s a backroom with really cool crafted items the gentleman owner has made himself.

What a lovely antiques store. It reminded me of a British TV show, a costume store for shows and the Mutter Museum, a little of each. The items are displayed beautifully. Such a wonderful collection of antiques that were kept in great condition. Beautiful one of a kind pieces that would make great gifts.

A little expensive but it had an incredible selection of the kinds of items we gravitate towards. We saw things like taxidermy, a human skeleton, Victorian furniture and memorabilia, medical tools and items, plus lots of gorgeous antique lamps and chandeliers. Definitely worth a stop, highly recommend!

It is my great pleasure to recommend this beautiful hidden palace, it’s a treasure trove full of timeless remnants from a bygone era. The store has a friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff of Tony, Rosa and Jana. The prices are very reasonable for items that I believe one would be hard pressed to find elsewhere. I went in there today I heard they had a new GM n im happy about that everything was getting stocked and I hope they keep up the good work of keeping it stocked because the one before would wait til everything and I mean everything to be gone for him to restock some of the stuff it feels good to go in there and to get everything you need at one store rather then to go to different dollar trees to collect some of the items you need and please have at least two cashiers at all time people go in to shop get what they need and leave not to stand in line because they would put down the items and go else where keep that in mind

With the volume of customers, they really do their best. After xmas, I was not expecting a horribly long wait, but there was indeed a wait. They did have security at the door limiting the amount of people in the store at once which I think is helpful! I got lucky when I went and there were 4 people on the registers. Although busy AT ALL TIMES, this place is a gem ?. Be ready to search and shop. I always find something even if I don’t need it ? I found the cutest puppy clothes!

This is one of the disgusting stores I have ever went into the manager in that adams avenue store was so rude to me and he needs to let management fix the rest room , nobody can use the toilet and he was so stupid to tell me to go and use next door. Probably the worst Walmart I’ve been to. No way this is a Supercenter. No self-checkouts and lines are constantly backed up. Avoid Fri-Sun with how crazy busy this store is. Matter of fact, avoid any day of the week! However, it is a fairly modern-looking store and is clean. Most employees I’ve interacted with were very friendly for the most part- Asked one worker if she could unlock something from the hardware case and she told me she has no key and just started walking away. I then asked another employee and she replied, “no speak English.”

Worst pick up location more than 2 hours waiting when this is suppose to save you time waste of my time ugh more than 2 hours and 20 pickup spots all full and no employees around, and you have to reserve a time I reserved 9-10am everyone here stress because they started to cancel orders after all this waiting and here it is the employee taking selfies and talking in the phone came out just for 1 customer

It’s crazy busy in here. The lines try to move fast but because of the amount of people that live in the neighborhood is going to be crowded. Products were easy to find, labels are correct and the cashiers try to get you out as soon as possible

It was ok, I thought they would have alot more clothing and camping supplies. The staff went out of there way to assist us. The worst part was waiting in line to check-out. Rosie the cashier was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After all said and done. We had a good experience.

The super Sassy Male cashier told my elderly disabled mother to bag her own item. I was in the next line over and had to tell him about his self. No manager available and customer service was closed as always due to short staffing

Absolutely HATE this Walmart. Always so crowded and very hood. But it’s closest to me so sometimes I have to run in and out to grab something. Be prepared to stand in line no matter the time of day. The parking lot has plenty of parking but it is sooo chaotic. People selling items and hanging out. I rather drive farther than to stop in this Walmart.

Very unorganized some of employees . Have bad attitudes like they don’t like their jobs and they assume everyone is thieves plus all the shelves are mostly empty and i had to wait over an hour in line to wait for a can of spray paint to be found because the store clerk was in the back of the store getting my paint and she told me that she was taking the paint to the front of store and it will be at register 16 when I came to front to register 16 after I was finishing shopping I ask the clerk if she had my spray paint and she said what spray can I told her the young lady bought it to the front and she said she don’t know where it is so now I’m standing there looking crazy in line with other people standing behind me I was getting angry because now not only i been waiting to find out about my spray paint and it was taking my lunch time away from me so eventually they found it hidden in between the shelves behind the clerk counter this was unacceptable I will not give my business to this Walmart at this location ever .

Got the rudest cashier today. Like no greeting no meeting eyes no nothing. He was counting cat food cans that I was purchasing and I alerted him that they were two different brands so to different prices that didn’t seem to sit well with him once he started taking them out the box he was no really gentle at all but not completely slamming them down. Dude had a attitude.
This was OP# 008053 on terminal 9. couldn’t tell his name cause his id was flipped backwards. But he definitely needs to learn some customer service skills dude looked like he really didn’t want to be at his job.

Everything and for everyone, its staff also shows education, but it’s unfortunate to see how the Managers do not value the time and person of their client’s because with a lot customer there are the fewest cashiers. Really, this action it is very poor for a billion-dollar company.

I went in walmart with a air conditioner I bought that was too small..the cashier was so nice Asia was a little upset she had to tell me I only had 30 days to return it and I was told I had 90.. she than went to get her supervisor and she could not return because of the 30 day..she then went to go get her supervisor to help me further.. The manager gave me my refund through gift card.. she was very understanding and saw I read the sign about 90 days with or without reciept…She was a great example of how to satisfy a customer..She had a accent and was pretty. I forgot her name that fast but I will see her again at the rosevelt blvd walmart..
